So far its been decent living experience here at the Walcott, it is a Beautiful building and great amenities and fun activities for the residents. There has been a lot of thought put into keeping residents satisfied and it is appreciated.I like my apartment with that being said it's always nice having your own space living in a city within a stylish art deco like apartment building that is a safe, resident oriented building.

My experience living in this community have been spectacular. The neighbors are very welcoming and friendly. Everyone abides by the rules and takes care of the community. The maintenance crew does an amazing job with the upkeep of the apartment complex.

This is a lock down not a home. I never felt so mistreated and disrespected along with many other residents. Tenants rights are constantly violated and new rules every other week. We pay someone’s annual salary to be told how to breathe at this point. I regret moving here with my son, he said it is always something to restrict us from basic living conditions. Home is supposed to be comfort not a nightmare….. I would rather live with my parents than renew a lease here, worst money I ever spent ! They will sell you dreams and then change everything.

I feel there should be cameras on the residence floors as well as elevators. As well, there should be no carpet in the elevator because it is a magnet for other dogs to pee and poop on. I’ve seen poop on the floors multiple times and almost stepped on it.

Overall the experience is good. The staff tries hard to keep everyone happy and address community issues as they arise. As in any community there are residents who are disrespectful to the experience of others and can make living here challenging at times. That said, it is in a great location, the staff does try hard, it’s pretty quiet, and I love my apartment.

The maintenance guys are the absolute best!!! They’re always quick to fix any issues and they’re just the nicest guys. I wish concierge had more hours but glad we have them. Puppy park could be cleaner but that’s the dog owners faults (and again, just glad we have it!) Overall the building is great, people are friendly, staff is helpful and nice. :)

Maintenance is professional, fast, and kind. He responded to my request in less than 12 hours and worked all day to make sure my request was resolved. The community is great & knowing I have a reliable maintenance man is even better!!

It's been easy going and smooth. From my memory, I haven't experience any negative issues this far. Management team is very responsive and do not send generic responses. For better or for worse, there are many families who live here which come summer time, the pool will be crowded during peak hours.

Great apartment, awesome location near every shop and popular restaurant you can think of. Nice amenity spaces that are well taken care of. Very clean through even with 100+ dogs living here. Would recommend this place to family and friends.

Horrible managing. People doing drugs. Homeless ppl sneaking in the building. No parking if you come in late night. Concierge won’t even greet you. Stay away, this is not luxury.. oh and the Spanish female concierge is races towards ------.

Excellent maintenance staff

Sal helped me find my phone after I had lost it down a hole. The maintenance guys here are excellent, work quickly and effectively always getting the job done. Would recommend living here for them alone, they provide peace of mind if anything ever happens.

Security is lacking - there is no evening presence. Otherwise everything has been extremely satisfactory and I have had an overall positive experience here at the Walcott and I really do not have two hundred and one worth of something to say

I’m very satisfied with my decision to become a resident here. I’ve seen the other new buildings in the area but I believe The Walcott is at the best location and is the best looking building in the area especially at night. Even my Dog loved it here she was a little shy at first when we arrived but now I can’t keep her inside she always wants to walk the neighborhood her confidence has definitely improved since being here at the Walcott and she enjoys being around the other dogs she’s met since moving here.

This apartment has various options for room size so I can easily choose my preference on website. room appliances are all very clean and brand new and bathroom size is good. mostly access to mail room and parking garage is very close so I feel comfortable

Everything is great. The staff is friendly and always available for help. The building is quiet. All the amenities look well kept and are easy to access through the application. The parking is easy to access and has enough space in each spot where I don’t have to worry about people hitting my car with their doors

My experience since I moved into the Walcott and has been nothing short of amazing! it From the moment you walk in, you're immediately pulled in by the beautiful décor and professionalism from Jennifer and Lequan. They both exceeded my expectation's by accommodating my needs thus making the move-in process less cumbersome.
