Living in Boulder Park Apartments is conveniently close to route 3. The people are friendly and any maintenance work that needs to be done is done quickly and efficiently . Everyone seems to be nice the only downside is that the washer and dryer are not in the unit. Parking is easy and accessible there is no charge and there's always a spot open. Lots of natural sunlight at least in the building I live .

I have had a great experience at Boulder Park, the staff is amazing and maintenance could not get any better! The dog park is great for letting my pup run around free and the grounds are beautiful! It is close to stores and highways!

The community is nice, it is a great location. The offic and maintenance are responsive to our needs. Our apartment is outdated i.e. kitchen appliances, counter tops, windows, heating system, etc. There is no recycling, a lot of waste goes into the dumpsters.

Well maintained community residential living. Easily accessible to shopping and public transportation. Ample onsite parking and storage units easily rented. Apartments are "generic" in nature; no updates, sink, a/c, etc.

I have lived in this community for approximately a year and a half. I love the living space that I'm in. My neighbors are very polite and the staff is great. The space is clean and nearly any issue that has arisen has been fixed by maintenance staff in a very timely manner. I would recommend anyone I know to live here.

Very quiet. Good communication. Pleasant & helpful staff. Plowing could be better. Ice from previous storm and frigid temps made it unsafe to get to and from your car. I understand that residents that don't move their cars makes this hard to accomplish. Maybe sand the parking lot if needed? Not complaining just suggestion as we have not seen these cold temps in years.

Very good community. Little expensive but you get the quality. None of the utilities are not included in rent and you got to pay for everything separately. Pool, Tennis court, Gym, laundry on each floor are cool features.

We selected Boulder Park Apartments because the living room/dining area provided us with the opportunity to set it up as a bigger living room than other apartments. The location is great as well. The access to route three provides us with the convenience for one of us to drive north to work while the other goes south and it's only a minute away. Having Market Basket across the street and the many restaurants close by is great. We do miss a patio or deck and in-apartment laundry though.

Apartment was completely renovated and clean on arrival. Management was informative and prompt to provide answers to any concerns or questions. The only downfall about this apartment is the windows are very drafty and cold, the closet doors are difficult to open and close, considering the lack of storage space I am always opening and closing them. The bathroom fan also does not vent properly and is insanely loud and there is nothing maintence can do. Maintence is always quick and completes the job properly. The community is large but is cozy and the people are polite.

The apartment is so beautiful, spacious and very clean! I love everyone at the office they are very friendly! I have had zero problems here! I went from a big house to here and I couldn't be happier! The girls at the office have helped me so much! My kids love the apartment and had a great supper utilizing the pool

So far fairly decent, only been here a few months not much to go on yet. Of course anything can change. Currently only problem is with are packages from the mail system have been found open or torn. This isn't something on the apartment complex itself but the mail service

Office staff is very friendly and helpful. Apartments are big. Big closets. Carpets are nice. Not much storage space but storage units available. Quite neighbors. Parking is not the best but not horrible.

Noisy boiler, over priced unit. This issue has been repeating for long. Everytime it is fixed it only lasts for about five days and then it's noisy again. I asked management to replace the boiler several times without any success.

Grounds are well kept, building is kept clean, staff is very friendly and pleasant to speak with. I enjoy using the gym, tennis court and pool. Very convenient area to the highway and shopping. Overall a very nice place to live.

The grounds are great- tons of open green space and parks for little ones to play, great pool for summer and affordable. The gym is decent, but some of the equipment could use some TLC. The apartments are spacious with good light, although the kitchen is pretty tiny and the walls are thin. The staff are great and very prompt/attentive. Overall if you want close access to the highway and are on a budget, its a goof deal.

We have had zero problems with staff or any of our neighbors. We had one problem last winter where it seemed that the main drive, lot, and walkways were not being salted in a timely manner however in the winter storm we've had so far they seem to have rectified the issue.

It's okay. The best thing about Boulder park is the maintenance staff who will be needed without a doubt. The staff is nice. It's a decent spot for how badly my pockets are being juiced. So yeah I would give it a solid 6/10. Like I said. Maintenance was great

The management is courteous and the maintenance team is quick to respond. The rent is low considering the apartments are right next to Somerset plaza, park & ride and route 3 highway. We had a great time living here. I highly recommend Somerset Apartments.

Very quiet community, close to highways and many many restaurants and stores. Wonderful office staff, very friendly and informative. Maintenance staff is great too. I have been here for 4 years now and have never had an issue that wasn't resolved. I like it here and would recommend. The only thing that would make this place better for me would be if we had balconies. I'm on the second floor and on nice days it would be awesome to sit out on a balcony.
