I have enjoyed living at Boulder Park over the past year. The location is very convenient for me, as it is close to my workplace and has many nearby amenities. The landscaping is gorgeous and the whole staff is very courteous. My maintenance requests are responded to VERY quickly and those problems are fixed on the first visit every time.

Generally good - This handling of a maintenance issue is the first for which I have even a semi-complaint. I had been expecting some confirmation that the work was completed and the heat should have been turned back. The snow removal efforts are particularly commendable.

The monthly rent is too high for the apartments in this property and on top of this it is increased every year which is not good. In addition to this high rent, the office has started charging monthly water, trash and sewer charges which are very high, and this needs to be stopped charging.

I was so impressed with the outside grounds, so beautifully groomed and clean. I was thrilled to see the lovely Bay window treatments in the apartments, they are so ME!! I wanted gas heat and a gas stove and you had them. That made me very happy.

Overall my experience has been ok. This is my first time ever renting so its acceptable. My neighbor above me is extremely loud and i have emailed a complaint before and never heard back from anyone in the office and the noise has not stopped.

Overall experience has been great. Both office and maintenance staff are very helpful. Each of my maintenance requests have been answered quickly and staff is a pleasure to deal with. Buildings and grounds are kept immaculately clean, as they are kept up with on a regular basis. The community is lovely and I have never had any concerns for my safety as a small woman who lives alone. I am proud to live here and have people visit my apartment and would absolutely recommend this community to a friend.

Its a great community and the buildings and grounds are very well maintained. You can tell the staff enjoy working here. Its always nice to see the lawns mowed, hallways cleaned and vacuumed weekly along with the Laundry room. Great place to live.

Plowing and snow maintenance is very poor - walkways are not cleared in timely manner. Visibility is poor at night in the parking lot and walkways. Windows are terribly old and pour in cold air. I believe the maintenance/office staff should at the very least offer the plastic window covers for tenants.

Everything has been great, aside from the delivering of teacher discount and referral bonus. We referred a friend but the bonus was not offered because she didn't mention us early enough, yet we mentioned who referred us at the same time and it was honored. The teacher discount should have been applied at lease when we asked about it, but it wasn't and when we found out our referral recieved it, we were told that it can only be applied next year.

Boulder Park is located in a very convenient location to the highway and also to shopping. The staff is always very courteous, addresses any maintenance concerns in timely fashion and willing to work with you and individual lease terms. I highly recommend Boulder Park.

This is the place. Don't look any further. Great community, swimming, shopping, and easy access to both Route 3 and walking distance to the Boston Express Bus depot. 30 minutes to Route 95, Pack Monadnock and 40 minutes to the beach. HOME!!!

A nice place to live generally. Residents respectful of one another for the most part. Can't hear voices between walls, but movement on floor above sounds like a heavy pounding and is very disturbing. Best to rent a 3rd floor to not have to deal with that. Can't beat the location if you want to just zip to a store or somewhere quickly. Everything is nearby.

long term resident, but will be moving in the future due to high rent. place is well maintained, but laundry area is marginal. could use more services at office--make it more like the clubhouse that they make it appear to be. buildings are starting to get old and showing signs of age--cracks, sagging, and aged look. more resident activities

Nice quiet neighborhood but they only seem to make small repairs without a it's something major like a new heating system or a refrigerator repair it can take months to get them to fix it and the comments areas have gone downhill the carpets in that halls have holes and are fraying and the landscaping near the office is kept up but not in other areas of the complex

This place has really gone downhill in the last few years. I just tried to take my dog for a walk at 9 o'clock at night. The streetlights aren't working because someone has stolen the copper wiring from them. A loud group of young people were congregating in the parking lot. A screaming group of teenagers were hanging out and running around the storage building. A car with Mass. plates was parked in the parking lot with the radio BLARING while the passenger just made a quick <drug> run in and out. I cannot wait to get out of this place. I choke from the stink of the cooking of one of my neighbors every time I go out in the hallway. Some people in Bldg. 21 don't pick up after their dogs, leaving piles of poop everywhere. Can't use the laundry room because someone was working with fiberglass insulation and it was in the dryer and now there are sharp sticky things in all my clothes. People hang out in the back parking lot all the time leaving trash, straws, and used condoms on the ground. Management says there is "no reason for concern."

My vehicle has been vandalized twice in eight months in the parking lot. People regularly smoke cigarettes in the entryway, forcing me to breathe it when I enter. Exterior lighting is so bright shining into my room that I cannot sleep. The walls are paper thin, so I regularly hear my neighbors.

It's convenient to my place of business. The pool looks nice and the clubhouse/office is always sparkling. The storage units are a wreck the kitchens are lees then modern but it's not a bad place at all.

I have lived here for more than a year now and I am very happy.I feel safe here with a 2 locking door system and great neighbors.The office staff to maintenance are friendly and helpful .The emergency maintenance is on call 24 hours and they come quickly no matter what hour. The building up keep is clean and the grounds just Beautiful, including the pool. A Joy to drive into everyday !

This place is very noise.The people that in the apt. above me is very noise. We can hear than making a lot noise at 2:00AM. The staff does not listening to our concerns, the apt is very old and needs update.
