This is a great building with excellent staff and solid amenities. The management and front desk team are friendly, responsive, and easy to deal with, which makes day to day living smooth. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the building is consistently clean and well maintained. The amenities are practical and actually useful. The gym is convenient, the common spaces are comfortable, and everything is kept in good condition. Nothing feels neglected or poorly run, and the building stays quiet and orderly. The location is a major advantage. Being right next to the Queensboro Plaza station makes commuting extremely easy, with fast access to Manhattan and other parts of Queens. Having multiple subway lines nearby is a huge plus. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes, and grocery options within walking distance, so running errands is simple and efficient. The neighborhood feels safe and continues to improve, and the building itself feels secure and well managed. Overall, it offers a strong combination of location, comfort, and reliability. I have enjoyed living here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a well run building with great transit access and a convenient location.

This has been the best rental experience I've ever had. The entire community feels like the most familiar and comforting home, and every staff member I've met has been exceptionally professional, kind, and welcoming. I think this apartment is generally quite good, including the hygiene, facilities, and the environment, etc. However, I think sometimes the receptionists at the entrance may not be very patient (but most of the receptionists are still very friendly). The control settings for the air conditioning are not particularly reasonable (for example, there is only one air conditioning switch for the main bedroom and the side bedroom). Also, the apartment lacks some minor facilities (for instance, we don't have the funnel for the sink).

Link apartments is a great place to live at. The staff, doorman, leasing office are all very respectful and helpful. Maintenance is quick to resolve any issues in the apartment. All parts of the shared spaces, including the gym, lounges, and grills are kept very clean.

Apartments are new and nice. Expensive relative to other options but close to the subway. A lot of younger students in the building which can be occassionally slightly more noisy but okay. The location is more "astoria" than "long island city" given it is on the other side of the subway tracks

I've had a generally positive experience living here?the building is modern, the finishes are beautiful, and I especially love the kitchen island and overall interior design. However, the sound insulation could definitely be improved. You can hear the subway pretty clearly, and sometimes even the bass from neighbors playing music. If the community could add a golf simulator in the future, that would make the amenities even better. Overall, it's a nice place to live with great potential for upgrades.

This apt is maintained very well. Concierge staff is amazing especially Jesus and Will. Natalia and Kobe is amazing in and any qu you may have and resolving them. This apt is also very close to main transport hub.

The maintenance team is the best in Link Apartments in Long Island City . They are caring about the residents. They are very very helpful and nice to the residents. I greet them every time I see them and they are always smiling. They responded very quick to our requests and they even help me carrying my packages.

Front desk staff has terrible attitudes, always seems like me asking them for anything is an inconvenience to them when it's their literal job, I try to limit interactions with them at all times. Very rude, and borderline unprofessional, never encountered front desk staff like this. I've received Eyerolling, lecturing, and overall general attitude towards the most basic requests. For example, the alarm next door was going off and the unit was unoccupied, received so much attitude and "that's not my department" from front desk, the alarm went off for 2 hours. Forgot my keys one time, will never do that again, since the rudeness I've received was not worth any of that. I rather sit outside and wait for my partner to come home and open the door for me. I see no reason to tip any of them. Maintenance staff are great, always professional and friendly.
