Even if it’s not springtime, it’s a good idea to think about buying mouse traps. With several brands and variations of mouse traps to choose from, it many be hard to make a choice. Consumers want quick, mess-free results no matter the method of trap they select. Here are three choice mouse traps to consider when choosing this spring.

No-Touch Mouse Traps

These are great if you want the results, without having to see the results. This kind of trap catches the mouse in an enclosed trap and prevents viewing of the dead mouse. This trap is easy to set and once the mouse is in the trap, simply pick up the enclosed trap and dispose of it. The dead mouse will not be visible once it enters the trap. These traps are sold in packs of two and retail for less than $5.00.

Poison Tablets

For those without pets or small children, D-con tablets are an option. This product comes in a box that you simply set out behind kitchen appliances, under couches and other places that mice have been spotted. With this method, the poison will kill the mice, leaving you to find and remove them. This is a good option for those with a large mouse infestation. As it only takes a few tablets to kill each mouse, one box might take care of most of the mice depending on how severe the infestation is. Another good thing about this product is that the mouse or mice will take pieces back to the nest for other mice as well. This will ensure more mice will digest the poison, causing the clean up process to go a bit faster.

Old Fashioned Spring Traps

Some folks have quit using this product due to the newer inventions. However, the spring loaded mouse trap is still just as effective as it was 15 years ago. The trap can be emptied and reused several times. This allows less money to be spent on products for mouse removal.

Here are three products offered that will make ridding your home of unwanted mice and rats a breeze. These can be found at local hardware stores or many retail stores.
