The community atmosphere is very good and I really like it. However, what disappoints me is the hardware part of the building. I had to install Wi-Fi five times before I could get a connection. The battery of the smoke alarm ran out and it kept sounding. The toilet in the bathroom broke down and the water in the faucet suddenly became cloudy. These were all things that happened during the month I lived there.

Very supportive staff. Our unit faces North and there is no noise at all. The only inconvience part is that the phone signals are poor in room. We also did run into some appliances issues but the maintenance are great.
