I am very unhappy with my experience so far, particularly with the lack of timely help from maintenance. Last week, I had a leak in my bathroom coming from the ceiling vent. My bathroom was pooling with water, and it took maintenance over 40 minutes to respond?despite me also asking the concierge to call it in as an emergency. The issue was eventually fixed, but last night the same problem occurred again. I immediately submitted another emergency maintenance request and went downstairs to the concierge to try and escalate it, but NO ONE ever came. The water eventually stopped on its own after an hour, but this is unacceptable. I've only lived here about a month, and my bathroom has flooded twice in one week. There is now visible water damage to the ceiling as well.

Everything is fine unless you have an issue. That shouldn't be the case when you are a good tenant. Constant fire alarm testing seems like almost every other week. No lifeguard staff on occasion so the pool gets closed. I don't know a single other building that has those issues in the area, and I have friends that live all over.

We have loved our time at 100 House. The area is close to both Hoboken and downtown Jersey City. It is so great how pet friendly the building is as well. Lots of construction in the area and it is really growing.

I love it here! The staff is very helpful and welcoming. I've really enjoyed my experience at 100 house so far. They are quick to help and assist when needed. It is a very friendly and safe community.

I would live here forever, but management leaves a lot to be desired...
We've lived here for many years and have only started having issues over the past year due to changes in management. I think it has to do with the people way up top, because the best property managers we have had left fairly quickly into their positions. The people in charge now seem to forget that yes, this is their job, but this is also our home. I know we have a choice in where we live, but the cost of living to move is so high, that we don't exactly have the financial choice to pick up and move elsewhere. They visibly don't treat other staff well, they have poor communication with residents and place blame where it isn't deserved, and hearing experiences from other residents, this isn't just a "me" problem.

We loved living here. Very clean, new buildings and amenities. Convenient access to the city for work. Friendly staff. Lived here for two years and only moved out because we bought a home. Would highly recommend 100 House to anyone

We really enjoy residing at 100 House in Jersey City, between the convenience of transportation, proximity to Manhattan and the turnpike, the vast amenities and dog loving Enclave community, its an ideal choice for anyone in search of an apartment.

Rent is not worth the value of living here RELATIVE to the other luxury buildings nearby. The infrequency and inconsistency with the shuttle service makes it no more than a glorified minibus. Frequently there are morning commuters that have to wait in the dead of winter upwards of 10-15 minutes without even a guarantee of getting a seat. Unacceptable

I don't get very involved in the community. The apartment is nice, the staff is professional, friendly and helpful. The amenities are nice, the commute to and from New York City is very reasonable. It's a little more expensive than I'd like but money not withstanding I'd recommend this building to others.

100 house is a great community to live in. The office staff does an awesome job of keeping the building safe! The units are on the newer side and the location is great to commute to the city for work daily.

Terrible Sound Proofing on Floor 2
I wish I could move out of this place asap and have been here for far too long! EVERYTHING my neighbor does upstairs on floor 3 we can hear. Every fricken footstep, when they flush their toilets, do their laundry using the washing machine and dryer, taking a shower etc its Madness! The building will do absolutely NOTHING about it unless you can record the noise and prove to them its a disturbance. Even prior to the new tenants moving in above I emailed management asking if they could look into the ongoing sound transfer issues and absolutely Nothing was done. They will gladly take you 5k + a month but fix nothing!

Unfulfilled Promises and Unprofessional Conduct: A Cautionary Experience
I moved into the 100 House Apartments in 2021, and my initial impressions were favorable. The property was well-maintained, and the management seemed responsive. However, my experience took a drastic turn for the worse during the last six months of my lease. Management Issues: My relationship with the management began to deteriorate as they became increasingly unresponsive to my concerns. Communication broke down, and several problems that were initially promised to be addressed were left unattended. Tenant Problems: To add to the management woes, there were escalating issues with fellow tenants in the building. Despite repeated complaints, there were no effective measures taken to resolve these problems, leaving me feeling frustrated and unheard. Security Deposit Dispute: Sadly, my negative experiences did not end with the conclusion of my lease. Despite the legal requirement in New Jersey to return security deposits within 30 days (N.J.S.A. 46:8-19), it has been over 60 days, and my security deposit has not been returned. My attempts to rectify this situation amicably have been met with evasion and lack of responsibility from management. I have since been left with no alternative but to pursue legal action against 100 House for Breach of Contract and Violation of NJ Security Deposit Law. Pursuant to N.J.S.A. 46:8-21.1, I am also seeking to recover double the amount wrongfully withheld. Conclusion: It is with deep regret that I write this review. I genuinely hoped for a favorable living experience at the 100 House Apartments but have been left disappointed and financially burdened. I urge prospective tenants to exercise caution and thoroughly investigate the property, management practices, and tenant reviews before committing to a lease here. I previously posted a review outlining these concerns but was harassed into taking it down. My conscience and commitment to informing others have led me to repost, especially in light of the continued unprofessional conduct regarding my security deposit. I wanted to believe in the potential of 100 House Apartments, but unfortunately, my experiences have led me to advise others to consider alternatives in Jersey City.

I do enjoy the location and the amenities of the apartment. The concierge are very friendly and helpful, everyone that works at 100 House are friendly. It's the neighbors that are loud and noisy and I'm ready to leave. The rent is too high for what you get.

Well maintained and staffed luxury building with lots of amenities. Not very close to public transportation, so unless you have a car or are willing to bike/walk a lot, will be calling a lot of Ubers/Lyfts.

Convenient location with easy access into Hoboken, Jersey City, and to Newark Airport. Very dog friendly, nice amenities. Dog parks are conveniently located around the community. Shuttle during the week is convenient for commuters!

We have enjoyed our stay at 100 House; the neighborhood is quiet and we have access to transportation to New York City. Our son was born in 2021 and he, too, appreciates how quiet the apartment is (especially at night). We will miss 100 House when we leave!

We love 100 House. Emil and his staff are so gracious and professional: we are well taken care of. We will be moving to a house at some point in the near future; but we will always fondly remember 100 House.

The community is extremely clean and tidy. Very much in wonderful condition aside from a few of the outdoor appliances (broken handles on the outdoor grills). Overall the community is very quiet and peaceful.

Great community. Nate was super helpful. I moved from out of state and the process was super easy. The amenities are great and it's an easy commute into the city. 100 house is where we chose to get an apartment.

100 House is a decent building at the enclave complex but like every building it has its pros and cons. If accessibility to Hoboken terminal is important to you, this is the least accessible building in the area. Management is also poor at communication and lease negotiations.

Moving into this apartment was one of the best decisions I've made. The actual apartment is a great size, the whole building / amenities are always crystal clean, the staff is extremely nice. When I was touring luxury apartments in the area I noticed they all had nice amenities but no one was ever using them, which I thought was a red flag. The amenities in this community are not only TOP notch but they are used by many residents! It's great to meet other people in common areas. Everything this community offers is the definition of luxury and I couldn't be happier living here.

The building is kept in impeccable condition. The value for the amenities is certainly there. I think that the most important thing of all is that the staff have been nothing but kind and responsive, especially maintenance staff.
