How and downs with different owners and neighbors, but the apartment is decent. It's great because of location, but my electric bill is outrageous because the pump my air through the poorly insulated attic.

Living at Village Square Apartments for two years has been an overall great experience. The maintenance staff is always fast to respond to any service requests. During the summer months the pool is a great place to unwind.

Its home. Quiet peaceful. Neighbors are nice. Office staff is amazing. pool, to the gym, village square makes it a place to call home. I can walk into the main office and I am know. Greeted with smiles and I leave with a smile.

Very good Berger you need to look into stop signs. Speed bump in the parking lot. Stop sign entrance out of the parking lot. Too Many cars in the parking lot. They never slow down for other driver in the lot.

Nice place to live. Accepted my 2 dogs. Grounds well maintained. Office staff needs better communication. Quiet environment and parking is great so far. Got upgraded kitchen and bathroom but washer dryer seems old and are very small.

We chose Village Square due to the low prices in comparison to other similar apartment complexes. The Berger upgrade is a great look, however that's where the positives end. Upon move-in our door lock was not properly attached and I was forced to stay at the apartment until maintenance showed up so I could lock the apartment. We also had a shower head that sprayed across the room, a screen that allows bugs in, no fire extinguisher, an old thermostat above the new one, cigarette smoke coming through our child's bedroom plumbing access panel, and the fusebox closet completely open to outside with no insulation. Some of these have been addressed, but most have been reported as complete through maintenance without proper completion of the service request.

Communication needs updated with the maintenance team. Understanding of the big development but waiting a reasonable time for a repair is understanding but not the communication or their lack of. Thank you . I do see a number of pleasant changes you are making ! Don't get me wrong . I like it here .

Best place I have ever lived. So glad I chose Village Square 10 years ago. Living here just keeps getting better and better. Communication with staff is a key issue for me and I have been able to reach someone every time I needed them. Staff is so friendly and understanding and will do whatever needs to be done to satisfy their residents. If you're looking for great place to live with great neighbors, beautiful grounds and close to all major roads, shopping, etc., Village Square is the place !!!!

I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone. From young to old. Very family oriented and you definitely feel safe. I wouldn't change anything about this complex. It's hard to find an apartment in a Bensalem that isn't so expensive but gives you all your needs. Village Square definitely gives you all your needs and wants for inexpensive.

It seems like when the maintenance come to do the job they don't do it right it don't get done on time and when they do it they don't tell you when the job is going to be completed they just go on and like you're already know when they're going to come back and you just wait and you wait and you wait in the job is still not done they are AC is still not working right dishwasher still not right night come on you can do better than that

The property is ok , but nobody asks the existing tenants about various issues and concerns . Money is being spent on things that we may or may not need like enlarging the dog park that pet owners already don't use ! Important issues like security are not addressed !

I really like it here. Its quiet and nice. I never have a problem with neighbors or noise like at my last apartment. I enjoy the walks I have with my dog and that most people here are very friendly. I would recommend moving to Village Square.

The grounds are kept up, the neighbors are very nice. There as been no police issues since I've been there. For the most part the response time for any issues I have had were answered quickly except when it came to fixing and/or replacing my washer. I am still awaiting for this to be taken care of

Nice and clean. Maintenance fixed the things that needed fixing the first day. The office was really busy on move in day so it took a while to get the keys also because they were busy no phone calls were answered. Overall, everything else was good.

Berger has done a lot of positive changes to the community. Updated exterior and interior of the apartments. The pool is beautiful and always clean. Berger staff is always friendly and helpful. Maintenance technician are friendly and provide fast service. Great place to live!

We haven't been here that long (moved in May 2017), but have had a decent experience so far. They are redoing the landscape and giving the exterior of the building a facelift, making it look much nicer. Maintenance is usually pretty prompt and staff is nice. I would def recommend these apartments.

My experience has been up-and-down just a little bit of issues with things in the apartment I've gone wrong since I've been here but they've been taking care of officially. But I would like to happiness the staff at the pool lifeguard not to be on their phones while they're on duty ask one of my issues that I have and I have not confronted the staff about it and I wanted to mention it since I'm doing the survey .
