I have lived here since Korman owned the property. They were OK, but Paradise Management did nothing but collect rent. Since Berger bought the property, it has gotten 1000 times better. They do what they can to make things better. The only issue is I feel we have outgrown the size of the apartment.

I appreciate that the community is safe and clean. I value the connections I have made with a few neighbors and that others keep to themselves and that is perfectly fine. I appreciate that most have followed covid-19 protocols as well. Being a single female I was worried about having my own place for the first time but I feel safe and well cared for here.

Very Good experience. Good staff. Clean and secured area. Trash area, parking lots and whole infrastructure kept very clean. Gyms and Swimming pools looks very clean. Easy access to all the major highways, malls, hospital , banks

The Staff is very professional and Friendly and to make sure the Tenant is satisfied after the problem is complete and address and if the tenant has any questions. If there are any other problems that need to be address I can always contact the Maintenance Department or the answering service after hours.

The experience has been fair. There have been however a few ill-advised decisions made by the current property managers such as adding a trash retrieval service which residents are charged for and for which we did not ask....and adding apartment entrance doors that have a large glass pane that could easily be smashed in a break and enter situation.

Great location, the staff is friendly, only downside is the noise from the surrounding businesses. The parking lot has had giant potholes for a year now, so hopefully that will be fixed soon, overall good staff here.

Very good ; Maintenence moves fast and does a great job, the community is clean and well-kept; the pool is great and the weight room is a big help. Been here 19 years and have had no problems. Would definitely recommend.

very quiet at times with the virus the kids are home and need outside exercise. The community ground maintenance try to keep up with the trash and debris which is difficult at times they continue to do a good job. My neighbors are friendly which is always good. Continue to lookout for safety during this pandemic.

The ground are kept very clean, and the community itself is very quiet. Maintenance is always quick and efficient. All of my neighbors in my courtyard, in addition to other residents in other courtyards, are extremely welcoming and friendly. I am enjoying my time here!

This has been a great place for me to live even though my apartment is not updated like the model is. I was not allowed to view my actual apartment before I signed the lease and the leasing agent I dealt with at the time was rude on my move in date. Since then I've enjoyed living here, and I have always had my maint issues addressed quickly and the maintenance staff has been great to me. Pre covid the pool was really nice (I didn't try to go there in 2020). The grounds are well kept. My hvac unit is great. I wish I had an updated kitchen and bathroom like the model but it obviously hadn't been a deal breaker after 5 years. There has been some crime here but that shouldn't be a reflection on the management.

Poor customer service and maintenance does a horrible job on fixing things when they are told too. Paying $1410 for 1 bedroom and having more issues when I haven't been living here for a year. I would highly suggest better customer service and lower pricing for these apartments that are breaking down little by little.

The one positive thing I can say about this place is the maintenance people are good and the work gets done pretty fast. This place nickel and dimes you for everything though. It seems like every year they add more and more fees for something else it's ridiculous. Unless you pay an extra $250/month for an upgraded unit you get stuck with the old AC and heater unit which costs you $300 and up for heat in the winter even when you're not home. The windowss and doors are super drafty so basically all that heat is going out unless you ------ up your windows with plastic and put towels under your door and that only helps a little. They get kickbacks for everything, your electric which you pay for the office usage too it's get added in to everyone's bill, cable, water, trash oh the trash fees..used to be free then it went to $10/month and now they added a new service called Valet Living for an extra $25/month so you are paying $35/month for trash removal plus they get kickbacks on recycling and I know another apt complex who does not charge their tenants for valet living like… See More>

My boyfriend and I moved to the area for work. The staff in the leasing office was super friendly and they had all the paperwork and keys ready for us when we got there! When we got into the apartment everything was clean and ready for us to use! The kitchen has brand new appliances that are absolutely gorgeous! Would totally recommend even during this crazy time!
