Lacks security
Girlfriend´s car has been broken into twice in 6 months, so I´m moving out. Her car was parked on a main street. We´ve stayed up all night to see if police actually patrol the area and they don´t. A number of other tenants have also had their cars broken into. Also, the extra storage in the basements gets broken into regularly, so you can´t store anything of any value there.

The apartments are cheap, the people who live there are nice, maintenance is quick to respond, and my appliance were very nice. Unfortunately, I cannot live in fear of being robbed.
