Location of this apartment is its highlight. Very close to banks, regards, grocery shops and shopping centres. Apartment complex is quite and safe. Appliances in the kitchen are little old but are working fine.

Boulder Park is a great community. The apartment was clean when I moved in and they answered any and all my questions quickly. It is conveniently close to grocery stores and shopping centers and just around the corner from route 3!

Very Spacious apartment in a very good neighborhood. Only problem is , smell of room . Awful!!! Would be better if management gives a tour of the actual apartment and gives full disclosure of the state of the apartments before clients commit to signing a lease.

A really friendly community that is extremely safe and clean and polite. The grounds are beautiful with nice space for kids to play or just to hang outside on a lovely day. Within walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and other amenities.

Everything is clean and all of the appliances work. The atmosphere is very calm, safe and quiet. The staff in the front office are very helpful. The apartment itself is very spacious and allows for you to decorate and make it as homely as possible. The only negative is living on the ground floor and having to deal with pills bugs and ants coming in from outside.

the apartments themselves are very nice and spacious. It's also in a great location. BUT. Everyone smokes. Literally it's like a community of walking chimneys. They all drive small Honda Fit cars that they can't park because they all drive with one hand and the other hand holds their cigarette. The parking lot is poorly lit and a lot of the residents stand outside at ungodly hours of the night to do weird ---- so it's very scary when I'm leaving for work at 4am and there's a bald man standing near my car with sunglasses on. Also to add, I once said good morning to a couple in my building and they both sprinted down the hall holding hands as if I asked them to give me their first born. So if you're cool with cigarettes and weird people, then this apartment complex is really good.

Most units not updated, which I don't care about, but pricey for what you get. Everything else is good. I feel safe here, noise is good, plentiful parking, responsive office staff, etc. I have had a couple of packages go missing but in general have enjoyed my time here. Need to get a 1BR next year and am having a hard time justifying the price. May have to move, but I like the location. Cheap utilities.

Love it. Highly convenient. In proximity to everything yet serene. The feel of the neighborhood is amazing. The view from the windows makes me smile every morning I wake up. The floor plan is very efficiently utilized.

We moved into Boulder Park Apartments a week and a half ago. So far, we have enjoyed the friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms and closet space, clean and quiet neighborhood, and on-floor laundry machines. There are so many places to go out to eat and shop in the area, and we are one minute from the highway. The entryway and kitchen are a little snug, and the appliances are a bit dated, but those are things that we can certainly live with. We like that our building is pet-friendly, allowing us the option to adopt a dog in the future.

The apartment and the neighborhood is nice and it is convenient to travel to work. Fitness center and pool in the complex is clean and good to use. Ample space for parking and additional storage space as well.

Overall it has been good. The one downside to my apartment is that it is towards the woods so a lot of bugs get in. Also on the morning the rooms feel a little wet. Not sure if that has to do with condensations. Overall everything is great it is very updated and neighbors are nice. The maintence people are fast and efficient

I have lived here for almost 6 months, & couldn't be happier. My apartment is clean & beautiful, with everything that I need. The staff works very hard to maintain the grounds & respond to maintenance requests. I feel safe and well cared for. It is nice to see residents walking their dogs. As the first snowflake falls, the crews are out plowing & sanding. What more could you ask for? Well Done!

In the short time I have been here I have noticed the maintenance was real quick. The grounds are well kept and the location is great for shopping. Commuting etc. I do wish they wouldn't use speed bumps. Coming in. They do put more wear and tear on vehicles. Side walks in both sides of the street would better protect pedestrians.

We've just moved in a week ago, but so far the experience has been wonderful! It's a relatively quiet community and everyone here seems very respectful. The apartment we moved into was very clean with a LOT of natural lighting! There are many convenient aspects to this complex- one being the abundant amount of parking spaces! It's nice not to worry about finding a place to park, and to know there's room for guests as well. Inside and out this area is very clean and well kept. We had to put in a service request because our oven dial numbers were worn off, and they sent someone over the next day! The maintenance staff was very quick and efficient. Staff in the leasing office is also very friendly and helpful when needed. I would recommend at least checking out Boulder Park to anyone considering!

Apartments are in a great location, and offer decent sized apartments for a fair price. There are a few amenities that are well maintained but compared to other apartment complexes, it is just average. Only grills are charcoal and not located in a great location. The snow removal was underwhelming. No private outdoor space was a big downside for us, but also not a surprise as we knew in advance of signing our lease. The apartments are outdated but do offer gas stove and oven, which are great for cooking. Community washer and dryer is not luxurious but if you're used to sharing already it will not be a tough adjustment and the room always is clean. Through our stay here in less than one year we have had too many maintenance issues. Previously stated at a different apartment complex for 18 months and had no issues, where as here we have stayed about 9 months and have had 3 if not 4. Service for the maintenance was very good. Quick and easy. I would reccomend this apartment complex to others as I feel it's a good value, but I would rate it 3.5 stars out of 5.

I just moved into a Boulder Park apartment and love it. Our girls use the pool at least 3 times a week. We had a maintenance request that was completed really quickly. The staff is really friendly. Our apartment is spacious and we love being here.

So far fine. They are nice enough to talk to directly. But we felt like we were applying for Federal Employment with this group. There was so much red tape to cut through, flaming hoops to jump through. And on top of it all, they dont seem to share information/emails with each other. So we had to send/resend documentation way more times than necessary. And for some reason they needed to check our Golden Retriever to "make sure he is friendly". Like really? So the move in process was way too much. But we needed a place and they had a room open. So. Yeah.
