Great Location....Great Management
My wife & I lived here for 3 years and enjoyed it immensely. The management, especially SW was a pleasure to deal with & a friend to this day. Close to shopping & great food with immediate access to I95. The only downfall was the parking not being appointed.

Do Not Rent Here!
I lived here for a year in 2001. The management office is completely unresponsive (there are certain people that refuse to return calls and you actually have to show up at their office). They seem to spend all the money on landscaping (replacing the mulch and planting flowers) to make it look good from the outside. The model that they show you looks good, but on the inside, the apartments are shoddy at best. We had a huge rust stain on our living room floor, and all the fixtures/faucets in our bathroom were corroded and rusty. When we moved in, we had no washer and dryer (even though we were paying for them) and it took several weeks and numerous complaints to get them replaced. Don´t move in here unless it is a short-term solution (supposedly they "specialize" in furnished apartments for executives).

Do not Rent here
Management is not responsive and rude. Complex has been trying to upgrade electrical and management has done a shotty job using sub-standard help (no company identification) that enter your apt and leave it unsecure. Electrical rates are extremely high as you are forced to obtain electricity thru the apt complex. Complex will not enforce rules they established. Cookouts occur frequently outside apartment doors with unattended grills. Find another place unless you only need a short term solution.

This complex first of all does not offer ample parking. If you get home after 8 pm, a parking space is not availabe in the lot, in some units you have to park on the street.
It is important to find parking b/cs this is not necessarily the best neighborhood. I had my car window smashed in the parking lot. There is not very good lighting at night.

In addition, on two different occasions while I was there the maintenance had not cleaned the drains in the parking area and cars were flooded as a result. There were at least a dozen cars that were flooded past their doors.

In my apartment I had a closet which had water running down the walls from a roof that needed to be fixed. They came on two different occasions and said that it was fixed. Not so. The next rain it was a literal waterfall in my closet, it ruined the walls, ceiling and carpeting. They did not fix it for months and as a result, I moved out.

Excellent Living!!!
the maintenance is great and the apartment set up is very good. the apartment had fresh carpet...clean...painted walls...nice fitness room...nice pool...assortment of people...etc. The only problem was getting my couch up to the second floor. It is very accessible to I-95 and Route 1. There are fine resteraunts near-by and its real close to Philly and not too far from NY and very close to a train stop so transportation into Philadelphia is no problem. Its excellent.
