Museum Place is an excellent place to live. Location is great to easy access to all of Downtown Portland's activities. The building is safe and secure and very clean. The complex has many options for group functions. I personally do not attend because of my valued privacy. Appreciate that it is offered... Enjoy the weight room and the outside space. Thank you.

Museum Place is like it's own little neighborhood in the middle of the city. I've really enjoyed living here and the staff is amazing. The maintenance team is very responsive and the front office is always ready to greet everyone with a smile. The community events have been fun too! I've never lived in an apartment complex like this.

WARNING - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Worst experience ever! I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached out on April 2nd about an apartment that was coming available on June 6th. I was very interested and let the staff know I wanted the apartment pending a tour. The front office told me they do not schedule showings while apartments are occupied and they had no pictures of the specific unit so I scheduled a tour for 6/6. They let me know I could hold the apartment but I would have to apply and sign a lease sight unseen, which is crazy. The front office told me they would reach out if anyone else showed interest in the same apartment. Fast forward to today, 05/22. The unit is no longer listed online so I reached out to confirm that was a mistake. Turns out they ended up renting the apartment and never reached out to let me know. When I followed up to ask how it happened they made excuses and put the blame back on me for not applying without seeing the home. This is now the second time this apartment complex has done this. The Museum Place Staff is exceptional, particularly Sarah for she not only follows all the rules and guidelines but also looks out for the residents. I would not recommend Museum Place only because of the neighborhood, noise and safety concerns.

I absolutely love it! The move was effortless and painless. I enjoyed the personal attention that I received made me feel very welcomed when I moved in. The only thing that I would change would be how Graystar starts to notify you prior to you being approved they send you information giving you the idea that you've already been proved prior to it being done.

The paperwork process for my situation was kind of insane but the staff were very helpful throughout the stressful process. As soon as the paperwork went through (for the fourth time) everything else has been a breeze. I love the building and the amazing location, it's the perfect spot as someone who doesn't have a car. the apartments have insanely wonderful natural light, which is a refreshing change to many other buildings i toured. I am in a studio and it isn't cramped, i've completely moved in everything from my old one bedroom apartment and i have room to spare. the in-unit laundry machines are a bit puzzling to figure out at first but a godsend once i figured it out. the elevators are safe and spacious, the staff is always ready to help, and im really in love with this building. the community seems cute, im a bit of a hermit myself but everyone is very nice, so if that's something you're into you'll find a welcoming group here. incredibly happy with the wonderful space.

Living at Mueseum Place is the feeling of being home before even moving in. With a leasing staff like no other and amenities one could only dream of, living at Mueseum Place is like a dream come trueā¦ literally.

Good, safe and sustainable place to live in the heart of Downtown Portland. The staff is friendly and helpful. The garden on second floor of the apartment provides ample space to walk. Big houses and friendly staff.

This is a dangerous neighborhood , in the months Iāve been here there have been a shooting, several break Ins , stabbing. Itās really noisy and itās lot only the people outside but also the Safeway trucks. I was told that there was a huge possibility of changing to a bigger apartment in a different area of the building but that has not happened.

Overall I think it is a great building to live in, close to the tram, and right above Safeway. The crime in downtown Portland and the loud homeless community that meets outside Safeway can sometimes be loud. Also, sometimes the market across the street attracts crime.

The management was great in helping me get set up and situated in my new place. The application process was user-friendly, and the management was good overall. I'm looking forward to renting long term.

I cannot recommend Museum Place. Fire safety, covid safety, resident safety, cleanliness, noise... these things are not taken seriously here anymore, and it's not likely to get better anytime soon. Over the past five years, Greystar seems to have cut management back. We used to have a manager here five days a week. Now, I think it's two. Issues go unresolved and the quality of life goes downhill. I cannot recommend this building.

I like Kelsey & the rest of the management team. I like my view and my apartment as well. Living above a Safeway has its pros, as well as its cons. I do not like having to pay $165 for a parking spot and why why my sewer bill $30 for 1 month? Like wut? Its weird that 201 characters is required for this part.

Museum Place is a great place to live with a diverse base of tenants. The building is well kept and maintained continuously. Seasonal events and offerings are organized by the management, which is greatly appreciated. I am content living here and hope to be here for years to come.

My experience here has been a positive one. I enjoy both the community room and gym, and also like the community events that happen on occasion. I really appreciate being so close to public transportation, as I don't have a car. Museum Place is clean and welcoming, and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Museum place is a very well-maintained community with friendly staff and sociable neighbors. The location is perfect downtown for getting anywhere, and the views are spectacular. The grocery store downstairs cinches the deal to make it a supremely easy place to live.

I just recently moved to Museum Place, and after a few weeks in I feel right at home here. I am living in a beautiful apartment complex with not only incredibly modern, clean amenities, but also friendly and communicative staff! The move-in process was super smooth and the staff went above and beyond to help solve our questions and most pressing concerns. 10/10!

Its a phenomenal location and the building is quite nice. The units are in good shape and the staff is very responsive to resident requests. Living in the city will have some noise so its not for everyone, but Ive had no issues with noise personally. Highly recommended!

Museum Place is incredibly situated in a diverse and robust area of Portland's west end that features incredible coffee nearby, Indian and Thai cuisine, Pizza and the cultural arts. Amazing views and an impeccable terrace.

We love the location and apartment layout. This was our first time living in the city. When we moved in, we had to inquire about the bike storage (zero info given), getting a garage door clicker/fob, and a parking pass (I came out to my car with a very hard to remove tow warning sticker), didnt know we could reserve an elevator for the move in, we were warned by a long time resident regarding the staffs incompetence about a week after moving in.

Had moved out because we were paying too much; ~$400 more than what was offered to new tenants. They tend to increase rent every year to its maximum legal limit, so beware of this if you are looking for a place to stay for more than a year. Also, I am still waiting for the security deposit check to arrive, despite telling them over and over again since we've moved out 3 months ago. They actually had the nerves to blame it on COVID for such delay. Don't be fooled by they kindness, it'll change to moment you sign the lease.

Excellent management and maintenance team. Only con is no resident lockout assistance even though maintenance lives onsite and prolonged closure of recreation facilities. Outside of those things, very satisfied with the current environment.
