This is a great place to live and so convenient to all the services I could require to include a hospital just up the street. The staff is extremely courteous and always available to assist me when needed.

Any issue that has arisen, whether it's a water heater or an appliance, has always been addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. The office staff and maintenance crew are tops! The only issue that needs improvement is the windows - not energy-efficient and they stick shut sometimes.

I enjoy the clean and well maintained property grounds. I think the rent is reasonable - not low, but "reasonably priced". I also enjoy the peaceful/quiet atmosphere in and around the apartment units.

Very friendly and welcoming. The staff is always willing to help out in a timely fashion. The landscaping is beautiful and feels very welcoming when I come home from a long day of work. I feel relaxed.

It's relatively quiet for an apartment building. It's close to shopping centers and restaurants. Also easy access to the highway going north or south. Office staff is very pleasant and helpful. I would recommend living here.

From the moment you walk in the door, everyone is friendly and welcoming! The community and neighborhood is quiet and clean. Its great to have the "dog Friendly" buildings for the 4 legged friends! The thing that suprised me the most was that once we moved in the other residents are all so friendly! We are very happy we decided to move in here!

We have Lived here for almost 6 years and love it. The staff is so friendly and helpful. When we put in a maintenence request the staff always responds within 24 hours. The buildings and the landscaping are always cleaned and well maintained. I would recommend Boulder Park to anyone looking for a nice clean place to live.

Thank you for responding. Please be sure to call the office if you feel the walks have not been cleared satisfactorily. Unfortunately, using chemical products that actually melt the ice greatly deteriorates the concrete sidewalks.

It's a quiet community, you wouldn't know you are close to shopping etc. Lots of space to walk dogs which is great since I have two. Office staff are very friendly and helpful as well. It's nice to find a place that welcomes dogs and doesn't make you pay a huge fee from them either.

I love Boulder Park because...

I love Boulder Park because it offers urban living without it feeling like I live in the city. It's location is perfect in that I am minutes from downtown, shopping, restaurants, etc. and yet I don't "feel" like I live in the city. There is no city noise or hussle and bussle up on the hill. I also love the fact that it is located right off a major highway making driving somewhere else so easy. And, if I don't want to drive, I am within walking distance from public transportation (bus) that can take me all the way into Boston. The staff at Boulder Park are wonderful, the grounds are emaculate and beautiful, my neighbors are pleasant and they are pet friendly community.

UPDATE - SINCE MANAGEMENT IS REFUSING TO RESPOND TO MY QUESTION I WILL TELL YOU - YES - THEY HAVE INSTALLED LOUSY, LOW-FLOW, LOW-PRESSURE SHOWER HEADS AND FAUCET AERIATORS. THE WATER PRESSURE IS HORRIBLE - NOW - TENANTS ARE NOT EVEN ENTITLED TO A DECENT SHOWER. THE PRESSURE IS SIGNIFICANTLY WAY LOWER - HORRIBLE. WAY TO GO BOULDER PARK - WAY TO SHOW YOUR TENANTS YOU COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THEM! THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT TENANTS AND JUST BAD BAD PUBLIC RELATIONS. I HOPE YOU MADE AN EXTRA DOLLAR!! The management has no respect for the tenants. I returned home Friday evening to find a notice that they were coming into the apt on Monday at 9 am. The notice stated that the were installing new showerheads as well as various other things. I fear that these will be low pressure shower heads. I think this is totally irresponsible, thoughtless and rude of management to give such short notice. I had a wedding to go to on Saturday and its the middle of the summer so I don't necessarily like practically no notice that required me to have to spend a beautiful summer Sunday INSIDE cleaning… See More>

If you wish to not take part in our effort to conserve energy and find that the recent change in the showerhead and aerators is causing you an inconvenience, please feel free to give us a call with your apartment number and we would be happy to reinstall the original showerhead and aerators. Apartment was not clean...

Apartment was not clean enough. The kitchen, bathrooms, and all carpets were in great shape, however there were cobwebs in every corner of every room, lots of dust on ceiling fan blades, and the window blinds all had to be washed immediately... all 12 of them. Everything else was good and service has been prompt addressing problems we've found. So far the community is average. My building is dog-free, however I have seen tenants in the building leave/enter with dogs. Smokers disregard the buttstops by the doors and just flick them anywhere, sometimes right outside my windows (ground floor). So far everybody's very quiet, which is great. No noisy cars in the lot either.

The unit itself is old and needs updating but the location is very good and they take dogs, which was very important for me.

Great location with easy access to shopping and highway. Nice floor plan with spacious rooms. Common grounds are well maintained. Friendly office staff and maintenance crew. Bus station to Boston Express is just around the corner, makes commute easy.
