This complex is very well run & I feel safe here.This is of supreme importance to me as an older resident. The staff are always courteous & try to solve any problem residents may have & the grounds are well taken care of thanks to the outside maintenance staff.

Great staff. Wonderful area. Everything you could ever need or want in surrounding area. Spacious, homey living. Great, easy access to 95. The den is an awesome plus. Perfect sized kitchen. Great shower and bathroom. Enough storage space all around including closet in bedroom.

So far been here at Village Square Apartments for almost a week, apartments are really spacious, staff are extremely friendly, washer and dryer included in the apartment which is a huge plus, central air works great, and overall were loving the apartment! I would recommend this place for anyone that's looking for a safe place and a great location!

The staff is friendly, and they are very responsive to all requests. My only takeaway however is that they make resident pay for a door to door trash collection service which is somthing I can handle myself, but they make you pay $25 for it. But everything is very great here.

I love living at the Village Square Apartments. Our apartments are so close to I95 ramps and the Pennsylvania Turnpike on ramps. There are so many stores and places to around the area. I love that my two therapy dogs can live with me. We also just had a community activity: Painting with a twist. I love painting with a twist. They just had a fall BBQ, breakfast every Friday, in December Santa Is coming, I would recommend Village Square Apts to friends and family. Friends who have visited me have remarked how quiet it is at my apartment.

It's been a tough year. Parking is still and probably always will be an issue. Maintenance is fast but most times isn't the right individual to do the job. Anything to save money. Why they chose to raise the rent during the COVID-19 pandemic I'm still wondering about. Advantages: Security deposit options, quiet area. Disadvantages: rent is high, maintenance is lacking or slow, price hikes are stupid, parking is bad, policies are only implemented when they can afford it, no.PECO electric all privatized. If you need a place to hang your hat and can utilize the security deposit go for it.

We sold our house and downsized to an apartment for the first time in 35 years. Village Square by far is the best community I have ever visited or lived in. Not even close. Very welcoming. People of all ages and ethnicity backgrounds live here, together! The staff is top notch. The maintenance team is AMAZING! I tell any and all people I interact with about Village Square and all facets of my experience here.

Welcome to a section 8 community that is on it's way down hill. The management is difficult to get a hold of. They dont respond. I have had to call multiple times about an issue and management didn't return my call. Also, parking sucks!

It's been a very pleasant experience living at village square. Over the years there have been some new residents that are noisy in the public spaces but overall, a pleasant place to live. I think there is section 8 moving in which can be a concern

Is nice the place just the only thing is to pricey , also the pool some days they had dirty when was open but so far is a good place for everything eventhough for make a barbeque the neighbors are nice and polite

Neighbors are great, maintenence staff is knowledgeable. Down side is residents get charged double electricity since it goes through a 3rd party company for billing. Also you can only use Comcast for TV and internet

Village square is a great location to live. The conplex has been updating the grounds and it looks amazing. We recently received an updated gym and pool area. The front office is very helpful and courteous. What a great place.

Since I moved in the village square, I got so many good experiences ?? First, I went to get a tough day as a moving day and I was impressed by the leasing office staff, Ajah giving me small welcome gifts. There were some bottles of water, snacks, an oven glove, a nice key-holder and free pizza coupon! Also some cold water in my refrigerator. Secondly, there are friendly neighbors. They were willing to help me throw boxes away after I moved. Finally, it is almost perfect maintenance. When I needed something, They (thanks to Darwin, Jim and Mamet) came to my apartment so quickly. And handled right. Also very friendly. They change the filter of air conditioning and smoke alarm every three month. They throw a bbq pool party four times an year. I'm a housewife and I'm in this community all day. So far so good!! Quiet area, good location, nice staff, clean apartment, nice pool. Free gym. Off of main roads yet close enough to major highways via 95 and the turnpike. Brianna was very nice to work with from the office.

Very nice apartment complex. A little overpriced but very clean. I love the washer and dryer. If they didn't raise the rent so much I would probably stay there longer. The maintenance shop is so nice and have a quick response time.

Moved in yesterday. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However, a few minor issues. Sink and A/C unit leaked. Maintenance came and fixed those problems within the hour. Also, our apartment is not cable ready. There is no cable/internet outlet installed.
