I'm mainly satisfied with everything except when I moved in there was a roach problem and it still hasn't been resolved. Though I submitted a complaint with pictures, nothing was done about the problem I had to seek outside pest control, and the problem still remains. Also, before I moved in, I was told that my rent would be $1425 and it is in fact $1630. Maintenance did not do a good job clearing out, and replacing old equipment from previous owners.

    This is a nice, quiet area for the most part. The office staff is friendly and helpful although, communication could be improved. Several times we have had to check on the status of work orders submitted. Maintenance has been hit or miss. There seems to be a fairly regular turnover in the staff.

      Management staff is present and responsive. Apartment and grounds are clean and well maintained. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and professionally. I'm very satisfied with this complex. I would recommend it to everyone.

        The apartment itself is spacious and nice. Plenty of space and maintenance is quick with any repairs. However since we've been here we've had several different neighbors move in and out often which we can smell smoke through our vents or excessive noise. Along with that, we have not had a working gate since we've moved in in 2023, dog poop is constantly outside our apartment, and streetlights were out for months making it hard to see outside. Parking has also been more of a hassle recently and I've noticed several cars parked in front of the building who don't have a parking sticker.

          The actual apartment is nice and a good price for what it is and the area. Good central location. The leasing office and maintenance team is not good. Big lack of communication. Very demeaning and unwelcome environment.

              My experience started out well with the manager team during this time. However once management changed living at this residence became a nightmare!!! With false accusations of owing money, eviction notice on my door after a one day late payment, a frog pond in front of the building entrance, which was repaired, yet is still there, dirty, filthy inter stairwells and inside porches, nasty current on site manager abd let's just say I will stop here. I pay 1500.00, plus per month. I pay my rent on time. This is my home. I am embarrassed to invite family and friends over due to the filth of tge property. Thus costs ne money. I have to rent venues for my personal events due to the neglect of the property. I am appalled at the unconcerned of this property!!! I definitely would not recommend this place of residence to anyone!!!

              I am becoming increasingly unhappy with my community at Arcadia's Edge. On the inside it's nice, but we don't get to take advantage of many of the amenities that we pay for and communication with front office is discouraging due to attitudes and poor customer service.

                  Not so hot in summer and not so cold in winter, almost comfortable in my room. And I like the green scenery I can see from my window. I think the location is also good because it takes about 15 minutes to get to the places I usually go to.

                    Had a few maintenance issues when I first moved in, but they fixed them quickly. Nice apartments. Pretty responsive staff. I just wish people cleaned up after their dogs more often. Overall good experience.

                      I have not had much experience with the community. Everyone is friendly, but it feels like everyone keeps to him or herself. The community is reasonably kind, but nobody seems to have much of a strong identity with the community or anything.

                        Arcadia's Edge Apartments have a beautiful floor plan for what I was looking for. My two bedroom, two bathroom unit has large rooms and a lot of windows. The apartments are over 12 years old and have repair issues that the maintenance staff struggle to keep up with but do so in a timely matter. The landscape is kept up nicely but need some refreshing in some areas. My only concern is the turn over of Property and Leasing Managers. It is done every six to 12 months on the average. We have had some great managers and why they are transferred or let go, I don't understand. When the managers go, the maintenance staff goes. My building have great residences.

                          The apartment is very quiet and comfortable. The view of greenery from the balcony is soothing to the soul. The room is clean. The parking lot is spacious and convenient. There is Asian market nearby where you can get Asian ingredients.

                            I like the community, but I feel there should be more addressed when it comes to people leaving their animal feces on the open ground. Not acceptable. I wish the gate would be fixed. I also wish that the walls were not so thin.

                              It's been real up and down, as the complex cannot keep staff. Facilities like the gym and pool are barely maintained and often dirty, the gate has been broken for years, and the lights are often out in the parking lot. The trash breaks constantly, and the breezeways are no longer cleaned. The front office rarely answers emails or phone calls. This property was nice when I visited in 2020, but since going to WestShore you can tell they don't care about the property. I like the open floor plans and sizing of apartments, and it's got good location, but the issues with management are just piling up.

                                Management changes every couple of months. Gate and fire place broken since two years. Pool was closed multiple times in the summer and grills at the pools were not functioning for months. WestShore (Owner) does not invest in this community.

                                  Terrible complex

                                  Signed lease 1 1/2 years ago. The security gate, which was a deciding factor on living here has been broken and stuck open since our first month here. The smell of weed is everywhere. My young children saw neighbors with a 4 foot tall bong smoking weed when we pulled up to park one day. Dangerous, aggressive dog breeds are everywhere. Breezeways in buildings are constantly dirty with yard debris and litter. Trash compactor is constantly full or broken. Maintenance is terrible. We have two unfinished holes that they cut into the drywall to repair leaks and have never returned to finish or paint. Took maintenance almost a week to find a leak in the plumbing that was flooding the downstairs neighbors apt. Drywall seams are cracked and crumbling. The apts. are intended to be “luxury” but are poorly built with mediocre materials and poor craftsmanship. The pool is disgusting. There are irresponsible pet owners who do not clean up after their pets. I’ve complained enough. Don’t move here. For the price you pay and the crap you get, it’s just not worth it. Hey, Arcadia Edge, FIX THE D@%N GATE!!!!

                                      The management turnover has been a bit frustrating. Otherwise it's a quiet community. I wish they would pressure wash the walkways and stairwells as there are a lot of gnats, cobwebs and debris which is a bit gross. Maintenance does well with repairs.

                                        In my 4 yrs Swan has been the best property manager that we've had, and we've seen the ugly and the bad out here. The maintenance guys are really good at getting to your requests quickly. Swan stays on top of them and everything else at the property. She knows everyone's name down to the kids and what apartment you're in. She's the only property manager to be able to do that.

                                          The quality of the apartment experience diminished with the sale to Westshore. Estates built a beautiful property and maintained it well, with caring and responsive management that were attentive to resident needs. Sadly, this is no longer the case. I used to be proud to live here; now I am embarrassed or afraid to live here, depending on the week's incidents.

                                            I have always had a good experience with the maintenance team. They are responsive sometimes even resolving issues the same day. As for the management team its been kind of like a revolving door so its hard to find stability and consistency in communication. Recently we have been having issues with payment of rent etc and because of the change in management each month its a disconnect on how to resolve the issue. Its hard to tell what this complex envisions as a standard of having a good management team.
