Very smooth process! I viewed my apartment on a Saturday and I was approved by Monday got my keys on Thursday. Baylee, Amaya and Kayla are the best team. I think the best part of the community is that all fur baby are welcome. Definitely 10/10 would recommend.

    Efficient and educated staff members. The community is kept clean at all times and any maintenance concerns are taken care of with a sense of urgency. High sense of security as well. Dog-friendly and energy efficient appliances are a plus.

        We're grateful for such a well-maintained community. Clean spaces, responsive management, and excellent maintenance support. Our three kids enjoy the swimming pool and the big open spaces to play. The gym is a great bonus for us since it's very convenient and complete for a home gym. Definitely recommend this place for families and pet lovers.

            Not a good experience. Rent & other fees are too high. Noisy and too much traffic in the breeze way. My move in checklist was never addressed. The ceiling was repaired poorly after several leaks in the same spot.

              My experience at Pointe Grand Apartment Homes has been generally positive.                   It's been great! We really like it here. Katelyn property manager is great as well. The only issues I have is I wish residents would follow the rules , when it comes to the trash schedules and picking up their own dog poop.

                    The staff is great, communication, expectation and service are superb. The apartment was clean prior to moving in unlike some areas. We had an issue with out washer/dryer but it was quickly fixed. No complaints

                      nice apartments, BUT I regret staying there

                      My favorite thing about Pointe Grand Columbia was the maintenance guys. They were topnotch. MOST OF THEM LEFT, so I do not think the quality is still very good, but it was excellent while I lived there. HOWEVER, I left there 8 months ago, but I am still getting charged for unpaid utility bills (sewer and water). I REGRET EVER MOVING TO Pointe Grand Columbia. They can't keep their staff, Tenants are not renewing their lease etc. DO NOT MOVE IN THERE

                        My experience has been good. The neighborhood is very quiet. The upkeep is good and very nice looking. Only thing to note is wish people would pick up there dog waste more better most days. Also just wish it was more parking available for certain buildings. I feel very safe here and love how quiet it is. As well as being close to a lot of things.

                          Do not move here. Office staff and maintenance staff are terrible. They do not respond to questions, concerns or request. There are never any parks after 9 PM. Mandatory valet trash is included in the rent, but we barely receive the service and have made several complaints to the office about the valet trash worker intentionally not coming to pick up trash especially in the back buildings and third floors. Apartments are brand new, and already falling apart in the inside (walls,ceilings).

                            The area is amazing. Great quiet community and beautiful scenery. My favorite part about the complex is the upkeep of area. It is fairly new, but if management continues to do what its doing, i have no worries at all.

                              The best thing about the complex is that it is quiet, quieter than other apartments that I have lived in. Most of the tenants in my building are nice and there have been no issues. There are a few things that could use some work or routine upkeep but nothing major.

                                  Living at this community has been a mix of positives. The location is one of its biggest advantages, it's close to major stores, restaurants, and highways, making daily errands and commuting convenient. The property grounds are generally well-maintained, and the maintenance team is responsive when service requests are submitted, usually addressing issues within a reasonable time frame. The amenities, such as the gym and pool, are nice additions.

                                    Very nice staff with a helpful maintenance crew. The layout is awesome and the location is safe and quiet. Parking is a little annoying, but that is the only complaint since it is first come first serve and there's a bit too little spots. for certain buildings.

                                      Small quiet community. Nice place to live. Pet friendly without any breed restrictions or weight. Small dog park, but plenty of free dog bags around the community to pick up after your dogs. Nice gym and swimming pool.

                                        The walls are super thin, you will not have any privacy. The stairwells often get dirty from having valet trash. Overall, the community is pretty nice and quiet. It's just not worth the price we pay though.

                                          Not the greatest, but not from maintenance. It's not that great with communication and the charge for things that are unnecessary and they enforce rules improperly. They change so much staff and when they come they don't have solutions.

                                            Its has all that we needed in our new home. It has all the amenities we need, such as a gym and a pool. And even provides things for our dog. Never wouldve thought they made a Pet Spaw (Spa) for our dogs to give them a bath.

                                                The apartments are lovely and modern. The office staff are courteous and professional and maintenance handles issues fast. I renewed my lease immediately and would do it again. This is one of the best complexes in Columbia.

                                                  My experience overall has not been the best. I have had a lot of issues with leaks from the apartment above me. I have dealt with 2 leaks on 4 separate occasions resulting in water damage to the walls and ceiling this concerns me because i pay a decent amount of money to live in a nice community.
