I love it here! Office staff is amazing and so are the residents. Everything is always well kept and clean. I love that they always have events to get involved with and meet other residence around. They are always keeping us alert on things happening in our community and that's just awesome!

All the staff are very professional. The maintenance staff are alway prompt and efficient. They always clean up after themselves The property is well kept during all seasons. Winter time all the pavements are shoveled.

This area is very appealing for many reasons. Great location- surrounded by restaurants and shopping and highway access right next to 95. Very pet friendly with a dog park. Great amenities with a pool and gym

Clean and quiet community. Very affordable and the office & maintenance staff are very friendly and efficient with their service. I will definitely recommend this community to everyone. A great place to call home!

My Family have been staying at Village Square Apartment for 5 years now because the community is quiet, clean and place is at perfect location, walking distance to my favorite restaurants. Totally recommend it.

I Moved in to the Village Square Community in May 2020. Brianna was so helpful when I was deciding where to move, she answered all my questions and was very kind. The renters in my Courtyard are so Nice and made me feel Very Welcomed. I Love my Apartment.

Village Square apartments are a very nice place to live. The grounds are kept beautiful. The maintenance stance is very good. Quickly taking care of any issues you have. It is a very convenient and nice complex to live in.

I have only been renting at Village Square briefly, but so far have found the maintenance staff to respond in a timely manner and helpful in explaining the problem as well as the fix. The office staff keeps me apprised of work in and around my building via e-mail and always follows up on any maintenance requests I submit.

I sold my 2 houses and I was afraid I'm not going to find good place to live we got so lucky living here everything you need is around you within walking distance the gym is quite and pool you can bbg there it's just nice living here

I have mixed feelings regarding Village Square Apartments. The first couple of years seemed much better with communication and giving back to residents than it is now. For example, the first year I renewed my lease I received an upgrade to my bathroom vanity. When I renewed the second year I asked what upgrade I could receive and the response I received was "oh." I didn't bother to ask this time. I generally fix small maintenance problems by myself and contact the complex for larger issues. I love my neighbors and the location of these apartments.

Only have been living here for a month but so far so good, friendly community, Maintenance request taken care of in a timely manner. Only negative thing to say is that it is somewhat difficult to find parking after 6 PM. Multiple handy cap spots at each court that are always left empty, could be changed to normal parking.

I just renewed my lease for the second time. I love my apartment, very spacious, it is great to be able to have my 2 dogs with me, very pet friendly place. Maintenance is on site so requests are done in a timely fashion. The parking is still somewhat of an issue (as in not enough) and I do not care for the valet trash service AT ALL. Waste of money when I live close to the dumpster area. Overall, a great place to live.

Great.Looks nice. Constantly upgrading the exterior common areas. Replaced exterior doors since moving in - they're more secure and look nice. The landscaping in front of the units is a drastic improvement in appearance. Ammenities such as the pool and gym are great.

So far It has been good, I wish there was a patio or deck though. There isn't many places to sit outside and enjoy the weather. Also right now the amenities rate not able to be used due to the pandemic so I do not see why we should have to pay for them

Brianna was very helpful and made our move easy and satisfying. Also maintenance were great fat responders and they did a great job completing the tasks I needed. Still waiting on other but waiting until the non emergency is open

Been good. Nice area with friendly people and all the staff. The office people have been we cooperative in helping. Just overall very happy with all. The area has been neatly kept and there is always approvments always going on. Very pleased with the total surroundings and residents and all apartment staff

Amazing place to live!!! Clean, kind, very accommodating. Neighbors are polite, valet trash is amazing!! Apartment is modern and most importantly clean. Dog park and child park is amazing! Overall would recommend this for anyone!!!

Ajah is so friendly and helpful and I really like my building and the people in it! It's easy to park (I came from south philly so this is a huge plus). The apartments are clean and the updated kitchen is beautiful

I have lived at Village Square for ten years now and during that time there has been a lot of good changes and improvements made to the complex. It's located in a great area with a lot of stores and restaurants nearby plus it's near 95 and the turnpike.

The pet policy is nice, overall the community is composed of good considerate people. The apartment itself is spacious and all the utilities were easy to setup. One of the least painful moving experiences i've ever been through

Good but high utilities bills . You need to switch electric company to more affordable one. Discount should be given to residents who have lived in the apartments for a longer time . Rate at which rent increase annually can be reduced
