Very pleased with my move to this apartment complex. Staff is courteous and responsive to my questions or needs. Priority is apparent to keep hallways clean and vacuumed daily. Parking area is very convenient.

This has been a wonderful experience from start to finish. From first touring the property to now living here 8 months. The staff and maintenance team are all very professional, friendly and responsive. The amenities and the whole property clearly achieve the distinction of a luxury apartment complex! The location could not be better! You are in walking distance to downtown Kennett Square...great restaurants, library, post office, etc. Kennett Square always has something great going on. Be it the Mushroom Festival, New Year's Mushroom Drop, 3rd Thursdays...

It was a very rough start, because I moved in on a holiday weekend. Since then a lot of the items have been taken care of and this is a nice place to live, especially since they accept pets and go the extra mile to make sure they are part of the living life at the apartment complex. They are accommodating on most items, all you have to do is ask.

Kennett Square Apartments is an exceptional facility with new, state-of-the-art rental units and "second to none" common areas for use (workout room, virtual golf, bike storage, meeting areas, et al.). The management team spared no expense with the design and decor throughout the building. I took an initial tour of the facility and was "blown away" by the attention to detail. I recommend Kennett Square Apartments to anyone that is looking for a new experience in apartment living.

This complex seems to be very well designed and has great amenities. The leading agent was very helpful. Having an underground garage has very strong appeal. Also, public spaces are very attractive and expand living beyond the apartments themselves.

I am not submitting another review. I've done this countless times for other requests. Please address the phorid fly issue as it's starting to adversely affect the living conditions of residents on the highest floors.

I've only been here a little over a month and I like the apartment very much. Everything is brand new and all the appliances are fabulous. All the staff are friendly and efficient and so willing to help. The only negative for me is the noise. I came from a quiet suburb and the city noise will take some adjusting.

I have lived in Kennett for 27 years. My kids have gone through the school system. They're now in college. I love Kennett Square. I love this apartment complex. I love the community that you have. I just think you were woefully negligent in your completion support. Follow up everything.

This is a beautiful community with excellent amenities. The rent is on the higher end, but the incentives are worth it. I am looking forward to renting an apartment here. Plenty of things to do in walking distance.
