The living here is comfortable and peaceful. Friendly environment. Location is excellent with restaurants, etc. nearby. Amenities are also included such as swimming pool and gym. Activities are planned with meeting neighbors.

The apartments are very spacious and clean. I love the convenience of the washer and dryer in our unit! Another huge bonus for us is the huge dog park as we have two very active dogs. Looking forward to have Village Square as home.

Ever since Berger management took over things are improving. Jean the community manager is awesome, she will address any issues personally and will make sure they are completed. We are less than 2 minutes to I-95 which is a major convenience

A clean, quiet community with many amenities and close enough to walk to shopping and services. Very close to I95 and the PA Turnpike. Less than five minutes to Parx Casino and all of the entertainment and restaurants they offer.

My experience thus far has been nothing short of amazing. The complex is clean, quiet, family friendly and polite. The staff are amazing, and very prompt to respond to any questions and or concerns. There is a unique age population here and it is not an issue at all. I cannot wait to experience the pool here.

My neighbors are the best. They are very helpful and very friendly. They are really nice people. They are always willing to "offer" a hand if something is awry and alert me as to any concerns in the community.They are quiet and nice to talk to.

So far so good. Great location close to the highway and public transportation. About a 15-20 minute car ride from the city. Uber's to Philly from this location are 22-30 dollars which isn't bad. Also super pet friendly which is hard to find.

The management and maintenance staff are great. The pool is awesome. I love the size of my apartment and that I was able to bring my dogs. Parking is a nightmare tho. Management doesnt do anything about people and their unauthorized live in guests that constantly park their cars wherever because they dont have a pass and can only street park in spots that could be used by other residents and their non freeloading guests!

Just moved in and really like the area. Apartment was clean and recently renovated with brand new appliances. They could use some more parking and small adjustments here and there for quality of life but overall enjoying my stay so far.

Very happy in the 10 years living here at Village Square. It is a very nice complex. Management staff and Maintenance staff are very helpful. Very clean and well kept. I would recommend this place as a good place to live.

In general, my family and me are happy to live here, it's a nice place with good neighbors. We love the activities and try to participate in everything. It's necessary that people be more responsible to clean up their dogs poop

Everyone that works here has been extremely friendly and helpful. Maintenance has come within hours of me calling, which is extremely important to me. The only this that I have issues with is the parking when I work late. There is none and when it rain there are huge puddles on the sidewalk where my apartment is and it's just on my side

Village square has throughly improved. The facilities are wonderful and th e staff is easy the talk to. It's a nice place to live especially the location. Close to many bisnesses and the city. One thing I don't like is the parking but that is getting better too.

From day one it simply felt like home. Such a friendly bunch of people and it just felt like a family setting. I appreciate all that they have already done for me as a resident and they always strive to do better.

Really great place. Units are nice and the maintenance staff responds quickly and does great work. The community is very friendly and is always having events at the leasing office. Dog park is great for the animals

Easy move in. Beautifully renovated apartment. PET FRIENDLY! The amenities makes you feel like your living at a resort. The grounds are maintained beautifully. Love the parking passes so it makes it not so crowded to find a parking spot. My neighbors are super friendly and give off a real family feel. The staff always remembers who we are and is always so friendly. Could not be happier to live here.

Great community to live in. Property manager really cares about the residents and their comfort. Village Square has great amenities I recommend this place to family, friends and anyone that is looking for an apartment to call home!

The grounds are kept very clean and the neighborhood is very quiet. The inside of the apartments are updated and the appliances are high quality. My family loves the place. We can't wait to use the pool in the summer!

My main reason for coming here was their dog friendly policy and small list of breed restrictions. While I'm not crazy about it being off Street Rd, once you get into the community it makes you forget the location with how nice and cozy everything feels.

My experience at the community was great and peaceful until my place was broken into and I was forced to pay for the damages and no one tried finding out the criminals behind this. Became a closed case once they got what they wanted. Wish they'd try to find out the individual(s) behind this and accomadate me for the expenses but I understand that won't happen. Other than that my stay has been peaceful since I stay away from everyone!!
