Very nice looking community, I like the landscaping. Seems pretty quiet so far, no problems with noise. Laundry is conveniently located. Complex is right next to Route 3, and major shopping areas. Pool/exercise room/tennis courts are plus.

The facilities are very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. Out apartment has brand new appliances and our kids love the access to the pool and the play ground. Close access to shopping and the highway is also really great.

Complete swill. It's miserable here. No one is friendly. I was bit by a dog at one point but luckily I had work boots on so it didn't hurt me. It always smells terrible. The place is filthy. The guy upstairs clearly beats his girlfriend. The workout room sucks. The carpet, paint, dishwasher, a/c units, and refrigerator suck. The property manager is rude.

Remodeled apartments are great. Staff is friendly and always remember us. Community allows dogs, which is why I live here. That being said, this is the 2nd time I have lived at Boulder park and I would choose it again in the future if I needed to.

The apartment grounds are well maintained and the staff has been responsive to our concerns. The rent is fairly reasonable and the complex is close to a lot of stores. However, I find that they use the words "state of the art" and "luxurious" rather loosely. The state of the art gym equipment tend to break down a lot and the gym itself is very small compared to the size of the apartment complex (2 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and some other machines.) The kitchen appliances are dated, the carpet is made of cheap plastic strings, and things tend to come apart easily. The apartments are not luxurious, they are basic. If you are looking for a place with character, I don't believe Boulder Park is for you.

We've only been here a couple weeks, but everyone is incredibly friendly in the office, got prompt service when we had a plumbing issue, and the facilities are great. There are great amenities like the pool and gym. It is close to grocery stores and restaurants.

The experience has been up and down. Most of the office staff is polite and kind. I have had some less than stellar conversations with the property manager, who appears to lack empathy at times. Maintenance has always been helpful and efficient. The walls are thin and you can hear dogs barking frequently. I would still recommend the property because I've seen worse, but also seen better.

This was by far the best apartment complex I found that was within my budget at the time. I had to find a clean, safe place to live while still carrying a mortgage until my home was sold in another state. The Boulder Park staff was very friendly and helpful during the transition. The location is very convenient to transportation (expressway, Manchester airport & shuttle to Boston Logan airport), as well as shopping and restaurants. The amenities are very nice, including a pool, tennis courts, barbecue grills, and a very nice low-traffic neighborhood for walks in the evening.

Boulder Park has been an excellent place to live for our first apartment! My boyfriend and I have lived here for about 9 months now and we love it. We live on the 2nd floor and it's quiet, spacious, and we barely hear our neighbors. Also, they do a great job keeping up with the grounds. Not to mention the location is very convenient.

It is nice and beautiful community to live. With good mentainance services. Location is great too. Just missing few things to make it a perfect place to feel like own home are balcony, good insulation system for peak winters, 2 full bath and little more storage space.

Moved here after 6 months of searching, Glad I did, great community, office staff very friendly, cheerful and helpful. Answered all of my questions and concerns. Convenient to major highway 1 mile off of Exit 8 off Rt 3 in Nashua. Shopping and restaurants very close by, many within a mile. Gym, Pool, are great, Storage units on property available also.

Everything looks good in the community, summers are really well here. Staff is very helpful and they work on weekends too. We have ample parking for each building and location of the community is also suitable as all the stores are nearby.

The apartments are dated, the windows are broken, and there is no insulation in the outside walls. The office and maintenance staff are pleasant, but that doesn't compensate for paying a lot for very little.

I recently just moved in , but the experience that I encountered with the staff have been great.Moving in to Boulder Park has been a great, very easy process with the staff. The residents were very welcoming and assuring that the community was safe . My dog loves the dog park!

Moved in May 2018 and have been having a pest problem since day 1. Nothing seems to be working to resolve the issue and it takes days for a response. I hear every step my neighbors above me take. Maintenance left the door unlocked after working in the apartment.

They do an excellent job maintaining the grounds and are great with snow removal. The snow trucks are constantly moving to clean the roads and parking lots. The only complain I have is that they ceilings and walls are thin so you can hear when someone is walking/talking upstairs and within the apartment as well. Additionally, the buildings aren't updated so the windows don't do a good job insulating in the winter time and you can hear all the conversations in the parking lot even when the windows are closed (need a fan/noise machine to drown out the noise at night). Besides that, it's a great community with great amenities and very close to restaurants, grocery stores, movie theaters, etc. Would highly recommend if you are alright with some noise in your life.
