Awesome! The rent is the most reasonable I found at the time I moved in. Service requests are handled quickly. Perfect size for me. Love what Berger has done with the landscaping and outer area updates. Love how they keep us informed of goings on via email. Fun, friendly community.

This is nice quite community and i just love living here. Quick and easy access to stores and transportation. Close to 95 exit or rt 1 either direction. Staff here is Really great and I'm so happy we chose here

The parking is terrible. There are rarely any spots near my door and at least once a week, I have to park on the street 200 yards away. That was most inconvenient in the winter and a major reason I'm not renewing my lease. The other major issue was the extremely high heating costs in the winter that I was not made aware of. Had I know, I could have done a payment plan to avoid $300+ bills in winter months. I felt duped into a bad unit. On a minor note, the grounds aren't mowed often enough and there is often trash around the parking lot and sidewalks. The dumpster areas are always messy, even after just being emptied.

Village Square is very clean and organized and a very well maintained property. The upgraded apartments are worth every dollar. Ive been here 3 months and never needed to call maintenance. The amenities are also great as i have access to a pool a dog park and a gym.

Great place to live. Could use some extra help with maintaining the hallways which were only cleaned once in the 3 years that I have been here. The new maintenance woman Kate has been a joy to work with. She deserves a promotion and Village Square needs more people like her.

They ruined the dog park. When I first came to Village square there were promises of the Dog park expanding. The fact that they had a dog park inside the community was one of the big reasons I selected village square over some other Bensalem locations. Unfortunately they decided to fill it with extremely sharp rocks. Now my dog and I can't go to the park without coming home with scratches all over her underside, and raw paws. It generally takes about 3-4 days before they heal. Basically the place is now just a poop pit. Very disappointed. Power bills are also outrageous and all over the place. Depending on what court you get placed, you may find yourself wading through a 3 inch lake anytime it rains. On the plus side, the maintenance is quick to respond, and the apartments themselves are spacious. The community is friendly, and parking is never too bad.

I have had a wonderful experience with my time here. The apartment is well priced and I've never had any major issues. It is located close to many major roads and shopping areas which is fantastic. My neighbors are all nice. It is a great place to live.

Staff is friendly, grounds are clean and neat, and the neighbors are friendly. Amenities such as the pool and playground are great! Haven't used the gym or business office, but they look nice. Maintenance does what they can, and the owners are doing what they can to keep the place clean and safe. All in all, I have to say I'm very happy Heart and don't plan on moving any time soon!

Clean, bright apartments. Close to everything but still out of the way and quiet. Helpful staff in office/clubhouse. Maintenance people helped me several times by going above and beyond. New landscaping is a great improvement.

Very mixed experience. The noise from the upstairs tenants can be annoying and distracting. You can hear them walking around their around as well when they are using the bathroom. Have had two different leaks from the upstairs as well as oven, heater, & washer issues.

In the beginning was great, lately it's been noisy, police presence has increased the parking permit has been an inconvenience. The one positive is the new HVAC system, it's drastically improved the energy bill which is great.

The staff were Welcoming . I found what I was looking for . A community with safety into consideration and easy access to roads and shopping centers . Noise level of community seems to be low . The only problem is parking . There is no parking available if working odd hours.

When I first moved in in August, Berger had just bought the property and was working on remodeling and improving the community. There were growing pains at first, as members of the old establishment were cycled out and replaced, but now things are moving better.
