There is no indoor fitness center, there is no clubhouse. There is a small kidney shape pool with a large patio deck, and BBQ area eith plenty of seating. The management staff is very attentive. There is easy access for work requests and pest control services. The staff is quick to respond to requests and complete service concerns.

Nice and quiet. The maintenance team is excellent and responds fast. I have only written for 3 items but when I did each was fixed within 24 hours. They are currently working on adding security cameras which will add some peace of mind although the community is very quiet and calm. Usually once a week a grounds comes and does a good job with maintaining the grounds. Pest control also has not been an issue.

The units are spacious with a lot of storage and the maintenance staff is quick and efficient, but the rental price has skyrocketed over the few years I've been living here and the rental office seems increasingly unavailable and meddling.

Nice place to live except management doesn't put a stop to loud music disturbing residents. I was told I should file a police report. I feel that endangers me as a resident, and that management should send a warning to the offending tenant.

Overall, my experience was pretty poor. The first week I moved into my apartment, I had a flooding caused by the upstairs neighbor taking a shower, about 6 months later I had a flood from my neighbors dumping grease into their sinks and it caused a backup in my pipes and flooded my apartment causing 70% of my living space to be soaked in water with a putrid smell that lingered in the apartment for multiple days. This happened a second time. And then on a third time there was a rain storm and it caused a leak in the corner of my apartment. On top of all of this, my apartment was infested with fruit flies every spring and summer and the complex could not manage to get this issue under control during my entire tenure at the apartment.

It is a convenient location, convenient space, however over priced because the apartments are very old and squeaky with every step taken from your neighbors. The parking space is not safe, and since 2019 we have been told it's in progress and we are fixing it, and still waiting.

I have been living here more than 18 months. Honestly, everything going well. The leasing office guys are really good and resolve things quickly. The only thing needs to improve would be the corridor cleaning. That has to be clean at least once in a while as there is always some trash/dust and the green fungus which usually fall after the winter. Apart from that I don't have anything to say.

It's a very chill and quaint community. Neighbors are kind, maintenance is quick and respectful, and management is very nice and helpful. Definitely my best apartment experience so far. The grounds are well kept, appearance is maintained, and the buildings look good. Main office often does fun raffles and giveaways, sometimes passes out free meals. All around a nice and quaint complex.

The walls are extremely thin and rent is getting more and more expensive. The appliances are also cheap. Overall, I also wished they would have asked us before building an outdoor gym that NO ONE EVER uses. They could have spent that money differently.

The property is quiet and very pretty and peaceful. Other than that, It's a typical apartment complex. The walls are paper thin and the pest control you pay for as part of the monthly rent sucks. I had to spend additional money to get rid of the roaches on my own. There's plenty of parking for residents and visitors. I really like the screened porches. When I moved in the place had been cleaned well and repainted. As far as maintenance goes, if you put in a work order they will respond to you quickly they just won't do a good job with the repairs.

Pretty nice community! It's in a quiet area, the apartments are well maintained and the staff is always polite. They're pretty good at keeping all the residents in the loop about what's going on from day to day. Maintenance requests are answered pretty quickly, and it's easy to fil requests. It's right beside a small shopping center which is convenient.

Towing is an issue that is not clear, our vehicle was towed as we unloaded our groceries and we are disable and the car at building 133 has been parked in the unloadin zone for the past three days. If the rules have changed we are due a refund or a one mothe dicount of $200.00.

Great community and noise free. People are friendly and nice. Staff is good, It was quieter than what it was back over 3 years ago. Pool area is well-kept. Wished the maintenance response could be a bit better. but everything here is a good experience overall
