I like it more as I stay longer. Very convenient. This is a ridiculous question! 200 characters! For what? I like it here but the property has to step. Pave the driveways and parkingots. Help to fix the windows. Replace some of the old stuff. 35 years is a little old. So when are you going to raise my rent again. My social security check is up $7 a month this year!

Boulder Park is a nice place to live. The staff is friendly and the grounds are well taken care of especially when it snows. It is really close to a Market Basket and a Chick Fil A so you pretty much have everything you need. The apartments are not the nicest in the area but the price is good and they are far from run down. The community is quiet and seems very safe. I never worry about having packages delivered and left out front even if I'm out of town. I would recommend these apartments if they align with your budget.

They do a great job with the grounds and fixing problems immediately. The only bad thing are the windows are terrible and the screens don't fit. If you want to open a window you need to duct tape the screens so they don't fall out and no bugs can get in.

Been here 5 years. Very much like it except now we have to pay for water, sewer and trash as before we never had to do that. Like the grounds especially the gazebo and plenty, the bbq area, pool. Also plenty of areas to walk and exercise.Lots of parking

People are friendly especially the dog owners. The Management Office has promotions. ONe was an Easter Egg hunt where the tenants could search for Easter Eggs and turn them in for prizes at the rental office. Prizes included rent certificates.

The property is well-maintained. They resolve service requests promptly. The staff is friendly. I like that I can add money to my laundry card via credit card even after the office has closed. And having a gas stove is awesome. Plus they allow dogs.

It starting warm welcome by staff at boulder park and I ended up in renting here. Apartment is conveniently located near supermarket. There are few building in community which are pet friendly. the good thing is one can choose to be in non-pet friendly building.

So far things seem ok. Apartment was available right away. My experience was average regarding friendliness but things are good. Size of bedroom is great. Like the 2 bathrooms however bath tub is extremely small and bathrooms are as well. Thank you

The office people are professional and very nice. Kelly the property manager is extremely sweet and great to deal with. I really love the layout of the apartment. The kitchen cabinets are alittle outdated. The heating system isnt the best because the thermometer is on the wall the heater is running next to, so the heat is hard to regulate. The AC provided doesnt work very well. There are picnic tables at most buildings not mine.

Year 2 on be prepared to pay additional separate FEES for the PHYSICAL WATER, SEWAGE and TRASH REMOVAL on top of your rent. Then another FEE for just receiving an involuntary STATEMENT stating those FEES!! That is on top of the heat and hot water expenses. Switch and Bait. I've been a perfect tenant never been late on rent or had even a single complaint..

Apartments are modern and clean. Grounds are well kept. Maintenance is always prompt. The office staff is friendly. Recycling is not provided. This winter the crews always kept up the the snow, which there was a lot of! Laundry can get a bit expensive.

Apartment is spacious and the property is well kept. The staff is always friendly. Any issues that come up have been fixed quickly. Their snow removal was amazing. There have been no issues with neighbors, we barely hear them. We love it here.

I was looking for a safe and clean apartment for me and my two small children. We were moving from a house. Boulder Park was the only complex in the area that had large grassy areas for the kids to run around, which was extremely important to me. The buildings are kept clean and when we moved in, our unit looked brand new. The carpet was spotless and the rest of the place was in great condition. I would totally recommend Boulder Park to anyone.

I chose to view this complex even before realizing they were a ten minute walk from a bus to South Station. The commute is better than I expected, the apartments are well worth the rent, and the office is as responsive as one would hope. Not too shabby, overall!

Community is quiet and convenient to shopping and highway. Apartment needs a lot of updating. Kitchen and baths are very old and worn. we had new carpeting. Heat is good but you pay yourself, not in rent. windows are ok but not very efficient.

I've lived in these apartments for a few years, and can't say that I particularly have anything to complain about. I can occasionally hear my upstairs neighbor walking around, but that's pretty much expected for apartment living. The property management staff is friendly and even though I don't interact with them on a daily basis they know exactly who I am and greet me by name, which is kind of nice considering how many people live here.
