Excellent in every way. Well maintained, personable effective staff in management, club house, leasing, maintenance. Pool and Club House activities are most enjoyable. All the common and apart mentioned areas are well kept. The residents are of all ages and friendly. We recommend Village Square to anyone.

Nice quiet area. Pool is great. Berger has done many improvements to the outside of the community. However, the maintenance staff is terrible. Always takes multiple calls to get items fixed, then they generally are not completed correctly.

I like the location of my apartment. This complex is convenient for shopping and attending my church. It is very quiet and peaceful living here. I moved here in September 2001. I am pleased that the staff is very helpful and prompt to respond to my questions and maintenance requests.

Very responsive maintenance. Love the pool. Wish my kitchen and bathroom were updated. Same with rug and painting. Love size of my unit and window in den. Grounds are lovely. I have been here 15 years and generally find it a great place to live.

We chose to live in this community because of the value. The rent is very reasonable for what you get--an upgraded apartment, well-kept grounds, access to the lounge, gym and pool. The neighbors are friendly, parking is easy, and the staff is very responsive.

We love the pool!! We are very comfortable in our home and the beautiful and accessible pool makes it a great place for our 4 year old to grow up. We can't wait for the clubhouse and gym to reopen as those were big incentives for us to move in as well. We are excited to see the remodel!

The rent does not commensurate with the apartment quality or service that they provide. The apartment that I was given was renovated, but the renovation work was done very very poorly. The appliances were not properly hooked, the bathroom sealing had leaks, widows were dirty with cob web and bugs in the apartment and they said that this was a totally renovated apartment.

love the complex, parking after 6pm is hard hopefully hang tags will help since assigned parking is not an option, maintenance is great, staff friendly, dog poop also an option, occasional centipedes with weather change but exterminator is efficient

Everyone is very friendly and helpful here. It's very pet friendly as well. Awesome amenities included in the unit. Staff keeps you in the loop and helps you whenever you need them to. Much better than other apartments in the area.

So far so good I have no major issues. I guess a pool per resident I understand however, having to pay $10 for a child every time they visit? Or maybe said child should be placed on lease. Food for thought I do understand it both ways

I had seen poor reviews for Village Square in the past and was very reluctant to move in but with new management in place I thought it was worth a try. For the money this place is great. There are sometimes maintenance issues but they do their very best to give prompt, reliable service. They are improving the apartments constantly. Security being important.

It's quiet and the grounds or well maintained. I've never had any real issues other than parking. The recycling is located near the club house which isn't always convenient but it is a great community to live in. Anthony in maintenance is great.

I like the renovations being done under new management. Only drawback from living here is from the high electricity bill from the unit. Otherwise I am quite pleased with the living arrangement. Gym equipment could use an upgrade.

Everything was beautiful just entering the grounds, apartments were nicely managed, and price was perfectly reasonable. The area is extremely quiet for having so many apartments. Parking is Easy to find as there are many options never too far away from your apartment

Honestly at this moment I feel Paradise Management was better. It's little things like the air filters. They used to be changed very frequently and now they haven't been by to change them in months. Our outdoor light has always worked now three are out in my court alone.

Living at Village Square Apartments has been such a pleasure and am happy to call this home as I just renewed my lease for another year here. The community is very nice, well maintained; landscaping, snow removal, cleanliness etc. Berger has been doing many improvements on the property like all new doors to the common area hallways leading to our apartments, a new playground , dog park and more improvements to come according to them. The pool is beautiful and HUGE, this area is always very clean and I just love it! Staff are great also, very courteous, friendly and always there to help if you need it. Maintenance is also great, I've had a few minor issues, each time they were out almost immediately to take care of the issue for me, if the issue can't be taken care of on the 1st visit they come right back to take care of it as quickly as possible. Berger actually cares about their residents unlike other complexes I've lived at so I would recommend this community to anyone wanting a quiet, respectable place to call home.

This apt complex has changed drastically and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone at this point. The neighbors are dirty and leave cigarettes and drop trash all over the grounds and we use to have a grounds keeper but I guess they did away with that. There is an abundance of squirrels and people feed them so they keep coming back. The noise level of the neighbors is terrible so if you get up early for work you have to close the windows to try to avoid some of the noise level

The leasing staff was great. Shantel Kelly really went above and beyond for me. She kept in contact and kept me updated each step. The only thing I have to say it would be nice to know if maintenance comes in and out the apartment and what was performed. I really do like my apartment and the community but I can not express how glad I am that I had someone like Shantel helping me along the way.

Overall I have had a very positive and good experience living at this community. I believe the rent is reasonably priced for the apartment size and all the amenities. I've only had a few minor service repairs in 3 years. I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment in the area.
