With its beautiful surrounding parks, walking trails, great schools, daycares and recreational centers and more! living in the Wakefield area, you literally have everything that you need all accessible at once. It is a great place to live!

As I always say, I love living here. If only they would invest in a senior citizen program for rental assistance. I would be so happy. Living on a fixed income, it is beyond hard for me to pay rent, because it keeps increasing $100 every year. Other than that, I love it here!!

The amenities such as the pool and grill areas and valet trash are nice but the experience with maintenance so far has been disappointing and frustrating. Our apartment did not meet expectations upon move in and we are on day 11 of trying to get a simple shower rod replaced.

Nothing but location so far for me. Management is rude and hatful and don't leave out of office. She just there for a check. Begin issues up and she pretty much put them back on the like you are the issue. Assistance manager and sale person has great Customer service but management is not happy to be there. Maintenance is a very big issue and my being done correctly.

Community and staff is Awesome. The people are nice, and the grounds are kept up. The Matanane team is always on top of everything. the leasing office is always nice and clean and quiet. I can always go there for a fresh cup of Coffee.

The maintenance team worked together to resolve a very complex and confusing repair issue. There were leaks in walls and It actually turned into 5 very different repairs all of which which made it very difficult to get the issue identified and resolved. But the team kept at it until it was done.

Wakefield Glen is a great community to live in. When you drive into the property it is more like a neighborhood with trees,sidewalks and community pool where they host family events. Not like the new complexes where it is just a building and parking spaces.The property manager, office staff and maintenance team are really great to work with.Since this complex was built in 2000 the floorplans offer great floorplans with large walkin closets, high ceilings,etc. It just feels more like living in a home in comparison to the new complexes I looked at. We enjoy living here! Wonderful location! Would like to see a designated area for owners to walk their dogs!! Also, would like for the breezeway to be kept cleaner! So happy to hear pressure washing will be taking place soon! We have been living here for several years now and have not experienced any real issues!!

The staff is amazing. Have no idea how they remember the names of each resident. I have had zero issues with maintenance since arriving. They people performing the maintenance are professional and always clean up after themselves.

We have been living in this community for 8 years. During that time the office staff has always been courteous and willing to answer questions we may have had. The maintenance staff has always been professional and complete jobs in quick and clean manner. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking and close to shopping.

The trash pick up is a rip off. The cans are too small to hold much trash, on the weekends the dumpsters are packed and running over, and lack weekend service possibly attracts rodents and outside animals. I do not believe we receiving effective service from trash pickup because the size of the cans and Untimely service means most residents still walk or drive to the dumpster. Again, My trash has never been picked up because pickup is outside my home hours. Garbage pick up.

I have lived in this community for nearly 5 years. Their motto is take a swing at luxury living however living near a golf course is what they mean. It is not important that these properties remain of luxury standard but they try to maintain them from neglect. I will say they turn a blind eye as long as people "stay in their lane" but there is an issue excessive parking in front of houses and residents owning too many vehicles and taking up the parking spaces nearest the homes. The collection of trash in front of the bin gets bad at times and can be an eyesore. It is convenient to so many of the "norms" for all manner of shopping and gas. The location is absolutely unbeatable!

Overall, I have had a good experience while living at Wakefield Glen. Phones being answered at the rental office are hit or miss, and the office turnover has gotten more frequent as the years have gone by.

I love it here. It is quite quiet and very clean. The maintenance staff works very hard to get what I need done. The office is very courteous and prompt when returning phone calls. they have a beautiful exercise room. Also a great computer room.

Wakefield Glen is so close to everything. The medical facilities restaurants the grocery stores everything are all with him walking distance. They keep the grounds beautiful. The maintenance guys are always professional and kind. The apartments are spacious and stylish. Most of the time it's a nice quiet community.

It has not been good. From the customer service and blatant attitudes, to receiving a carpeted apartment when I asked for wood flooring to receiving an apartment where the turnaround was obviously rushed and poorly done leaving me to clean, dusty bathroom tan, paint all over my bathroom and kitchen floors, a messed up front door handle (maintenance fixed, a leaking dishwasher that had to be changed, missing shelf, outlets that don’t work and more…including a shooting right by my building. I’m very surprised at how this moving experience turned out to be.

New people just move 3 days ago, and is being 3 days of smoking weed , I told this community is a smoking free, so I don't understand. Just in this side of this building are 2 new borns, 7 pets, also older people and others. One of the main reasons we choose this community it was for that non-smoking community.

Wakefield Glen staff is amazing - very friendly and knowledgeable. Maintenance has fixed things quickly and been very friendly as well. My only issue was the cleanliness of the apartment when I moved in....both staff and maintenance have fixed the issues quickly which I appreciate.

The grounds are well kept, the amenities are hard to access, hours of operation isn't clear, office hours are unclear. Dissatisfied I have to pay for some maintenance requests. Not enough efforts to prevent theft.

We moved in a lil over a week ago and had a great experience with Brittany! She rocks!! Terry was very helpful as well. The staff here are all wonderful and very accommodating. They were able to get move me in quickly.
