Boulder Park has been a great home for me for the last 3.5 years. It is in the middle of Nashua with all resources and amenities within walking distance. The property is maintained regularly throughout the year and the services are quite prompt with a quick resolution when there are issues.

Overall the outside looks really good landscaping but the apartments are outdated and needs major upgrade my heating system hasn't work since I moved. The fridge, the oven and the AC unit are all outdated and use excessive amount of energy to run

A nice quiet area that is also convenient. There are complexes on the property and there are somewhat different standards for both. the landscaping seems to suffer as a result. The office and maintenance staff have always been great with any questions or concerns.

I strongly recommend against renting at Boulder Park Apartments: units are old, smell, hot water is not reliable, management are terrible people, and you can find much better places nearby. Do NOT sign the security deposit contract unless you've actually seen YOUR unit, and have agreed on the lease terms. Once you've submitted the security deposit they OWN you, so make sure you know what you are getting into. I didn't have a chance to visit the place beforehand. I signed a lease for unit 632 (The Jackson), which according to the blueprints had 5 windows in the living room (I even paid extra because my unit supposedly had "extra sunlight"). I ended up with a unit that had only 2 windows in the living room. I had to spend my first week cleaning cabinets and kitchen over and over to get rid of the smell. Also, don't expect to have reliable hot water. Hi Santiago, I'm sorry that your experience with us, wasn't as positive as we would have all liked. I remember your situation, but I did look through your file today, just to see what we could have done differently. We don't differentiate between one bedrooms with a bay window, and one bedrooms without a bay window. Because of this, we don't charge extra for those that have them. We do try and sell it as extra wall space for your furniture if you don't have a bay window and extra sunlight if you do. There are positives to both designs. You did express your concern about the smell of cooking spices in your apartment, the day you arrived. In reviewing your email communications with our office, we immediately offered to show you another apartment. You declined that offer and explained that you had left the windows open over night and the odor seemed to be gone. I'm sorry if that wasn't the case, had we known, we would have done more to help you out. The same with the hot water. Each apartment has it's own individual hot water tank, if we had known that you were experiencing an issue with yours, we could have sent a member of our maintenance team over to fix the hot water tank. We have a great team in place at Boulder Park, but we really need communication from our resident's in order for us to take care of issues or concerns for them. And, I am sorry about the cost of the early lease termination. We do offer the option of paying until the apartment is re-rented or, paying a lease termination fee. You made the choice to go with the second option, which can often be the less expensive choice. I hope the move to California has worked out well for you,and I wish you well. The location is unbeatable- nearby amenities and proximity to rt 3, along with quietness of the north-Nashua area all are features that are heavy advantages. The downsides though: old buildings, old features and fixtures (especially the bathroom being out of date and at best, mediocre in functionality), the noise from neighbors, the noise between upstairs/downstairs, the terrible insulation and heat loss during winter, are very impactful disadvantages that significantly chip away at both sanity and quality of life. These issues, that most residents begrudgingly endure day to day, prevent any unit I've lived in from really feeling like a "home", and more like a dorm stepping-stone until I can find a real, permanent residence. I wish that was Boulder Park, but because of the issues above and many more, it is not at all...

Overall, a great experience so far. One bedroom is small but functional. Facilities are well maintained, problems are addressed quickly. Dog friendly and affordable! Pool is a big plus! I've really enjoyed living here!

They have specifics months you can't give notice. High rent for amount of storage. Your charged for water & sewage that you don't know how they calculate it dine your just told you'll get a bill. For all you know they are splitting the building usage and not your actual use.

We do have a period of time during the winter months, that we do not accept notices to vacate, but, that is just for those residents who are on a 60-Day Tenancy Agreement. This should not affect you, as you just moved in last week, and have a set lease term. It is good to know, that the leasing staff is making new resident's aware, for future knowledge though. I apologize if they did not explain how the water, sewer and trash billing is done. Conservice will take the monthly utility bills for the entire community and determine your portion, based on the square footage of your apartment and the number of occupants living in your apartment. So far it has been all right. It seems safe and the outside area is clean. Mostly quiet, but I think there are birds living in the attic area above me as I hear very tiny foot steps and thumping for hours every morning. If that went away, things would be even better.

Fabulous garden apartments in a quiet area of Nashua, NH 03063, surrounded by sky and lots of green. Convenient to roads, mass transit, jobs, recreation, schools, restaurants, services. Solid building, quiet between neighbors. The complex is safe, with pool, exercise room, party room for larger gatherings, lovely park behind. Reasonable rents.

I have had a good experience at this community. What has needed to be fixed has been done in a timely manner. I haven't had any real problems here but I do think that the cost of the apartment versus what else is out there is not the best value. It is a good place to live and quiet but for the price could include better amenities.

A thriving, very kid/family friendly community, closer to everything that helps run your life in a smooth way.Very safe, except few incidents lately, where some of the Vehicles have been tampered with. They can do a slightly better job in terms of providing the street lighting, especially near the wooded areas and, please redraw the parking spot lines, before they disappear forever.
