As many said " DON'T MOVE IN". They neither showed us the actual apartment nor told us that the apartment we intended to move in is smoke free. They got us to sign the lease and took our security deposit for not moving in. We were not careful and they were DECEPTIVE. Be extremely cautious doing business with them.

Hi Subhash, I'm sorry that it didn't work out, with your move to Boulder Park. We are not a smoke free community, and we can only hope that if this is an important aspect of your new home, that you would have inquired when you leased the apartment and we could have confirmed for you immediately, that we are not a smoke free community. (We do not allow residents to smoke in common areas, and they must be at least 30 feet from all buildings, including walkways and entryways. But, residents are allowed to smoke within their apartment homes). We had truly thought that we had found the perfect apartment home for you, but we couldn't show it to you until the current occupants had moved out. This apartment will have new carpet and as we discussed, it was occupied by non-smokers for the past 3 years. And, this apartment would also accommodate your dog. We were not deceptive in any way. When you leased the apartment on October 1st, it was explained that we do offer a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel after 48-hours, you do forfeit the $500.00 holding deposit. You cancelled on October 9th, which was well beyond the 48-hour cancellation period. We did not have you sign a lease agreement yet, and we did not keep your security deposit, as that had not even been paid to us yet. Again, I'm sorry that your move to Boulder Park did not work out, but I feel that we have acted well within the guidelines that were explained to you, when you originally leased the apartment. I lived at Boulder from 2012 until 2014 after transferring my job out there and after a lifetime of living in my own home. I moved out because of a job change tht brought me back to Illinois.. Had it not been for the change I'd still be there. Staff is friendly. Layout is nice, location is great, rents are reasonable. Condition of the apartment was wonderful. Maintenance is exceptional. During my time there we had a number of excessive snowfalls and they always maintained the parking area so that it clear. Sidewalks into the building were also immaculate. Summer maintenance is also exceptional. Beautiful location. Beautiful grounds and a staff next to none. The ONLY issue I had was with neighbors below me who felt put out that someone was finally living over them and I had to tip toe while walking in my apartment. OK, to they were ignorant and difficult to deal with but that was not Boulder's fault. If I moved back to NH I'd surely move back to Boulder. I highly recommend them

I initially wanted to live at Boulder Park for its location. The proximity to a supermarket, restaurants, and the highway makes things very convenient. The grounds are well maintained and the staff is very professional. I am disappointed on the condition of the apartment. The cabinets need to updated and there are cracks along a few walls.

Maintenance and staff are super friendly and helpful. They seem to always try to solve problems the best they can. They also have fun community events such as BBQ's and scavenger hunts. They also are very animal friendly which is a definite bonus! The experience of living here has been nice.

I am living in this apartment for around 2 years now. It is very good apartment apart from flooring.. We have very bad experience and management couldn't do anything. Maintenance guys told that entire floor need to be changed. We are staying in second floor and people above my apartment walks so much and that wood cracking noise is very loud and really annoying.. We have complained so many times to management but no use. As our lease is completing in mid of dec and asked if we can move to townhouse in the same community but they said we need to pay transfer charge of $1000. This is so bad and we need to live with noise for another 3 more months and planning to move out of this community to stay clam. They should not charge us as this is not our issue to ask for change. I am not sure if only my apartment is so bad. But I have few friends stays in same apartment and said they too hear noise if people walks upstairs. Hi Selva and Lakshimi, I know that you have been frustrated with the sounds coming from the upstairs apartment, and we did address it with the upstairs neighbors, who were very understanding, but they also didn't know what they were doing to cause the bothersome noise. After talking more with the two of you, it sounds like it is just the sound of them walking that is the issue. It's safe and relatively quiet, the apartment is huge and we love the office and maintenance staff. We can have pets and it is far enough away from town to feel secluded but close enough to access everything.

The 60 day notice to vacate has made it almost impossible to move out without losing or deposit. The storage units are not really usable at this point, unless it's used for rain resistant items, so we are forced to use a storage unit at another facility.

The people that work in the leasing office are nice and polite. The apartment is well laid out with the exception of the kitchen and we have had some issues with spiders but other than that the complex is a very nice place to live for a first rental experience

Great place to live! Very quiet and everyone is very nice. You couldn't ask for a better location!! It is right near a grocery store, outlets, target, Walmart, and plenty of restaurants! For people who say rent is too high, try living outside of Boston half the space and 1.5x more expensive!!

Location & office staff is good but overall apartment maintenance is really bad. No balcony is a major problem, windows are very old - wind leaks in during winter. Overall bad experience - not going to recommend anyone to stay. Apart from location and office staff nothing is good.

The management company overall seems ok. I put in a maintenance request to fix a drawer in the kitchen the day after I moved in. Three weeks later and it has not been fixed, even though the maintenance staff have tried to fix it twice. It also turns out my neighbor is a huge smoker, making my master bedroom reek of smoke. The property management is trying to make the other resident change her habits, but the have not been successful. At least they try. It just seems they are unable to get results.

Also, as we discussed, the neighbor is making some changes, but she has been there for 4 years and didn't realize her smoking was bothering anyone. Been living here since late 2012 after I left college. Overall, they has been a solid place to live for my first apartment, and I have few complaints. Here's a detailed run down of what I've seen in my 3 years here. Pros: Leasing staff is friendly and easy to work with, the property manager (Kelly Blake) is very responsive over email and has answered any questions I've had over the years. In the few times I've talked to her in person she was very nice and I have had no complaints with her or the staff. (They are staffed with exclusively woman at the leasing office from what i can tell, but no complaints here!) Maintenance answers all tickets promptly (including the latest emergency ticket which was responded to within 10 minutes) I cannot describe the peace of mind knowing that maintenance is just a call away and almost no hassle (can submit tickets online easily!) Internet and utilities work reliably and I've had no major issues. No major pests have been spotted in my apartment, at worst you'll see an occasional ant or spider, but I think that's more because I'm on ground floor. It is a nice place to live, we are staying here from 2014 and did not face any issue. The apartment is close to my office. My child is enjoying the park area, tennis courts and swimming pool. The responsiveness for any issue from the office staff is very good

First and foremost I will start with the one single redeeming quality that Boulder Park has to offer, there grounds. There grounds are splendid and are well taken care of. Past that, this place is awful and the employees in the office are well dressed thieves. We rented a two room apartment from them for a whopping $1,225. The first day we got in there the shower faucet pulled away from the wall, the front door lock broke, the closet doors came unhinged off of their rusty metal tracks and you could feel the outside draft leaking through the windows. The flipping cupboards didn't even line up when you closed them. Talk about overpriced. They rush you into these apartments because they know that once you sign that lease they own you for a year! On top of all of this we had a property manager by the name of Kelly living in our building who I don't think ever grew out of being a college dorm RA. I'm sorry that you were unhappy when you left. I know that relocating is stressful, and there was a lot going on, towards the end of your stay. We do have policies in place, that limit the length of a stay for guests. That doesn't mean that you couldn't add your friend onto your lease agreement, we just need to list them as an occupant, after an extended period of time. And, I'm sorry if you thought that I yelled at Sara about her car. That wasn't the case. She had knocked on my door early that morning, because her car wouldn't start. I felt badly that I didn't have jumper cables to help her out, but I did check in with her when I saw her in the parking lot later, to see if she'd had any luck. I lived in this neighborhood prior to buying a house.I returned to this community after the house was sold and have stayed for 4 years so far. I have lived here for one year and can't wait to get out of here, the apartment so old (30+ years), and they haven't done any renovation to it. my heat is always on because of the cold coming from outside, the stove is always on by small flame. I asked the if they can do anything to help they said put plastic bags on the windows. I pay for this $1270 + $180 heat + utilities. the staff are nice but their manager is so bad.

I'm sorry you have been unhappy with your apartment. The small flame on your stove is the pilot light and that remains on at all times, this is the way gas stoves are designed. Regarding your heating bills being at $180 per month. Please come see me about this. We do offer a Gas Guarantee for the first year of your tenancy with us. This means, that during the months of November, December, January and February we will reimburse you with a rent credit for each month, if your gas bill exceeds $90 in any of those months. We offer this for the first year, so that resident's can get used to how the gas heat works. You mentioned that you have lived here for just one year, so you should still be eligible for this The Gas bill just needs to be submitted by June 1st. While the apartment itself was reasonably nice the leasing office was a nightmare to deal with. They (as companies do) protect their interests to the extreme and are not willing to budge. When I emailed them to inform them of my intent to end my lease they did not honor my email as my roommate wasn't on the email chain. This turned into a protected issue that ended up costing me more than $2,000 to pay rent on an apartment I wasn't using. If you decide to rent BE ABSOLUTELY SURE your paperwork is in order. They will not budge or make the "human" choice.

I'm sorry that you had a negative experience. We do require that all parties sign the lease and that all parties also sign the notice to vacate. This way, we can be sure that everyone is moving out at the same time. Otherwise, it makes it difficult for us to market the apartment for a new resident to move in.
