Convienent location and quite neighborhood. Plenty of space for the cost of rent. Several closets. Only thing I did not love was the rug in the hallway halls, which was old and had several stains on the main areas. Besides that the apartment is great

We have been here for 5 years now. Never had any major issues, never issues with management,maintenance,etc. Pool,Gym,New parking lot pavement, grilling area are all things we enjoy. Plus both our jobs are right off the highway. Great place! Tid bit expensive??

It has been nice and quiet. The grounds are very well kept which gives the buildings a nice appearance. The heating has been an ongoing issue that has made me a little hesitant on my feelings about the community. After this finally gets resolved I may feel better.

Good size apartment but the layout could be designed better. Small kitchen large living area. Neighbors are friendly but everyone mostly keeps to their own lives. No issues with crime or criminal activity. No noise complaints. Great location. Near multitude of stores, restaurants, and highway accessible.

some good and some bad, very worn carpets with patches missing in corners and stains on them,holes in the wall and the dish washer doesnt work well,but I dont use it so that's not an issue. Very aged, but the staff is amazing and fixed every issue I had, including a stone that shot fireballs at me and a 2 month gas leak when we first moved in. The apt is a good size comparatively. We are only here for a year as we relocated to New Hampshire and will be buying a house . they allow pets which was the biggest factor in picking boulder park. Our pup is our world and there was no way I was giving her up.

Customer service is awesome! Always available and very responsive, the only thing that I would like to be different from my experience with the community during the move-in process was the information offered there was no time that Saturday to walk me through the process properly, and as a foreign national that would be something that I needed, garbage disposal process, and mail process were never explained to me until I call customer service, and they responded to me right away. Overall I am very satisfied with the community no disturbing noises, around which is perfect for studying and resting.

you should do more for your tenants. You never give anything back. All u do is take things away. I need you to cover my back! You do not do that. I live here, I pay rent on time, listen to us! I care where I live. my apartment leaks like a siv! We need cameras for security! So, whats the problem? You raise the rent every year, I'm retired.....do u care? Do you ever give an answer for the increase? Not! So, do not treat me like I am a dummy, because if it keeps up I will fight back! The community seems nice I've only been here one month. Seems like the best part is pricing and near the highway. Amenities seem nice. It took maintenance 3 times to fix my heating issues during the arctic we had. Thankfully it's over. I have a horrid stain on my living room carpet they gave me a credit on my rent to cover it up, clearly more interested in covering up issues than fixing them. I won't be renewing my lease in a year. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

We have had excellent service. Building is nice and quiet. Housekeeping keeps things clean. Landscaping is done well. Snow plowing is very good. Apartment is getting older... the carpet is in bad shape, but can't be replaced.

Very quite community with friendly neighbors. Boulder park is in a great location just off exit 8 and alot less traffic than exit one where we used to live. Shopping across the street is so convenient .

Well-maintained, office personnel courteous and responsive to issues. Groundskeeping is regular. Snowplowing is timely and done well. I enjoy the occasional contests and the summer outing. Lots were recently reepaved, so look nice.

Clean and well kept apartments, even in a dog friendly apartment there is not much noise. All neighbors are courteous and kind. Facilities are kept nice. Only concern is some outside doors do not close all the way when the temp drops and the keys sometimes get caught.

Boulder Park is a clean friendly environment in a good neighborhood, friendly staff, clean area, nice pool and gym available for use for no extra charge. Quiet area with nice views also. One of the better options in the Amhearst area.

The space is relatively quiet. Only noise really heard is street noise and parking lot car doors closing. For the most part clean complex. Building has critters that enter our place once in a while despite being very clean. Untilites cost more than lead to believe

The apartments are clean and spacious. Amenities are useful and well-equipped (fitness center is smallish but gets the job done). The managing staff are responsive and helpful. It also seems like the community here is very friendly. We've had a couple of minor maintenance issues that were taken care of promptly and efficiently. Overall this has been a great place to live and excellent value, bearing in mind that we are fairly new residents.

Not good, they should have better maintenance. So they should pay attention to the apartmembers or not they will loose people and reputation. This will not be good for Princetom properties as well. Now its their work.

I personally picked out Boulder Park for my boyfriend and I when we were looking to move. I loved the exterior appearance and the unit I looked at had a gorgeous layout. My own apartment upon move in was dark due to the bushes in front of our windows (first floor) and we have a lot of bugs that get in. The customer service was great while moving in, however once we were locked in a lease- they don't seem to care about maintaining that exemplary level of hospitality. This is not the worst complex I've lived in, however there have been moments where I feel I am being taken advantage of.

Quiet and clean community, located near shopping and to the main highway running north-south. Easy commute to Boston; 20 minute drive to the airport in Manchester. Really good value for the price. I recommend this property highly.
