I have lived here since 2003 and really enjoy it. For the most part, I am very happy with my apartment and the Office staff. I recently requested new carpets, and they installed them very quickly and did an outstanding job. When I have packages delivered and they drop them off at the Rec. center, the staff always calls me and notifies me. When I have maintenance issues, they're pretty quick to resolve them. The only negative I have is with the parking. Aside from issuing each apartment with their own space, I'm not sure what can be done about it. Some renters have anywhere from 2 to 4 vehicles, and that makes finding a space right out front sometimes difficult. I can't speak for the other streets, just my own.

I visited a friend who lives here and each visit to her apartments smalls like a bar because her neighbor is a chain smoker. Be especially careful when shopping for apartments. If you are not a smoker, you may want to inquire about their smoking inside the apartment policy. Some tenants are chain smokers and the stench comes through the vents. This is highly unhealthy! Also, you may want to inquire about the central air and heat. The systems are ancient and need updating. She had problems with her system. There are a lot of problems here and you may want to reconsider going elsewhere.

I Have been living here since January 2013 and I have recently had some maintenance issues. Chris has been ABSOLUTELY amazing with his service and so friendly. I am very happy with him resolving my issues timely and efficiently .

I just moved in on Saturday, June 28. I have had a wonderful experience with Village Square thus far. This is my experience living independently, and I feel like it's been an easy transition here. I think the prices are great for what you get. I live on the second floor and the only time I ever hear the person below me is when they go out the common door. It's a quiet community with some great amenities. I needed to contact maintenance to have something fixed and they were at my apartment and fixed the problem within 24 hours. My only gripe with the complex is the parking... if you come home after 8:30/9:00, you're guaranteed to have to take a longer walk that most would prefer to get to the apartment.

I recently moved in and my leasing agent, Garrett Stevenson was most helpful. He answered all of my questions, was 100% honest with me about the options and upgrades that were available, and gave me honest advice. I decided to rent, but due to a death in a family, forgot to pay the deposit for the city inspection by the deadline of my move in date. Garrett personally worked his magic with the office for me, which enabled me to move in on the expected date. The apartments are lovely, clean, and in a nice neighborhood, close to 95, route 1 and the turnpike. Also, the separate entrances, plus the washer and dryer, which were deal breakers for me, are standard here. Having staff as friendly, professional, and empathetic made the choice for me to move in to Village square an easy decision

Worst place to live there's not one single handicap ramp anywhere! The property manager is horrible all the good staff who used to help out and get things done right for me and my husband are gone and I've heard the way that man ---- speaks to them and about them no wonder they are gone! He was screaming at a maintenance guy the one time cursing and completely belittling him right in the parking lot in front of a bunch of tenets it was horrible he came my apartment for some kind of inspection and smelt like weed

I would to thank the girl in the maintenance department for getting to my request with urgency and professionalism. She showed concern and was very helpful. I'm sure her job is very stressful with all us residents calling in and asking to be done in the same day, but she is always so pleasant and respectful. I feel like a person, not just an apartment number. Thank you young lady for being patience and understanding. I hope your manager realizes what a great worker they have.

Getting work orders completed quickly and correctly was almost impossible unti ----- (maintenance) showed up. He is an extremely professional and respectful young man and he completed all the open work orders in an efficient and timely manner. If I were to rate his work ethic and professionalism he would score a 11/10. I hope he gets recognized for his hard work and professionalism. He is making you look really, really, REALLY good!

I want to leave a review about the new maintenance service manager, Jennifer Cameron, she has really gotten things done. I couldn't be more happy with the way the office girls have been handling things. Valerie has been great with her understanding about my issues. The girls in the office always have a good attitude when I call and explain my needs. The maintenance man that came out to apartment, to do work did a great job, I was very pleased. I just moved in this weekend, and although my unit had not been cleaned, Garrett immediately took action and got a cleaner to come and take care of the problem. I had been apartment hunting from out of state. I had called numerous apartments, when I spoke to Garrett on the phone. I already knew this it. He is very courteous and professional and went out of his way to help someone who is trying to rent an apartment several hundred miles away. Thumbs up to this organization.

I've lived at many apartment complexes, but Village Square in the last month since I moved in has been great! The office staff is wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about Charlene who helped me with the whole process. She asked my questions and emails in a timely fashion. The grounds are kept clean and residents pick up after their dogs. I used to live at Rushwood apartments, where no one picked up after their dogs and it smelled like pee and poop! Gross! The snow removal service here is great! They have everything shoveled or plowed before I even wake up for work. I also love my apartment. I would recommend this apartment complex and also, Charlene!

I was looking for an apartment but with my work schedule i can only get out at the last minute. When i got out it was snowing and i tried to go to different places but found offices closed so it was a surprise when i got to Village Square Apartment and Found them open and Charlene inside with the most beautiful smile and making me feel welcome. She told me about the complex and showed me around even had to walk out in the snow across complex to show my some the units. I know i could have found a cheaper apartment if I kept looking but having Charlene go out in the snow like that and still have a smile that I felt was real made me feel special. So I have now paid everything and i am happy to be moving in on this thursday the 13th. I will tell anyone how is looking for an apartment come on over and see Charlene you will feel the same way

I visited Village Square with my son and future daughter-in-law. When we arrived, Garrett was engaged in a conversation with another prospective renter. We asked if we might join the tour with her. It was agreeable by all, and Garrett was very professional. In the meantime, another prospective renter came in who had already taken the tour and had more questions. Garrett was able to multi-task and did not slight any of us. As I am not ready to commit because my home is just going up for sale, Garrett was understanding and not "pushy". He is a very nice young man, and seem to be a real asset to your community.

I went to Village Square to take a tour of a 2 bedroom apartment and to view the amenities. The development is beautiful and the apartments are very nice, especially with the upgraded kitchen. Garrett took us for a tour and showed us the 2 bedroom and since we were interested in the upgrades, he also showed us a unit with the upgrades which allowed us to get a better idea of the unit we were looking for. Garrett was extremely informative and friendly. He made us feel very comfortable.

This was our first time taking a tour of an apartment. We both had no clue what to expect and were a little nervous. Both my boyfriend(Kyle)and I had the best first experience with Garrett. He is such a knowledgeable, nice, fun, and great guy. He answered every question of ours and more. He was very honest with everything he had told us. Because of us having Garrett, we are really considering Village Square to be our first apartment! It almost felt like home with him. I am more than happy with our first experience and I couldn't have asked anymore from him. Village Square is also one of the cleanest and most secure apartment complex's we have ever seen. What an all around great place!

We have moved in a week ago and are absolutely in love with the place. The ambiance is good , the security is decent , the maintenance is excellent and the best part is - it is conveniently close to all the shopping and grocery stores. When we first came in to check out the place Garret was the one who took our call and he waited courteously for us even though we were late and it was beyond his office hours . This impressed us right away . Without wasting time he showed us the model flats and explained everything in detail. We were shown all possible options and he helped us decide our current apartment. Our moving in date was also fixed as per our convenience . The evening we were moving in, we were late again and there Garret was , waiting with the keys and a warm smile. Even today, I can trust the paradise management , which takes care of all maintenance issues and Garret for any concerns or issues . I am always at peace when i goto office. I am very much looking forward for my rest of the stay here.
