Living at Claremont on the Square has been nothing but a pleasure! Rarely when we need maintenance, they are quick to fix any issue. It's a lovely community and wonderful people, very friendly! The building is maintained beautifully! We love the concerts and the restaurants too!

It's a great community with many activities in the area. It's wonderful having restaurants and shops in walking distance. It would be nice if they had a small grocery store. The farmers market is wonderful and the grounds are very nice. The neighbors all seem so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody.

This is a great community to live in. The staff is amazing. I have always had immediate response to any request I have made. It is highly accessible to everyday living needs. It is beautifully kept with seasonal plantings. the grounds are beautiful and manicured meticulously. Neighbors are friendly and thoughtful of each other. I am very happy living here.

Fantastic so far. Expensive but you can see why when living here. Very well kept, modern, super dog-friendly, and you just can't beat the vibe outside with the restaurants and weekly events. The only thing I don't like is the Rita's Water Ice. Think I've gained 10lbs since I've moved in!

Since moving here in 2017 I have felt part of a community. There is so much to do here in all seasons. Swimming in the summer and Farmers Market on Thursdays with fresh produce is so convenient and fresh. The restaurants and shops are here within walking distance. I love walking every day in the community. I feel safe and everyone is friendly here.

Love the Eagleview community. There is definitely a sense of community here amongst everyone. I love that it's family friendly. My kids love the pond, the pools, running around The Square, and the trail in the woods. The farmer's market every Thursday and the summer events they have are so unique to this area. I just wish the rent wasn't so expensive. Maintenance is always on top of things, too.

Love it. I've lived here since 2003, in Eagleview. Worked for 20 plus years for the builder. Great place to live for the quality , convenience and the community. The restaurants, drug store and all the shops here are amazing. The people that live in Eagleview, love it and are friendly and helpful.

I feel very safe here. Rent increases are unwarranted for value received. Lots of turnover in apartments. Quiet environment. Like proximity to restaurants, local shopping and PA turnpike. Wish apartment windows were washed occasionally.

The Claremont Apartments are uniquely special. Relatively new (less than 10 years), modern amenities, LEED building, in a picture-perfect setting. As an added bonus, there are restaurants, shops and services literally across the street. No other apartments in the area offer anything like it.

Lovely community. However I wanted to add a cosignir when I was originally denied. They received information without checking additional cosignor. Just denied immediately within 5 minutes of adding and it was never checked. I eventually signed with Ashbridge at Exton with an even better experience. I have an amazing job with plenty of money. Just a bad year due to tragedy in family. I just wish they gave me a chance. It all worked out for the best however.
