Great community, very clean, and very nice. Very helpfull staff, it was a smooth move in process. This community is very well maintained, parking is never an issue, and all of your shopping needs are within 5 miles. Happy to be here and happy to call this my home. We looked at 4 places before village square, but after we saw village square, we new this was where we wanted to be, and it was the best choice.

Nice and quiet neighborhood. Only concern is the electric bill. I wish they would use another company. We are never home during weekdays, still our electric bill is very high. We also unplug most of the eletrical appliances at night.

It's been awful from the beginning of the month until now. And it's only been one month. Maintenance has been in and out of our apartment constantly for different issues. Our hot water works for about 5 minutes before it's cold. 2 random guys showed up for an inspection by calling me while they were already outside and walked into my apartment while I was wearing nothing but a t shirt. Our roof collapsed while I was in bed. I'm disgusted.

I just moved in Villiage Square in January 2018. It is winter so have not gotten to see much of anything. I do like the location. It is winter, so it is very quiet. I dislike how the rain or snow make puddles in the walkway or turn to ice and I have to step in the grass. I believe that runoff was not really considered when built. I'm still new here, but I will have more info as time moves on.

Midway through our lease, we will be transferring to another building, which management allowed due to our situation with our downstairs neighbor. Parking is an issue without registration of cars left on the private roadway.

it has been nice, I would've liked a more updated apartment but honestly, I am quite happy. I think the electric bill can be quite steep, especially in the winter months when you're charged 200 dollars for a month, and your heat is set at 58. Quite concerning of price gouging.

very nice community to live and raise a family. The grounds and outside of each complex is well kept. The staff at the front office is always in a very friendly mood. Local First Responder are close. The policy of allowing almost 10 days for residents to pay their rent is plus since I personally get paid on different days of the month

I'm living this apartment since 2010. Here is the best apartment around this area, quite and friendly neighborhood. They have huge swimming pool, lots of exercise machines. Quick response and handling by mechanics.

Berger has made many cosmetic improvements since they bought this complex, but they have also raised the rents a GREAT deal. If you are moving in to a newly renovated apartment, it may be worth your while. For those of us already in apartments, we are not really getting anything new for our money.

I have found several bed bugs in the apartmenr during my first few days here. I submitted TWO maitenence requests for this to be addressed and have not heard anything from management. Service requests should at least be addressedwithin a day or two if not taken care of yet.

Terrible so far I was told I was getting a new unit and I got one that was old and I tried to communicate the problems I was having with the unit they were not accommodating. I have a daughter who has severe asthma and to come to an apartment in that condition was unacceptable

The staff was great, the price is fair for what the apartments and community offers. The apartment was clean and spacious. So far I love it. The only problem has been with the electricity but the process to make the maintenance request was easy and the maintenance staff was very nice. I'd give it a 4 overall.

Mostly satisfied with the apartment. The carpet is very worn out and needs to be changed but the new management is yet to take notice of it. The washer drier is not good. Other than that service is good. New management is trying to make things better for residents.

I enjoy living here. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The staff is pleasant and they always plan family oriented activities to get to know your neighbors within the community. The amenities are great, and it's convenient to everything; shopping, restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores, and highway 95.
