Depends on building you live in.
My first experience was in a one bedroom, it wasn't so bad, wasn't the best but I really didnt have any problems. Parking was most of the problem but I had no roaches no ants. When my family expanded & transferred to a two bedroom, our nightmare begun!!! We moved into a ant, termite & roach infested hell hole. It was horrible they were everywhere!!! Maintance men are lazy, and arrogant!! When we moved into our two bedroom they didnt even change the towel seat......yuck, I had to address it before they installed a new one. I haven't any issues with the police or any problems with my car or appartment getting broken into, and it wasnt too noisey for the most part it was kinda quiet besides the kids in the summer. I first lived in building 2 & would move back if I had to, as for our two bedroom it was in building 6 & I would never live there again!! <br>

Dont waste your time
I've been living here for 2 yrs & am dying for my lease to be up. I switched apartments in this complex cause mine was infested w/ ants. The drawers, clothes in closets, cabinets, came out of electrical sockets, were in the refrigerator..our bed. So now we live in a nicer apartment w/o ants. The maintenance isnt too great. They dont do the best job responding to emergency calls. Although the rent is cheap, theyre very old fashioned, its either too cold or hot inside and the police could practically drive here w/ their eyes closed theyre there so frequently. Too many cops, its almost embarrassing.

Can you say....ewwwww?
Eagle Rock is a hole in the wall, disguisting place that is infested with ants. Everything the maintanence men touch they screw up even more. Parking is a nightmare, with no actual lines to park betwee, it´s a free for all!!! Had my car radio stolen twice. Don´t feel safe. Freezing cold in the winter, heat barely works. During summer very hot, due to cracks and holes near windows. Atic opens into closet and in foyer, perfect way for people to break in. People who used to live here told me that happened to them. Unhelpful office personnell. Overall a complete DUMP!!!! Cheap rent, but it´s not worth the money you spend in spoiled food the ants get into. Maintanence won´t even help with this problem.

Beware!!
Well, first off, I lived here years ago but I drove by a little a while ago to see if things had changed and it didnt seem like it. We had roaches. Disgusting. That was the final straw and my family bought a condo. Not to mention the nasty swamps nearby that leave the place infested with bugs outdoors especially during the summer. The place is just down right creepy, especially after some poor girl jumped off of a bridge right across the street. The place is small and falling apart. The grounds are disgusting and the neighbors, well, let´s just say they are not the pinnacle of society. Unless this place had MASSIVE renovations within the last couple of years, STAY AWAY! It is frightening to say the least.
