The community is great, quiet and peaceful. The placement of the apartment complex is very convenient. There's plenty of events or activities not only for single people but also family oriented groups as well.

Very helpful staff that assisted me with my move in. They were available to answer all my questions and provided me with updates if applicable. Great space and gorgeous apartments with a very good layout.

Pointe Grand is a very new, clean and modern environment that provides a quiet and secured peace of mind for residents. It gives an aura of luxury with the resort style amenities and finishes in the homes. The staff was super friendly and welcoming and very respectful.

This is a nice up to date community. The communication with management , maintenance, and the tenants could be better. They are doing better with answering requests and getting them handled. Overall it's a great community to line. It's safe and quiet. Everyone is nice and approachable.

At first I really enjoyed living here, but it has progressively gotten worse month by month. We pay a ridiculous amount of dumb fees to live here, such as $25 a month for valet trash that often doesn't even pick up our trash, not to mention that I live directly next to the dumpster. That is just one example. Another thing that recently happened it that our air conditioning went out , MID JULY and it took 3+ days, a visit to the office, and calling maintenance back after hours to actually come and fix it. We are not renewing our lease and moving far away from this place.

High staff turnover
The office and maintenance is a revolving door! Every time someone starts they leave shortly after. Grounds are nasty! Cars get stolen and act of congress to get video footage. Maintenance marked complete when it isn’t. Dumpsters overflowing. Pay way too much for it to be like this. Big wigs in the office act too good to speak or help us paying residents.

Sometimes it's good and sometimes it's bad. I wish they would listen to you more instead of giving you the run around. I wish they would answer the phone more. I've been to worse places so it's not that bad but it could definitely use some work.

I wish I could've read this review I am writing before moving to this place. Mind you I waited patiently for those things to get magically fixed as they adjusted to what I think was a rushed opening of this property. Well, a long time had passed and here's my 2 cents. If you never watched "the good place", I recommend just so you get an idea of what this complex really is. Basically it seems like heaven, but every single little thing is slightly inconvenient to make your experience horrible. Apartments poorly finished. We have been living here for over 8 months and the crooked NEWLY BUILT cabinets were never fixed(we were told the contractors would send new ones. Joke). Window screens? Only if you're lucky to live in the first buildings. After months of not having them we got a email they would get them installed. They fixed a few and forgot the rest of the apartments. You will waste your time trying to contact anyone from management or anyone honestly. They always have a very nice answer/excuse to not do the basic tasks of their jobs. On top of that they will bring food trucks for the community, pretending everything else is fine. And of course be charged $115 for an internet that works poorly, $25 in valet garbage services that only comes when they feel like. Everyone I talk to about this place tells me how it's a robbery to get charged over $1800 a month for this horrible experience. Bad, bad, bad.

Moved in 6/6 or 7/2024: Had some young lady and her friend ----- me out for using 2 parking spaces for my u-haul trailer. There were no other vehicles around at the time. Didn't realize the parking issue at that time. Pool -Before I moved in, I was told the pool would be open first of July to mid-July. They weren't sure. It opened closer to September. 6/9 was the first night I spent in my apartment. I started a new job on 6/10. Went to leave that morning and my electronic lock would not work. Had to leave my apartment unlocked that morning. Came back at lunch and the maintenance guy fixed it for me. Couple weeks later I was going out around 8 pm and my lock wouldn't lock, again. The after-hours maintenance number didn't work. Couldn't leave without leaving my door unlocked. Again, next morning had to leave my door unlocked to go to work. Came back at lunch and the maintenance guy couldn't fix it this time. So he gave me a key until he could order a new lock. At this time, I commented on the humidity in my apt and he was going to turn something on the roof to adjust it? 7/23/24 -I submitted work requests. 1 -oven wasn't installed properly, was tipping when the door opened. 2 -refrigerator door was not closing properly. Was installed wrong with a tilt forward. They are supposed to be installed tilted to the rear to close the door. (I designed fridges for ~25 yrs) 3 -cabinets were not closing properly. 4 -Electronic door lock was still not fixed, still using my key. 5 -Humidity in my apartment was over 80%. 6 -open the pool. The pool work request was closed out 2 days later. All were closed out within a week or so. Nothing was done. I fixed the stove. The cabinets didn't close correctly nor the humidity corrected until I started using heat instead of AC. The guy did come over and fix my electronic lock, turns out it needed batteries. 8/19/24 and 10/1/24 -Submitted work requests to fix the humidity. It was never corrected. Didn't have a mailbox until November or December. It was very painful to try and get to the office before they close to get my mail. I believe I am currently sharing my mailbox with at least 2 other people. Sometime after the mailboxes were opened, a lady came by my apt and gave me about 30 pieces of mail. I also delivered some mail to my neighbor. Parking is awful. If I get home after 6pm I have to park over around the pool. Not sure what idiots designed the apt complex but they must have thought most people walk because there is not sufficient parking if each apt only had 1 vehicle. Unlike the other corner apts, mine does not have a second window in the master bedroom.

My apartment is new and nice inside. The management team is different from when I signed my lease. The pool opened up late and not when it was supposed to open. Management team issued mail box keys late, and no assigned parking spots. There are monthly activities to meet neighbors.

It has been a truly rough experience. The complex is beautiful. The complex refuses to take mail from the post office and refuses to take Amazon packages. Construction quality is not great, floors are starting to buckle due to bad install. Complex opened with working mailboxes and refuses to accept mail from post office. Complex opened before pool was able to be used.

Very dissatisfied with how the staff handled the issue with them unit issue. Still didn't receive a resolution that would accommodate us as renters. We were given the run around for a week and still had to end up with a unit that's not preferred

So far, so good! The management and office team have been great and so helpful!! The office manager also stays on tops of residents to make sure they are not illegally parking in handicap spots and as a wheelchair user this has made impressed me!!

It's a very nice and quiet community. It's a great place for your pets. The Staff is very communicative and helpful with all your needs. And if you have an issue in your home, they are very quick to fixing your situation.

Ok so far, just a little concerned with the incident which happened in my building 2 weeks ago. I asked for a follow up (phone call from manager and didn't recieve it. I needed to know if it was resolved because it effected me.

I put in a maintenance request to fix some holes under my sink. Maintenance went in my home 2 weeks later unannounced, and didn't fix my request. The lease was violated, and there was nothing done about it.

The apartment complex is very nice and newly built. The leasing staff is very great to work with they have addressed any problems that I have. The pool isn't open yet and it's almost the end of summer. We haven't gotten an update as to when it will be open but by the time it opens it will be too cold to swim.

The community is very quiet and seems friendly. Be mindful of the move in and application process, as it can be quite difficult and take some time. It can be a bit unorganized and spoke with a few different people about my application and move in process. All in all, it has been a great experience thus far, other than the move in and application process.

Beautiful amenities and apartments are very nice with updated, flooring, fixtures and cabinetry. Availability of concierge trash pickup. Beautiful pool and cabana areas. Quiet and feel secutre with onsite security.

Very polite staff. Building was new and layout was perfect. Been enjoying the quartz counter tops and marble showers so far. The extra bedroom and optional garage leave room for plenty of storage. Love the size of the bathrooms.
