Best apartment I’ve ever lived in

I lived here for a year before buying my house and this was by far the nicest apartment I ever lived in. Would highly recommend for anyone in Edmond. If you have accessibility issues these might not be for you as there are a lot of stairs but other than that they are perfect.

Great place to live!! The office staff is professional and friendly! They truly care about the people living here! We feel like the they treat us like family! The maintenance staff continues to efficiently take care of any needs we have within our apartment! Overall, we see the whole staff daily improving the inside and outside of the apartment complex!! Best place we have ever lived!!!

Good experience. The team members are very nice and patient. We received birthday card for my daughter, which excieed our imagination. The swimming pool and gym are amazing. The only thing upset us is the noise from neighbor above us, even in the midnight, we have been wakened by the noise from above.

Nothing too bad so far. It's mostly people with pets(some, not all), they do not clean after their pets. One more thing I have to mention that the gym is been under renovation since January and we were told that it will be done by end of March and it's still under renovation. I am sure we are being charged with all the amenities fees for sure. I do not think that is fair.

It is good,but there are so many repairs for the is clean and easy to live.It is a new unit built,so there are constant a/c repairs ,washing machine repairs other than is best place to live.

I have lived here for approximately 6 years. The area is nice and the grounds are well lit at night and beautifully maintained. The office staff are not only respectful, friendly, and professional...they are also helpful with whatever tenant situation a tenant may be experiencing. The maintenance crew are all quite the pros... they are efficient, proficient, knowledgeable and respectful. With all these positive attributes, why live anywhere else?

Cost is too high for what you get. They tack on fees after the fact such as renters insurance when you told them you already had insurance at the beginning or utility fees when you already pay those through the city. They don't seem interested in actually fixing any problems with the units. All you ever get from management is excuses.

The property itself is great. The current management is attentive and investing in upgrades. Maintenance is always prompt. My only complaint are the neighbors, many of whom are young and make a lot of noise.

Spring Creek of Edmond is a great community to live. As a student, it is pricey but our apartment looks great and has lots of space. Maintenance and staff are always helpful. It's not the perfect place for me, but that is truly just my personal opinion. I had little options when it came to finding an apartment at the time. A downside for me is that the pool seemed to be closed way too many times in late summer/early fall. Other than that it has been a great experience!

It has been alright! We've had a few problems with maintenance and Spring Creek lacked a lot of clarity at the beginning of our move in. We've also had a few other experiences that have been less than desirable. Overall we're grateful but also feel like a lot of things could be executed way better.

Peaceful, most times. Only complaint is the increase in rent over time. The current amount of rent being charged for the same amount of space does not line up financially. I understand it's a built in system to increase rent each year, but it seems like that system punishes tenants for staying.

I like the area! Not a big fan of the cost of rent I pay for an very very old building where bugs can creep in every little crack.. over all I like the people at the front desk but the building is super old and for how much rent I'm paying.. I will be finding a new place once my lease is up .

Rent is way to high for what you get. If you're new they are trying to charge 1900$! Wtf. Walls are paper thin. These apartments have been here since the 70s and need MAJOR structural repair. The floors are wavy and slope. Their remodel is not anything special. I've seen better remodels at ------ apartments I can't wait to get out. The staff is ok. Mostly it's quiet. I have had a few major problems with neighbors that are way too loud. There's not a quiet hours policy here. Or if there is they do not enforce it. Honestly I would stay away.

We would recommend a trash butler service. This would allow for the trash bins to be removed as they are causing so many flies and other bugs. Also recycling needs to be done and residents need to Educated. The dog area also resident need to be responsible and respectful or fined for not picking up their dogs feces. More cameras and security.

This community has been a place that I have felt safe and welcomed. Smoking seems to be the norm around the complex, so if you don't want that, you might want to go somewhere else. But for me, even though I don't smoke, I like the community enough to want to stay.
