Beautifully updated!!!

Absolutely beautiful after the recent renovations!! Caring and attentive staff. Lots of amenities inside the building that other places don't have, such as a chapel, hair salon, multiple laundry areas, library etc. I highly recommend Siena village!!

Beautiful building for seniors

I am impressed with Siena Village's apartments, classy updates and just everything! I'd been in the building before the updates, and with the new updates it's like a different place! It's so warm and inviting!

Great place

Great place and great staff. The grounds are blooming with pretty flowers and the apartments are very spacious. With Meijers grocery store being nearby in Englewood, it’s a great convenience. Nice apartments to consider!

Very nice!

Very nice Senior community with updates. Apartments available right now. The location is easy to get to and close to 70 or 75. The apartments have kitchen appliances included, and water and trash are paid.

So glad I made the move!

Finally moved in after being on the waitlist for several months and I am so glad I made the decision to move here! My apartment is quaint just the perfect size the rent is within my budget! One Keynote the maintenance man every time he sees me he smiles and he asked me how my day is going and I think that just shows that the staff really cares about their resident's!

This senior community is offering available apartments at a good price. Some have balconies and some have patios. There’s kitchen appliances, large closets, and even additionally a salon, library, and an exercise room. If you are considering moving, this one is certainly worth a look.

Reasonably priced peace of mind

My father has lived here for about 2 years now & really enjoys it. The few times he has needed maintenance the staff was friendly & helpful. Finding a community that truly cares about the well being of the renters was a pleasant surprise.

I love living here

I greatly love living here. The management recently made some nice changes. It is so very lovely. My neighbors are more like family to me than just neighbors. The staff is always pleasant. I am blessed to call this place my home.

Great location Nice UPDATES!

This is a very nice apartment community. They are updating the apartments and the entire building. I like that there is an elevator near the apartment, as well as appliances inside the apartment. It’s a major plus that there’s central air too!

Great community and the staff are amazing! There is an on-site salon which my nana loves and there are activities constantly going on that the community loves. The units are spacious and make it feel like home. I love getting to see my nana and her friends when I visit!

My family and I had a wonderful tour. We called ahead and scheduled a tour for the following week. The manager had everything ready for us when we arrived. She gave us the grand tour. Looking forward to becoming a part of this community.

I'm told it's under new management, and they are updating. Good location, South of Meijer and State Route 70. Exercise equipment, and a nice Library. The apartments are affordable apartments with nice extras like a walk in closet, central air condition.

I like how several people meet in the community room and have coffee and chat. Residents here are very friendly and also the staff. I like how they are renovating the apartments and making it more handicap friendly

I recently visited a friend at Siena Village. There was some type of event going on and everyone was having a great time. The building was clean and neat. They are located on the RTA busline, have a salon inside, a library, and even an exercise room. Recommended!

My apartment is on the first floor. The wing is usually very quiet. Fortunately there are only two apartments with smoking residents. They insure that the smoke does not drift into the halls unless the door is opened to enter and exit. We care about and look out for each other on this wing. The new bright lights in the common areas (laundry rooms, library, chapel, exercise room and community room) are challenging for my eyes and cause over heating of my skin/body. Thus, I have to limit my usage of these areas. I like 'coolness' and 'quietness'.
