Super easy move in process, everyone was super nice and helpful. Front desk had everything ready for me when I got there, even when I got there a half hour early. Apartment was spotless when I moved in and the hallways and stairways have been very clean. Great building!

So far so good! Very clean and quiet in the halls. Absolutely love that they allow pets in the apartments. Renting a 2 bedroom townhouse and there's so much more space than I expected. Haven't done much yet with the community, but looking forward to it!

the apartments are in a great location. Quiet area. Nice people. The floor plans for the two bedrooms are a little odd, I wish there was more open concept. There is a lot of dog waste around the property which is a drag.

I've never had any problems since moving in. The office staff is friendly and in my experience has always done a good job handling any problems that do come up. The location is great and the buildings and property is well maintained

I was very pleased to discover this community. The apartments, buildings, and amenities are fabulous. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. When moving in, I did a quick inspection report about whether or not there were things I'd like fixed. I had a kitchen drawer and closet door that stuck. These were fixed so quickly and I was very pleasantly surprised about the fine service.

nice. Quite close to stores storage on site access to highway and multiple restaurants and shopping centers pets allowed care free living and pool and exercise room .something breaks i just make a call and its fixed at no added cost.

The community seems very nice. Everyone has been friendly, respectful and it is a very quiet area. The convenience of shopping, highways and entertainment is a plus. A pet friendly building that has a dog park in the area is especially nice.

I've been at Boulder Park for a year and have been please with my choice to live there. It is overall pretty quiet and the leasing office and maintenance staff do a nice job to respond to questions and requests. I love the pool in summer and the access to walking in the quiet neighborhood behind the apartments. It's also super convenient for highway access and shopping.

The community has been pleasant. Neighbors are friendly and have been a pleasure to live side by side with. My car has been broken into at night so make sure to lock up belongings. Maintenance has been prompt and able to fix any issue.

Grounds are generally kept clean, maintenance staff is quick to respond and willing to update you as needed. Property manager is willing to hear your concerns and work with you to address them. We've been overall comfortable living here

I enjoy living at Boulder Park, the apartments are huge, the building I live in is quiet, there is plenty of parking. My furnace broke and was fixed right away with one phone call. the snow removal is perfect, they are there as soon as it starts snowing. We were told the utilities would be around 200 a month and that is pretty much what we are paying. The pool is great in the summer and the playground upgrades are very nice. Thank you

Great community so far. I've been here for 18 months and do not have any complaints. The maintenance team is quick and efficient which is a huge plus. There is plenty of parking and a new playground which is a plus for those families with children

This apartment complex is not work the money you pay. The carpets are gross, they are shampooed before the new tenants move in but over time being to show the stains and discoloration from previous tenants. The water you get from your kitchen sink is cloudy. The heating system shrieks every time it turns off or on. You can visible see the 100000 layers of paint that have been applied to your apartment (they also just paint over the light switches and outlet covers). The dishwasher leaves behind the what looks like sand? And you can hear everything your upstairs neighbor does including using the toilet. But don't bother calling the front office even if your upstairs neighbor is a two ton elephant stomping and making your whole apartment shake because they won't do anything anyways. Would not recommend living here.

2 Months leaving in this apartment and I have to deal with a liking in my bathroom, which was not considered an emergency. For the price, I'm paying I expected more concern from the team office. The apartment's floor is old, so I can hear every single step from the neighbors upstairs.

The community staff has been very inviting, nice and easy to communicate with. I like the fact it is so close to Route 3, not to far from downtown Nashua. Bostons not far and Manchester, NH is only 20 minutes away. Plenty of things to close by.

I really like my apartment; it is quiet, a perfect location for me, and I am allowed to have my cat. I usually can find a spot to park, and I have great utilities, heat, water and otherwise. The maintenance team is very helpful as well. The only negative is that I have had lots of things stolen (welcome mat, packages, etc).

The community is very nice and the office staff are very helpful and pleasant. The buildings are getting older but the apartments themselves are in good shape. One thing of note is that due to the age of the buildings, the floors and ceilings are excessively creaky. My first experience with snow was not a good one. The grounds crew were very late to the uptake on removal and prevention as no salt or sand was put down until the storm was in full force, stranding a bunch of cars on the large hill up to the complex.

It's in a central location in Nashua with everything you could want pretty close by! But it is also very quiet which is hard to find for being so central. Community itself is very pretty and the people are all kind.

This community is very clean and modern. It's very quiet Throughout the day, at night it is usually quiet but sometimes can hear other people snoring which definitely keeps me up at night. The building stay pretty warm without having to turn on my heat. TheMaintenance staff responses right away with any inspection issues we had.
