Boulder Park has been a fantastic place to live right from the start. Staff are friendly and handle any issues/questions quickly. Property is maintained well and quality of life updates are being done frequently. We have been living here for 6 months and they have already renovated the pool and hallways of units. They have also repaved all the parking lots. Fantastic place to live.

The maintenance staff has responded very quickly each time I had an issue. I have only had minor things that needed to be fixed, as the buildings and apartments are well maintained. The company does a great job as well in keeping the grounds looking great.

So far so good. The grounds are beautiful. The apartment itself is simple (not a lot of frills) but spacious and I love the open layout and the community location. I like how there are little events that happen, even if I'm too lazy to go to them :). Overall, neighbors are nice. People are friendly but also respect privacy. The office staff is absolutely great (special shout out to Paul)! The few service issues I've had were handled quickly and the maintenance guys were very nice. Everything always looks clean. Generally satisfied with everything here!

I shopped around a bit for apartments but jumped at the opportunity for Boulder Park due to its location and spread of the buildings. I hadn't heard much about it but the maintenance efforts are clear in the parking lot, in the unit, and with the requests I've made.

It's ok but needs more parking. Close to stores and restaurants. Neighbors. are quit and friendly. I don't have 200 characters to write about living here but I have been here for about 5 years and going to stay another year .

The apartment complex is nice and the management company has made improvements since just moving in this spring. They repaved the roads, upgraded pool and pool deck and now are working on hallways - new paint, lights and flooring, as well as hallway doors.

I just really wouldn't recommend this place for the price and for what you get. The rules are convoluted and strict, the apartments are full of mold and not maintained as well as they should be for the price. The outside of the property is being redone and then sky rocketing rent while the actual units are poorly maintained. It's just not worth it.

Everything is as promised. I especially like the workout and pool/tennis area. I'm also impressed with the dishwasher and oven they work very well. I also enjoy the laundry availability. Nobody talks about walk ability but you can hit 10 restaurants and grocery stores in 5 minutes walk.

So far I am happy here. I recognize the apartments are somewhat dated but they are kept up well and are clean. The grounds are what sold me and the space outside to enjoy. The office and maintenance staff here are very good and professional.

Very expensive for the small amount of space you receive. No utilities being included also makes thing much more expensive. The gym is very outdated and often has equipment that is broken. The pool has been closed all summer so far, which for how much we pay is upsetting. They do a good job of organizing small events and raffles, and the office staff is very kind.

Boulder park has a beautiful layout, always maintained and updated. Quiet neighborhood, and helpful staff. If maintenance is needed, issues are addressed quickly and usually revolved same day as the request was put in.

Love it here.Now that outside landscaping has been much improved and hallways and carpeting has been updated. Maintenance request are taken care of very quickly.Neighbors are quiet .Location is great near everything and highway is just a jump away.

The general apartment quality is good, and the neighborhood is generally nice, but the speed bumps leading up the hill are horrendous for anyone with a harder suspension, and package theft has been an issue. Additionally, it can be a challenge to find a place to leave cars during snow cleanup.

Nice community living. Office maintenance engineers are very responsive to any work orders. Lots of turnover in neighbors causing lots of extra noise and traffic in local areas. Parking can be difficult after 7PM.

Maintenance doesn't fix things. I have to keep putting in the Same work orders. And the same items aren't being fixed. It's nice how quickly they come but it does me know good that the items aren't being repaired

Perfect size. Drafty windows so some rooms are super cold in the winter. Generally quiet. Pretty grounds. Over-priced but still within market for surrounding area. Really good about keeping snow cleared.
