There is no community, only people passing by. Not necessarily a bad thing however there is a lack of feeling around a comfortable group of people. You feel less safe living next to strangers you only see once a week.

The apartment that we have is a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath on the second level. The apartment itself is really nice. I would love for there to be a washer/dryer in unit instead of sharing. The leasing office is really nice, and the pool is great too. The workout room could use some improvements - the treadmill they have only goes up to speed 5.0mph and is very outdated. The maintenance staff responds very quickly to service requests, which was great. Another really nice quality is their snow removal process. The plows are there right away and make it easy for you to get to your job. The reason I will not be renewing my lease is because they raise rent every year on you. I moved in 2016, they raised rent for the 2017-18 year, and so because I cannot afford another raise in my rent I will be leaving.

I moved in not thinking how much I'd want balcony or porch. First floor feels unsafe, bushes block windows, never know if someone might break in . Kitchen is old. Carpeting had /has stains When you turn oven on, you need a fan turned on in hall or alarm sounds. And yes, oven clean. Windows drafty..

Nice neighborhood, great location. Building and apartments are dated. Windows are terrible, heating system is old and loud, kitchens are tiny with very little counter space. Staff is nice. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.

It is very convenient location to anywhere you want to get to on Amherst St and or DW Highway. Centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The apartments are laid out nicely and some are more spacious than others. Depends on what size you are looking for one bedroom or two.

Good value for the charges. Close to shopping, eateries, entertainment. Short traval distance to Ocean, Maine, lakes and mountains. The residences are clean, quite, and the staff is professional and courteous.

The Manager their by the name of ----------- and her supervisor by the name ----------- are the most ignorant and mean management that you will ever meet. ----------- covers up for -----------'s mistakes and crap especially when she attacks tenants. Both of these managers should be fired for their bad attitudes towards tenants. There is a case against ----------- at the courthouse for stalking. Her mental ability is of a 16 year old and not to mention the Lying she committed when she was put on the witness stand. Do not deal with these people and do not rent there, you are better off going somewhere else.

I looked all around Nashua at different apartment complexes and Boulder Park is definitely one of the better options available. Everything is very well kept, they truly take care of the facilities and grounds. I have not really needed maintenance all that often, however if I have they're very quick and efficient. I love my spacious apartment, there is plenty of open space and storage. I would definitely recommend Boulder Park!

Boulder Park has been a great place to live. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood, and there is plenty of parking. The location of Boulder Park is in a great spot! Right next to the highway, across the street from the grocery store, and just a quick ride to many other stores and restaurants. The staff is also very friendly, prompt, and helpful. Overall, I have had a great experience living here and I would definitely recommend it to others.

My husband and I have lived at Boulder Park for almost two years and our experience has been excellent. We are moving out at the end of our lease this year due to his relocation for work, but we have so enjoyed our time hear. The apartments are spacious and comfortable with plenty of natural light. We've only had to call maintenance twice since we've been here for minor issues and both times they have been quick to fix the problem and extremely friendly. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful. I only gave 4 stars for safety because of an issue with the lighting in the parking lot in front of our building that has come up a few times since we've been here. Other than that, I have absolutely no complaints. The location could not be better--two minutes to the grocery store and less than ten to multiple shopping centers. We are sad to leave this apartment and the Boulder Park community. We couldn't have asked for a better first apartment experience. I highly recommend this property!

So far so good, I would love to see the work out room renovated. Also there are some common areas like the Trash dumpster that need to be taken far away from where they currently are. Sometimes they get overflow. Couple more in the back will be great.
