This is a beautiful building in a pretty convenient location. Noise can be an issue, theirs a rowdy motorcycle club on the north side and the residents tend to be Gen Z, with a few of us older millennial scattered about and so I would say it's not ideal for a family, but if you're a grad student or at the early days of your career and need a spot where you can entertain friends and meet others in similar boats, then this might be the spot for you.

The apartment is nice enough and the people are all pleasant, however, the costs associate with the community, services, amenities, etc. are higher than similar options in the area, and the quality does not compensate for that increased cost. It was a fine option in a pinch, but with more time and careful consideration, you can find places with higher quality fixtures, appliances, trims, amenities, services, and cost structures. The fact that I have to pay more to park in my own building than people who live in our neighboring buildings still blows my mind.

This community is great! The other residents are friendly and there is always some sort of event hosted by the buildings for all of us to go to and socialize. The staff is always in good spirits and always willing to lend a hand.

Overall, living at 100 House has been wonderful. We love our space, the amenities and the area we live in. It's a perfect spot within walking distance of downtown Hoboken and the main center of Jersey City. All the staff in the building have always been kind and helpful. We love living here!

It's been a great experience for my dog and I. Friendly neighbors and the location is very convenient. The amenities are wonderful and useful especially the shuttle bus that takes me to the Hoboken path station

*PLEASE READ BEFORE MOVING HERE* I wish before moving to 100 House there were reviews to reference so we knew what we were getting into. To get to the point, living here has been a nightmare. The noise volume is HORRIBLE and you hear everything. The walls are so paper thin! We have been woken up many nights due to loud music, vacuuming (yes vacuuming at 1am) and loud footsteps, jumping, dancing, etc. I think this is a combination of cheap sheetrock/construction and this being a frat house. I wish we took the time to really examine the place during the initial tour but we got so excited about moving into a brand new place and the amazing concessions offered (3 months free + $1,000 credit) that we didn't think to focus on that. The building is cheap construction that was thrown together. When we moved in we noticed cracked tiles in the BRAND NEW showers; glue all over the windows and rush spackle and paint jobs. Very sloppy for a brand new place. There is also a centipede infestation in our apartment. We've had the exterminator here several times and we keep getting them. After doing some research, these bugs are usually a sign of another pest infestation (gross!). I've reached out to management 20+ times and though they do try to rectify the situations, NOTHING has changed. We are in the process of trying to get out of our lease and all we get back from them is that they are handling the situation. What they do not comprehend is that the situation is NOT IMPROVING. We've been told if we want to break the lease early we'll be responsible to pay back the concessions (which I'm fine with) AND a settlement fee of around 8K. We would have to shell out 8K for something that is a building issue. Management also takes 2-3 days to respond; you have to chase them and constantly follow up to get a response. Do yourself a favor and do not move into any of these Enclave buildings (Enclave, 100 House, OneTen). I spoke to an attorney and there is basically nothing we can do to get out of this and avoid the settlement fee; the only option is to pay and leave. We will now be stuck here until June OR have to shell out money. Morally this is SO wrong. My hope in sharing this is to inform others of this terrible experience. Please do yourself a favor and rent elsewhere.

Beautiful modern touch with all the amenities you can dream of. Outdoor amenities in the summer is the best. This rental will be hard to let go once we find a home we'd like to buy. This is most likely the hottest luxury rental in the neighborhood

Apartments are nice and the building is well maintained. Wish the gym was slightly larger, can get full in the morning. Likely wouldn't mind as much pre-covid. Happy with the amenities. Overall very happy.

We just moved in on 3/24 and the apartment and common areas are beautiful. The building is clean, generally quiet and offers a ton of amenities and common places to explore. The staff has been extremely helpful as well. So far, so good.

I moved into the 100 House about a month ago and so far I'm loving it. The concierge and maintenance staff really go above and beyond to help you out. The building is beautiful and the amenities are top notch. I love that the building has begun to host virtual community events for residents.

We just moved into the community, but overall we really love it! There is a nice mix of young professionals in the building. The amenity spaces are incredible. We love the workspaces, arcade, golf simulator, and theater (can't wait for the pool this summer). The units themselves are updated and nicer than most apartments. We also love the safety of having a front desk staff.

Great space, everyone in the neighborhood is nice, many people have dogs around here, the dog park is awesome. Can't say much, it is an upcoming area. Wish there were coffee shops and convenience stores nearby.

My experience leasing and renting this apartment went smoothly. The leasing staff was very responsive to my phone calls and emails prior to the move. Once I moved in, I actually changed my mind and added parking to my lease. The leasing office promptly added on the parking ad executed a new lease for me.

As a brand new community it is amazing to be one of the first to move into 100 House. The building is beautiful. It is an urban oasis away between two wonderful cities allowing for a variety of experiences and escapes. The apartments are spacious, bright, and quiet. The amenities are everything you need and did not know you need. 10 out 10.
