Great Staff

[Incentivized Review] I’ve been living here a year and I’ve had a great experience. It’s a smaller apartment complex so everything feels more like a home. Neighbors are friendly and you hardly hear neighbors. Plenty of amenities to keep you busy and entertained.

Great Apartment Complex

Great apartment

Great Experience

Great apartments with excellent amenities and perfect location

The whole staff was very good at communicating exactly what I needed and when I needed it. The apartment itself is beautiful. It’s the right fit for my two dogs and my two children. Home sweet home

I really enjoyed living at this apartment! The community is clean, quiet, and well taken care of. The location is great close to everything I need, but still peaceful. My apartment is comfortable and modern, with good maintenance and plenty of parking. I have positive experience and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, safe place to live. Beautiful

I just have to give a special shout out to the new management that has taken over. Jessica is an amazing manager to work with. You can tell she loves the people, and to be at work. So that’s nice when you have both luxury in people and also the apartments as well. You can definitely tell they have passion behind them. They are super nice, knowledgeable, and available. Consistency is key aside from the apartment themselves. Other than that the amenities alone are a bonus I can go get coffee, tea, or hot cocoa anytime I want. I love the gym and the yoga studio. Highly recommend my apartment and everything about this place is luxury. Come now!!

Lovin life at Evolve

I have lived at Evolve Homestead for close to a year now and have loved every minute of it! Sure there are some minor hiccups here and there- but that’s to be expected! The property itself is so beautiful and has some of the best amenities I’ve ever seen at an apartment complex; state of the art fitness center, game room, salt water pool…it’s a dream. My apartment itself is beautiful and modern. Maintenance is always friendly and prompt, and the office staff has been great to work with! I love living at Evolve Homestead.

The complex itself is nice. The gym and pool area are great; they have a real resort-like feel to them. The apartments are good for the price and fit our needs. Management itself is difficult to work with and will be the reason we leave at the end of our lease. I can't seem to get a response from them via email despite several follow-ups and my concerns seem to be disregarded whenever I call or visit the office in-person. Maintenance is hit or miss; sometimes they come quickly to address any needs, sometimes it takes forever. Any other place I've lived conducted routine preventative maintenance and would do things like change our air filters. Here, I had to go out and buy my own air filter because I got tired of waiting for ours to be replaced. I also question their enforcement of rules because despite their claims of being a "smoke-free community," you can smell tobacco and marijuana at almost any given point of the day. Parking lot rules are not followed; I've seen people park in handicap spots without having a handicap sign, as well as cars staying for extended periods of time without displaying their resident parking pass.

Beautiful Property

This is such a beautiful property. We have great amenities 24 hour GYM, salt water pool with outdoor shower, turf yards, dog park, playground. All the things for all ages. Highly recommend 5 stars. The apartments have beautiful accented black hardware. With two different cabinetry styles.
