The leasing staff has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, making moving in a breeze. The apartment is brand new, modern, and located within walking distance to everything I need!

The maintenance staff are personable and knowledgeable. He explained what needed to be done and what I can do on the future if a similar issue arises. He responded timely and announced himself when he arrived. He is top notch

Fast response time. However multiple issues thus far. Toilet fixed first day ASAP. The water smell took a long time to run out still have an odor. At least three times the trash machine was out of order. However, the matter was addressed quickly and the management put out a notice about not putting boxes or large items down the trash. Currently having a problem with the heat it's running anywhere from 78 to 80 even though the temperature is set from 68 to 70 it does not cool down but is constantly running requested in late Thursday understandably it won't be addressed till Monday, however with the heat wave, hoping that it would be a problem that can be fixed For residence comfort and health concerns as soon as possible

So far I have had a few issues. It is only the first day though, so I am hoping they get resolved quickly. I am still waiting for maintenance to get back to me to resolve the few issues that existed when I moved in.

Kennett Square Apartments has lots modern amenities and floor plans and is in walking distance of downtown Kennett. The staff has been friendly and accommodating to questions I had upon moving in. I would recommend the apartment to someone who enjoys living in a quieter area but still has things to do.

Very clean building and common areas are very social friendly. Nice modern apartments. The Move in process was easy. The amenities are very nice. The gym is great. I Highly recommend living here.

So far everything has been wonderful. my bathroom door needed to get fixed and maintenance was very responsive and went the very next business day! All my questions we answered. The water does smell the first week it was concerning but then the office explained the water had been sitting there for a while.

We have not moved in yet, but the tour was very helpful in our decision! Everything was clean and well maintained and we were excited to envision our life there. We cannot wait to move in and decorate our new place!

Community is great and our unit is fantastic. We love the apartment layout, the location, the parking, and the staff. There has been a few kinks to work out as you would expect with any new build, but maintenance has been fast and effective. Our biggest complaint is the dishwasher - it isn't easy to fit our dishes into the racks and it is very noisy.

It's been a great living experience so far! Me my wife and our baby daughter love all of the amenities the community has to offer. We enjoy being so close to the Kennett borough too with so many restaurants and shops to experience. It's been an amazing for us 3 and we are excited to keep raising our little one here.

it is nice here, but the construction was obviously rushed (crooked doors, outlets, cracks in the floor and by vents, the deck leans DOWN TOWARDS THE STREET), electrical issues as soon as we moved in. It is very loud with street noise and neighbors walking and vacuuming.

Great apartments complex, location is superb-walking distance to downtown, restaurant and convenience store. Staff is nice, professional and helpful, great amenities as well. Apartment unit is spacious, has kitchen island and modern appliances

The building is a new building. We live in a brand new unit, so there was no previous resident in our apartment unit. The apartment complex has many facilities onsite such as the library room, meeting rooms, barbecue grills outside, bike storage, gym, and billiard table in one of the meeting rooms.

Kennett Square apartments has a great interior design. The leasing office found a unit that fit my needs. The rules are communicated clearly. The maintenance staff has handled requests patiently and speedily.

I am just moving in, but so far the community and amenities are wonderful. The complex itself has lots of communal spaces and rooms to host people. I also love being close to the center of town, kennet has a lot of good restaurants and some breweries as well!

I like the experience so far. I just moved here in December and it has been great. This is my first home and the moving process was painless as far as moving everything in and cleaning. Would definitely recommend.

KSQ apartments was super easy to work with for the entire process. The ability to schedule tours online and the friendliness of the office staff were some of the reasons which I enjoyed the process from application through move into my unit. The flexibility of the community is also great, great location, fantastic amenities, and also partners with many of the local businesses right in Kennett. Building interior is very quiet overall. Noise from exterior is expected, the location is in Kennett Square, so hearing traffic and trucks passing by is expected. Definitely would recommend working with them to others looking for an apartment.

This complex is in a great location and all the staff were fantastic. They take the time to answer any questions or concerns you may have in a timely fashion and do what they can to make the process suitable for new movers. The process could not have been easier!

I've only toured the community once before and visited a second time unofficially and absolutely love the chic aesthetic and atmosphere. It feels like living in a luxury hotel or resort and I am excited to experience it.
