ONLY GOOD THINGS TO SAY
Ive been here for a while, and think the apartments are good. Im not really sure what this other guy is talking about. Its funny to me because it looks like the same guy keeps complaining, and I'm pretty sure its my neighbor. Anyhow, the employees always treat me well, and I just think its a good spot, nice inside. No complaints, I'd reccomend it.

My car was vandalized. DONT MOVE HERE!
My whole left side of my car was vandalized here. My car was keyed from the front door to the back door. All my front and back bumper was knocked off. My hood of the car was also keyed. Not to mention I drive a brand new Lexus. Also good luck with the snow. I almost fell while I was 7 months pregnant on black ice. Smoke free apartments are a joke. I had to break my lease when I had my newborn. You would think I smoke in my apartment. No parking after 6. The office staff is horrible and the ever address your concerns. I'm still waiting for management to call me and I don't live there anymore. Once they have your money they don't care about you. If you have a nice car DONT MOVE HERE. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!!!!

It's just okay, Expensive place to live
Parking is hard to find at night. They maintain the grounds. Maintenance isn't too bad. The electric bill can be very high, and you can not choose your provider. Your stuck with who they make you use. If you're trying to save money for a house, it is hard to do so here. I wish I had made a wiser choice in choosing apartment complexes. It's very pricey here. The washer and dryer in the apartment was a disappointment due to the size. You can maybe fit 8 to ten clothes items at a time. For the price, you would wish for a remodeled kitchen. NO luck there. Old cabinets, stove and fridge. It's not horrible, it's just okay! Regarding safety, no personal problem there, but a neighbor instructed me not to park in the rear due to vandalism and break ins to cars. I am a little nervous when I park my car after hearing this. To date, no personal occurrence.

One woman has already died here (Korman Ark, Bensalem) You can't consider this place!
Adversarial management. Maintenance can invade your apartment at any time. If you challenge their poor maintenance policies, your lease gets terminated without notice. Many, many apartments under water after the recent hurricane. They call the cops on you and consider you 'threatening' if you challenge their maintenance policies. Has management gone mad? How did things get so terrible? Maintenance left my front door open after coming in unannounced. They recently issued lease terminations to many people that complained of wet apartments, and the smell and mold they create. If you come here, you deserve whatever happens to you. Just read the negative reviews for the unbiased view.

Horrible Management
I have lived in Korman for over 3 years and during that time getting anything fix (oven, sink and bathroom) has been resolved fairly quickly, Parking after 7pm is difficult to come by. However anytime you need to resolve any problems at the management office you will find that the employees there from the manager to the receptionist are in a constant anger mood and will most likely be of no help. My Electric Bill is over 200 dollars a month for a single guy that doesn't cook and has most of his clothes dry clean in a one bed room apartment ( they force you to use thier own electric provider). Only reason I had stayed as long as I did was because the cheap rent and the washer and drier in the apart. Def not renewing lease.

Mt Car was Vandalized
My car was vandalized last month here at Village Square in Bensalem. The whole side of my car was keyed very deep into the paint and my sideview mirrors were knocked off. Several other cars around me were also vandalized too, one guy had his window broken totally out of his passenger side door. If your a woman, you won't feel safe walking in the parking lots at night because they are dimly lit, very dark, and most of the time you will have to walk a long way to get to your apartment. I'm definetly not renewing my lease!

Korman Village Square Management Sucks
Any positive reviews on here is written by Korman "Marketing" Department because the management is horrible when it comes to fixing things. I had a leak and they took a month to fix it, there was water all over my apartment, I couldn't get a hold of the manager because he was "never in", then they gave me the runaround, all while buckets were all over my apartment collecting the rain! It looks nice here at Village Square, but the management doesn't care about making tenants happy, only about NOT spending money to fix things, even in an emergency. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!

Sidewalk concerns
I love my apartment and location. My only concern is the pavement area near my apartment is uneven in a few locations. I have already tripped and almost fallen a few times.

Very happy
I really love it here. Plan on staying for my second year. The size of the apartment is great. Every apartment comes with a den so its great for storage. The grounds are always taken care of. It makes me feel like a live in a nice development and not an apartment complex. Its very homey. If theres an issue where maintenance is needed, they come within 24 hours and its fixed the first time. No bugs or rodent issues. The entire place is very clean. Everyone is really nice. I feel very safe. I don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

READ THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS FOR THE REAL STORY
This place is the worst, do not move here!!!!! It looks ok when you first come here but it's not. As my title states, read the negative comments, you will get the real story. It doesn't surprise me that they are offering bribes for positive comments as stated in other reviews, this place is pretty shady like that. BTW, don't expect to get your security deposit back when you move out, my apartment was immaculate and they still kept it.

Home
I am very happy with our decision to move into Korman @ Village Square last year. I distinctly remember my first visit to their Leasing Office. They were very professional and very helpful. The staff at the Management Office is also very helpful. I have already recommended friends and colleages and would continue to endorse them in future.

Thankfully we chose Korman...
A great place and an even better value. We searched all around the area and were very surprised to find this place. It is conveniently located near an abundance of stores, as well as major highways. The 2 door setup is great and keeps it semi private. It is also a very nice looking complex. The pool is great and they also offer a well kept gym free of charge. We have gotten everything we expected and more. We are very happy we chose Korman.

One month in...
We moved into Korman-Village Square, a little under a month ago (8/11), and so far we ve had what I ll call a few issues - beginning ominously by having our move-in date pushed back a week after being informed of renovation delays (specifically, our kitchen cabinets were backordered). I will admit I was a little upset, because we were told that by putting down the security deposit (in advance, mind you) it ensured everything would be ordered. It might not seem like a big deal, but having to re-arrange the start date of your insurance coverage, your moving truck and your helpers is a bit of an inconvenience. Not to mention that we couldn t get return phone calls in reference to the status of our cabinets (since we were told we might have to delay again, apparently move-ins being a fluid situation), but when they thought we hadn t paid the deposit (which we had), the township fee (again, in advance) and supplied proof of insurance (twice) we of course did get phone calls wondering about that. I think the issue boiled down to some communication issues within the office, especially since the person we initially… See More>anonymous

We moved in in May this year and have had a great living experience so far. It is a nice, quiet complex and our neighbors are very friendly.

Great Experience Thus Far at Cedar Ct.
I have lived at Korman Residential Suites Since March 2011 and really enjoyed my time in my apartment. The apartment was clean when I moved in and has had very few maintenance issues since. There was an issue with some insects, but the management office was notified, an exterminator was called, and we have seen no signs of them since. The Rent is very reasonable for the amenities, which include an in-apartment washer, drier, dish washer, garbage disposal, and central air. The climate of the apartment is very moderate since it is on the first floor. There have been 80 degree days when I have come home from work to find an apartment that is much cooler than the outside temperature. The leasing and management staff are very friendly and helpful. There have been no requests that have gone uncared for to this date. There always seems to be a parking space in the lot. I really appreciate the ability to pay rent online throughout the Korman site. That makes life a lot easier. The only concern that I have is that when it rains there is a lot of water that builds up on the sidewalk in our side… See More>anonymous

OK at First Glance
Good: pool, courtyard set up for dog walks is nice, close to homes for longer walks BAD: Parking after 9pm is like winning the lottery. Maybe you will get lucky and get a spot. There are also a ton of unused handicap spaces in certain courts. I know who they used to be for and they have since moved out and no longer need the space and yet the signs have remained. Snow Removal is terrible - had to dig ourselves out to get to work because maintenance does not come out to shovel until the storm is over, and plows push all the snow back onto your nicely dug out space.. Electric - $$$$$$$ unless you can never use heat or a/c EMS charges a base of 120 a month, you have no choice in the matter, forget doing laundry your bill goes even higher and they ridiculously small and the dryer runs for hours and things are still damp Old old old - all original not energy efficient units; a/c, appliances, etc. unless you get the modernized kitchen which is more expensive to live in Office manager/person in charge- we had water problems for the past 3 years and they do the same… See More>anonymous

Highly Recommended
Korman Village Square in Bensalem, PA has a very responsive maintenance team, which is something I found other landlords struggle with. I also enjoy their pool and gym, which is free for all the residents. All the units come with washer and dryer, which saves a trip to the laundromat. Furthermore, the area is very close to Philadelphia and Trenton. Septa train station is about 7 minutes away with free parking - I take the train to Philadelphia and have even taken it to NYC via NJ Transit in stopping in Trenton. This was one of the cheapest and most comfortable rental apartments I lived in and I would recommend everyone to at least come and take a look.

Great place to live!
I've been living at Village Square for 5 months and I really love it here! The grounds are beautiful. Service requests are followed up with in a timely manner. The staff is friendly, efficient and responsive. The apartments are modern and spacious and the neighbors are very friendly. Plus, it's close to I-95 so I can get to where I need to go very easily. The last complex I lived in was more expensive and had some nice features, but Korman is much more superior in terms of it's corporate culture and the unit prices are really reasonable for Bucks County considering what you get. Electric bills can be high, but can be kept reasonable by using sensible usage practices.

Worst utilities ever!
Living in an apartment there are always good and bad. Here are my opinions about living at Korman! Korman good: Fitness center and pool are great convenient to everything Modernista upgrade is beautiful! Korman Bad: This past spring 15 cars were broken into (including mine). They smashed out windows and stole GPS, etc. Bad insulation We have water bugs, A LOT Walls and floors are VERY thin (we can hear the downstairs neighbor's TV at night) LOUD, LOUD noise every Thursday and Sunday evenings 9pm-1am coming from Sonic and Texas Roadhouse parking lots where kids hang out and race cars/rev engines etc. Its some sort of "Unofficial Car Show" that happens. The police usually show up after midnight to break it up, but as someone who gets up at 5am! Its a HUGE problem!!! Parking lots in the snow are UNMANAGEABLE! I had to call out of work 2x last winter because i could not get my car out. Parking lot, some basements, and CARS were flooded with the recent storms. Often parking is a problem if you come home after 10pm. The lots fill up quick. People moving in the last year have been, lets just say... Not the best cliental ! The WORST… See More>1 Bedroom 1 Bath
