What can I say I have not been disappointed yet. This is a great place to live. Management is super responsive, the maintenance crew is very professional, and get things done is a very satisfactory time. The apartment is modern, beautifully renovated. Spacious and lots of closet space. The community is quiet and close to a major highway shopping and restaurant.

Our neighbors are a little loud. Dogs are permitted on the property, but the neighbors don't seem to care about the property and most do not clean up after thier dogs. I have an emotional support cat and I am very grateful that emotional support animals are allowed on the premiss. Theodore Riddle

I really don't have any issues in the last 6 years, however, I do wish they would invest in cameras in the parking lots. My car was involved in a accident hit and run, and it would have been resolved alot quicker if we had surveillance cameras.

Management cares about your needs and gets your problems taken care of quickly. The workers are careful of your apartment and your items in it. We just had the big snow and they are clearing walkways and doing the best they can.

Great place to live!

Moved in about a month ago, the apartment is totally renovated, modern, well designed. Plenty of natural light with new windows. Cannot wait for the summer to start using the balcony. This place is quiet and the maintenance is fantastic. I had an issue moving in. The bathroom faucet was not working properly they were prompt in replacing the faucet with a brand new one. Great management. The leasing manager Chitra is great she helped me through every step made my move easy and pleasant. I give this place 5 stars.

I am very happy living here in this community. The apartment is renovated with new appliances. There's space outside for me to plant flowers. The property is kept clean . The grass is maintained regularly. Any issues are addressed promptly. The prices are fair.

The staff is courteous and prompt in responding to most requests. One repair [balcony railing] which I consider a safety issue has not yet been addressed even though it was reported several times over the last few years including prior to the current ownership.

i've only just moved in, but the process of securing the apartment and moving in was easy and smooth. I found the management incredibly helpful and understanding. The apartments are generally reasonable and decent. Some of the work is a little shoddy like the blind installations and some of the repair work in the bathrooms, etc. but overall it's a nice community and I'm enjoying being here so far.

I thought it was time for a more recent review of this place. Overall, it's gorgeous and I can't believe how cheap it is for the area and the neighborhood. The only reason I'm not staying here longer is because of their no-dog policy. I've seen a couple of neighbors come and go; for the most part they've all been lovely people. Very quiet neighborhood, everyone mostly just keeps to themselves. They don't do a neighborhood garage sale or anything, but periodically the office will send out fliers for a flower contest or pumpkin carving contest with absolutely no other information included. They are getting better with this. My backyard is woods. The landscapers here are a little nuts; my rock garden disappeared the first year I lived here, but they are constantly mowing, trimming, or tidying, and the snow removal was fantastic over the winter. My neighbor complains that she's had a hole rotted at the bottom of her front door for months that no one fixes, and we have a shelf under the sink that's completely warped and a raised tile in the bathroom, but other than that there's been zero maintenance issues. The hot water is hot, the heat is fully adjustable, the laundry room is directly beneath our apartment and consists of three washers and three driers in what would be the most perfect bunker/bomb shelter ever. The lady who used to run the leasing office two years ago was fantastic; this new one doesn't really do much but I'm sure she's there for a reason. Seriously, if I could have my dog here, I'd be a lifelong tenant.

moving out

My wife, 2 kids and I moved in several months ago and now we're ready to move out. Despite what management in the office claims, there is NO insulation between floors. You hear EVERYTHING! The maintenance is good, the apartments are clean and well kept, but every little movement in the apartment is amplified throughout the other apartments. We cannot live where the neighbors hear every little noise and vice versa. We are NOT disruptive people, however, we can't live our lives tiptoeing and whispering so we don't bother the neighbors. It's not fair to anyone.

Plus & Minus

Pluses: Close to a major highway (80) and you don't have to drive through Hackettstown to get there. It smells like chocolate and roasted peanuts half the time because M&M mars is located next door. (I guess that could be a minus as well!) There is a Kohl's, Target, Walmart, and 3 grocery stores all within a 5-10 minute drive, as well as a movie theater, a small pet store, liquor stores, Gamestop, and many locally owned shops in town. There is also a pizza shop across the street and a Quick Check next door for food and gas and a gym up the road. It is probably one of the more spacious apartments for the cost (cost is pretty low as well) as I visited many other apartment locations in Hackettstown. They do pretty good on snow removal, and the grounds are kept pretty well. There is a small playground and field for the kids. For the most part, it's a quiet community but there are kids living here so you will hear them from time to time. There is no central air, but the apartment comes with one air-conditioner in the living room, and a hole in the wall in the bedroom if you have your own. There are 3 washers and 3 dryers per 25 apartments are so, and for the most part we actually didn't run into any issues. On occasion though, someone would take up all three but this didn't happen very often. Minuses: Maintenance -- when we first moved in, there were some things they let us know they were going to swing by and fix. A few weeks in and a few reminder calls to the office, the problems were still not fixed, and we gave up on the issue. They did replace our stove within 24 hours when it fried, which was very quick and convenient. Parking is ok, you get one spot for yourself, but there seems to be little visitor parking. This is limited however to which building you live in. There is only one person in the office so if she is out for whatever reason, there is no one to contact. The buildings are a bit old, and so you will hear creaking from the people above you. There is really no community here (as in, no group outings, picnics, or anything of that sort) Dogs are not allowed on the grounds, not even if someone visits, but it seems they do allow cats. Hope this helps!

I've lived here 5 years, no complaints, well I wish the dumpsters were hidden, but that's it. Quick repairs, 3 or 4 of the staff live onsite, so a middle of the night issue is just a call to the service and the duty person comes over. Nice little playground for the kids. Mostly quiet.

Apartment Management (Or Lack There Of) is the worst I have ever seen.

Apartment above rented by a supposed single women but there is a constant flow of lets say visitors. She is a walks so heavily on the floor above that it creates a constant disturbance below. Then there is the pounding up and down the steps followed by the slamming of the door, all of this causes items on my wall to fall off and become damaged. I have reported numerous issues to management that is whenever you can find someone (which is usually never)I have no idea what they get paid for. This women throws garbage over the balcony on a daily basis accepted practice by management I guess. The apartment complex is dirty and the maintenance is shotty at best, when expressing concerns such as mold they do nothing, the windows leak and the apartment aboves bath leaks down into mine, months ago they were advised of the mirrored closet door being cracked, and they still haven't repaired it. The floors in my apartment squeek no matter where you walk. I guess the women upstairs must know someone or has befriended someone because of course she after having the police called on her numerous times is not being asked to vacate but I am. Go figure they haven't a clue. In all honesty can't wait to get out but because management chooses sides instead of getting the facts I have retained a lawyer.

this is a wonderful apartment complex, but the staff is a little iffy. The manager in the office is never there she is a witch with a capitol "B". The maintaince is great though, all three of them are alway there when I have needed them. Great Job.
