Perfect location for me and my family everything is near by. Nice and clean community. Very friendly staff .Maintenance staff is also knowledgeable and helpful. Safe and friendly community. Most of the grocery stores near by.

I love this community for many reasons. Its quiet, clean and staff are very courteous and kind. And especially love the neighbourhood and surroundings as it eases most of the household stuff. I would strongly recommend this place as it brings safety and peace.

The woman who showed us the apartments here was the main reason we decided to live here- it is moderately expensive for what you get in terms of the apartment, and the view (we face an unkempt brush) but if you consider the gym and outdoor pool it's really not that bad I suppose. After we moved in, upon contacting the woman in the leasing office for whatever reason she has a massive attitude. The complete opposite of who she was when showing the apartments! Maintenance is great and really on top of requests for the most part. We have neighbors with small dogs who don't walk them, they just let them outside and their urine destroys the bushes in front of our apartment. Additionally, there was an incident the other day where the ex boyfriend of a resident showed up banging on the glass of the door and had a gun, so the cops were called. I'll be honest I felt safer in my neighborhood in Philadelphia than I do here but I mind my business in the hopes that we can get out of here as soon as we can because who wants to rent forever? I've been at Village Square Apartments for about 3-4 years now and it's been a good place to live at. The location is great, you're in walking distance to so many stores and food spots. Resident concerns are listened to, they are on top of letting us know anything going on in the complex and community.

So far we have met our neighbours and everyone has been welcoming and kind like a family community. A very serene area with beautiful breezes coming through each court. My baby is very sensitive to soind and she sleeps through the night like a baby!

Really enjoyed living here for over a year until we had new neighbours upstairs. They were heavy drug users and had two young children use the upstairs like a wrestling ring, never having a moment of peace and quiet. This problem was exacerbated by the fact that we are under quarantine and had to live and work from home 24 hours a day. The leasing office could not do anything about this and after many attempts of negotiating and talking to the neighbours things only proceeded to get worse. We decided to transfer, upon transferring it wasn't communicated to us properly that our security deposit wasn't going to cover our previous apartment, we are still waiting on the charges they decide to make us pay for, which is going to be a nasty surprise. Good place to live, but doesn't do a good job of screening people who live here to make it a desirable community to live in. I have talked to many decent people who experienced the same thing. I might reccomend starting investigating cases and taking complaints seriously. Good neighborhood, quiet and private. Conveniently located right off I-95 in suburbs out of the city, but not too rural. Plenty of businesses around to shop and sites to visit. There is a pool and the community is large enough to take a nice walk.
