epIQ Hot Streak Featured Community [June 2023]

The epIQ Index is a measurement of how apartment renters feel about the communities they tour and/or live in. It is measured like a report card, providing a final grade based on renter ratings from different categories including: noise, safety, grounds, maintenance, office staff and neighborhood and also incorporates into the grade, the community team’s efforts to respond to it’s reviews.

These scores are provided in a letter grade but also have a numerical score attached to them. A 95.00 score (or higher) equates to an A+ epIQ Grade and is considered Top Rated. Communities that continuously provide an A+ living experience for their residents month after month have been given the title “epIQ Hot Streak Communities.”
