Very satisfied with the overall living arrangement. The community is very quiet but friendly. There's just enough parking spots for all residents. Office and Maintenance staff are very friendly and understanding of situations/circumstances. The apartment itself is up to date in renovations and very spacious for one person in a one bedroom. Community amenities are kept clean and nice. Surrounded by all essentials for shopping, grocery and all other. Great that the complex is right off the Everett Turnpike.

I love living here! I am a single mother and safety is most important to me. I feel "home" here. The leSing and maintanence staff are friendly, concientious & so helpful. The grounds and amenities are continuously kept up. Any work orders are completed in a professional and timely manner. I am very grateful to be a resident at Boulder Park.

The maintenance tech responded promptly with the appropriate tools to repair our apartment doorlock, which had worked itself loose with normal use. He refastened the lock and deadbolt which made the lock secure again. Now, when the lock is secure, there is no more gap and no more worry about a would-be burglar exploiting it. Thank you, Boulder Park !

I love the location of Boulder Parks - right off of Rt. 3 and Amherst St is just 2 quick right hand turns. Regardless of being close to these busy spots, I feel safe in this quiet community. However, I feel that Boulder Parks is relying heavily on its location and doesn't improve the interior of the actual living space. The kitchen has barely any counter or cabinet space and the gas stove takes forever to light (trust me, I grew up with a gas stove, it should not take forever for it to light leaving the kitchen to smell like gas). The living room is large as are the two bedrooms, but there is no storage (they off-put this by offering storage units you can spend more money on). In the end, I guess it's not a bad place for, but it could be so much MORE if they put some effort into it.

Boulder Park is a well-maintained community. Snow is always cleared from the grounds, and the maintenance crew is friendly and responsive. I personally have neighbors with noisy kids on the weekends. The location is great, removed from the noise of the ciy, yet accessible to the highway and Amherst St.

I moved in at the end of March 2014. I do enjoy this apartment building more than the last one I was in. It seems cleaner and I do not hear my neighbors above me as often as I did in the last one. I like the semi seclusion from the other building as well.

The Management and staff are excellent.the real draw back is not having a washer and dryer in apt. The size of the kitchen is small and cabinets are old and need to be replaced. The big plus is location and pet friendly environment .having storage on grounds is a help

Very nice property. Fairly quiet. Units are in good shape, maintenance is excellent, and they keep the grounds very well. The only problem I see right now is the parking lots - many frost heaves and potholes. But everywhere in NE is like that right now

The staff is professional and courteous. The buildings are well maintained. I felt welcomed from the very beginning. Maintenance calls have been answered and resolved in a timely manner. Still need to use the fitness room. Looking forward to the pool in the summer.

I love living here. It is quiet, clean and I feel very safe. The yards and buildings are kept in beautiful condition. I like to use the pool and the exercise area. Everyone in the office and maintenance staff are wonderful. the cleaning crew that keep the halls clean do a wonderful job.

My experience has been limited due to it being winter. I am sure when the good weather comes I will be able to roam around and enjoy what the community has to offer. I haven't leased before so getting use to the noise the upstairs neighbors create is challenging.At some points I think they will come through the ceiling. They are very loud.

The staff does not care about their residents. They are unprofessional. The apartments are nice, though, and the grounds are kept up well. I rarely hear noise. The heat breaks way too often in my apartment, though. It is totally unacceptable.

Great place to live! Very happy we chose this apartment. Office staff is always very friendly and the maintenance guys take pride in their work. I have referred a couple of co-workers to live here, and they like it here too. It's an easy drive to our offices in Merrimack.

I have lived here for about a year now. It's a nice quite place to live. The rent is a little higher than it should be though. I've had a few problems with my apartment like bugs in the summer and terrible windows in the winter. The building is very old. The washer and dryers are very small and it costs four dollars to wash and dry a load. There is nothing updated about the appliances here and the cabinets are chipped. The bedrooms are nicely sized but bathrooms are outdated as well. They just updated the thermostat which is nice. This is a good place to rent in a pinch but I wouldn't recommend it for someone who is looking for somewhere to stay for a few years. There are cheaper and nicer places around with utilities included. I pay about 45 dollars to PSNH and 200 in the winter and 50 in the sumner to liberty utilities. The staff is always friendly and the maintenance is always here in a timely manner.
