i do love it here however parking i am not a fan of i have one car and am constantly having to park on the street while others with 2 cars take the spots i do love the office staff particularly Jo she is super nice and i have been through a horrible financial time and she showed me great compassion i do love it here as far as safety maintenance it is a nice home

The apartment is great and the staff is great as well. The rent is a little high though. There is a big problem, mostly house centipedes and cellar spiders, but there is the occasional fly or ant. These bugs don't bother you and you can leave them be if you're comfortable with that.

This place is slumlords they should bulldoze down all the apartments I lived at 582 Laurel Court while I was there I had water leaking down my walls into my vents. Bugs crawling in through the window sills and holes in the foundation in the corners of the walls they told me it was from the mulch but they were climbing all over the ceilings. A broken dishwasher a broken sink a broken toilet that didn't flush right a leaky faucet in the bathroom they had to come out and fix my washer .. my door to the apartment.. this place is just trash. Someone took over the lease in May. It's now August and they are emailing me saying the rent is past due... I called the office when I received the email and said what does that have to do with me I don't have a lease with you. The woman susa ? I don't know it was a nigerian lady .. said she didn't want to talk to me and to call back and speak with someone else. What kind of business are you running

Neighbors are friendly and courteous. Office staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact with. The apartment is quiet and well maintained. It is in a perfect location for being able to get on 95 and the Turnpike. Convenient to grocery stores and lots of other restaurants and retailers.

Village Square is a pleasant community. I love all the trees around the apartments. The apartment is spacious and I love the way it is set up. The office staff are very friendly and the maintenance persons are knowledgeable and courteous. Close to shopping and I 95 is a quarter mile away. Plenty of parking spaces. Love my apartment. I would recommend.

Maintenance handles work orders in a timely matter, property is kept neat and looks like management tries their best to keep in that way with small upgrades here and there. The pool is clean, and staff professional.

I enjoy living at village square. The office staff are always nice. The apartments are nice inside and out and very quiet and feel safe. Convenient to shopping and I95. Lots of parking for tenants but need more for guests

Living here since March & no issues. Beautiful community, Pool is great in summer besides lifeguards every so often take a 15 minute break every 45mins-1 hour seems like, so have to get out pool for those 15 minutes. Someone jammed and broke key in our mailbox we called Maintenance team on a Thursday and Monday it was fix pretty swiftly. Had annual maintenance inspection beginning of month for leaks and filter change, Super quick and they were friendly about helping us get coldest air in summer. Hornets / 18 leg caterpillars around a lot but it's Summer , Bug are going to bug around. Security is on point making sure you have your parking & non residents are taking a spot without a parking tag, Love that a lot. Fitness room is great besides not connected to WiFi on treadmill so can't Run/jog without watching Netflix or something. Not a big issue there. I can go on and on but so far I'm in love with my apartment & area and can't wait to create more memories here at Village Square!

I am struggling to afford it and unfortunately don't think I can handle another year, but I have no complaints. Maintenance and management have been very helpful and polite. The only negative thought I would have is parking and pool .

Quiet well manicured grounds. Maintenance is always on time and professional. For the most part the neighbors all try to get to know each other and speak when we see each other. The complex offers many activities throughout the year for tenants to participate in and get to know everyone including staff.

Amazing complex by far although it's been our first apartment nevertheless it's been a great journey I would recommend specially if you're planning very safe and secure the neighborhood is friendly and the pool is very private as well. 10/10

The staff was very nice and helpful and although it took a little longer than I thought to move in the experience was very good. The only complaint I would have is that there is limited parking. I definitely like the area and it is very close to all of the amenities!

Safety seems to be my biggest concern. I am getting older , not very good security here. I reported a light out on side of my building about 5 or 6 times because it is really dark in this area at night, it is still out a year later. My friend had her car robbed and had to pay a lot of money to have fixed. The office said they didn't have a camera that saw it. My biggest concern here is safety.

Good place to live, great work staff. JoAnna was a big help in the whole leasing and moving process. Apartment and appliances were in great/ new condition. This is a great community to stay and to live in.

We were soo eager to move in!! JoAnna made our move very easy and has been with us since we were interested in moving here. Very spacious apartment with a lovely pantry if you're on the first floor! Love the look of the court years as well!

Great environment but they want so much for rent and we get the bare minimum. We have no balcony or even have two bedrooms but yet paying 15-1700 in rent. Is it worth it ? No but great maintenance staff and it's very nice here. I don't like that there is a centipede problem and the dogs poop everywhere it's ridiculous. My children can't even play in the grass.

Very nice community. Lots of great amenities. Newly renovated apartments with washer/dryer in apartment. Quiet complex. The only problem is the parking. The rules aren't enforced. There are times I can't get a spot because cars without parking passes are taking up the spots otherwise a great place to live.

I relocated to PA from CA last year. This community has been great. The location is ideal, located near many stores & eateries. The rent is reasonable & my neighbors have been great. I feel safe here.
