This is the best place I lived I just wish the gate would be closed at night because there was a guy outside with a machine gun once that do not live here and I had to call the cops beside that great .

    I like living at The Reserve and I plan to stay. The green spaces are well maintained. The place in general is quiet and silent. The team are helpful and nice. The apartment has a lovely view and is comfortable.

      Staff helpful at times depending on who helps you. Front desk person, Byron helps as much as they will let him. When my son was transferring apts,maintinece people stood an watched us as though we were criminals. Then they said we couldn't move any more so belongings were left including clothing paperwork etc. The office knew his wife had been just diagnosed with a illness. Didn't seem to matter to them. My son was having to move on his own. That didn't matter either.

        I've been here 7+ years and this current owner/ maintenance team have been great! Also my neighbors for the last 2 years have been amazing! Get to know your neighbors and look out for one another! Only issue that I see is residents or non residents Makins a mess around our dumpsters. It's been a great community for me and my kids overall!

          Over all the experience is good. As I work nights the noise level during the day is not overwhelming even living on the first floor. I seem to have great neighbors that have been welcoming and management is really helpful.

            I appreciate the Great floor plan. The rooms are quite Large. There is Plenty of storage space. Unfortunately the entryway is unclean. The concrete in my entrance is covered in old chewing gum. There seems to be no sound proofing between apartments floors.

              Very nice and peaceful place to live and very respectful neighbors. Never had a problem with anyone plus the neighbors are fairly friendly and also great swimming area and grilling area so I Iove it here.

                Okay

                I have lived here for a long while. The two biggest problems I have are the gate has been broken for over a year, and they just tie it up and leave it open. Second, there was laundry theft and they told us to stay with our laundry. One huge problem though, they also don't fix the air conditioning in the laundry room (which has also not worked for years, plural) so it's impossibly hot in there. Individual apartment maintenance is decent, but it's kind of ridiculous that we pay a facilities fee and so many things are broken.

                  I've had the best living experience here at Camenon! Whenever something needs fixing, they get it done in just one day—never longer. The community is friendly, clean, and quiet. They go above and beyond with communication, not only sending an email notice but also putting a printed notice on my door to keep me informed. It's truly the perfect place to live!

                      It has been amazing. We love it here besides the gate problems but we love how quiet and peaceful it is here at the reserve. People in the community are amazing and friendly. We have met so many new nice people. We will be sad if we have to leave because it’s so nice to live in a apartment community that’s so peaceful and nice property so green with a lot of tress you don’t find a lot of property’s with so much grass and tress love it

                        The reserve apartments community is likely one of the top.5 friendliest, clean and well equipped units in northeast heights. I enjoy the living mostly. The only issue I would say I have is the maintenance ethic.

                          Average apartment that aren’t updated. Average grounds but it is large and lots of grass which is awesome. Current management is horrible but most of the maintenance crew are great. Quiet and private and no safety issues so far.

                            I enjoy living at the Reserve. I'm just exasperated with the ongoing sewer backups. It's a serious biohazard and the cleaning and loss of towels/rugs over the years costs me money. I hate not being able to use my bathroom and want the issue to be resolved for good. Thank you.

                              My experience has been quite well. My apartment has an amazing view and is surrounded by lush greenery and is amazing during the rain. It's quite and I've been sleeping well and waking up happy. 10/10 would recommend.

                                  I've had problems with a refrigerator and now the A/C, but both were resolved. There has been improvement keeping the laundry rooms and mail room clean and waste disposed of timely. I've been here 24 years and have seen many management and maintenance teams come and go. I must give an applause to the current "greeter" at the front desk. Byron has seen to it that requests are tended to promptly; he is professional and helpful. I believe it is a first that when he says he will return a call or ensure maintenance is done, it is trustworthy. Thank you...

                                    I recently moved out of The Reserve apartments, and I’m now here to give my unbiased opinion. I moved to The Reserve apartment after being honorably discharged from the United States Navy. I have since lived there for a total of 8 years, and now have moved to another apartment complex. Like most guys, all I care about is my property, and safety while I sleep. Since 2016, the management/owners have been letting it slowly deteriorate. The main gate is always broken, and the management says that it can’t be fixed because “you guys always break it!”. They also have no respect nor care for military/EMS personnel, as they showed me(I've done 4 years in the Navy, and 8 as a paramedic). My CBR500 motorcycle was stolen twice and the second time I had three locks on the bike. In the end, I was forced to leave the apartment complex because management didn’t want to put any effort into the upkeep and security of the complex. I wouldn’t recommend living there, or anywhere near Central Avenue, due to the growing homeless population.                                       experience is poor. the apartment complex needs extense plumbing plumbing in these apartments back up and cause flooding quite often. the repairs are not perminant but a temporary fix and have to be revisted often. this is the case with hotwater heaters and the hvac systems.

                                        I have only been at the apartment complex for a couple of weeks. I am a little disappointed with the gym. There is a treadmill in there that does not work. Upon move-in my apartment was not cleaned very well.

                                          Maintenance is likely extremely busy, I'm sure due to the deteriorating nature of the entire complex. Therefore, this can result in monthS long wait for something to be completed. Front desk staff will merely placate you on your issue but do nothing to resolve them. Security is a joke in nearly every regard. Rent has recently skyrocketed, but what prices haven't I guess. 9 out of 10, wouldn't recommend.

                                                  Office staff from HELL!

                                                  After all they put us through while living there, they are now trying to keep all my deposit and then some. This is after they manipulated a WHOLE shitstorm. It started with the upstairs neighbor's dog urinating on us constantly. When they would not do anything about it at the office other then tell us to call the cops. I told the upstairs to 'STOP PISSING ON MY FAMILY' We got a 7day notice for cussing up and down the stairs. The office played the gaslit situation up so as the upstairs was legally removed due to the pee issue and us when Melissa (office mgr) told them my last name to have them pull a "battery" charge on ME!! All while I was recovering from a hip injury and could not possibly pull such actions! The police officer that wrote up the report was the same one that we had reported to only 7days prior to that. Battery was dropped Melissa! As she obviously lied. Our deposit was kept on falsely played info that we stayed another month and also charged MORE than the $1000 deposit due to a cleaner than we moved-in stove and an onion skin in… See More>
