Management has been the best in my time living here. Don’t agree with the new stale community paint job and removal of outdoor couches / chairs. Outdoor common areas surrounding grills are lacking. Grills have been very well maintained and greatly appreciate that effort. Small adjustments for the community make a great impact.

Great apartment complex in a perfect location! First rate amenities including pool, gym and pet care and exercise areas. Interior of apartments are modern and management continually makes upgrades to the apartment community. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a safe neighborhood in a perfect location with access to anything you might want!

Great place to live if you are retired, love dogs and close to grocery stores etc. All ages are here and very respectful and professional. Cars are protected, The staff is awesome, the grounds are well maintained and beautiful. It’s very quiet too,

I don’t like to make waves, but I feel like this apartment community does not properly respond to my concerns. One is noise. The tenants below me play music loud and late into night frequently. Management’s response is to call the police. The neighbors above me do jumping exercises at all hours, and move furniture after midnight. Again, my guidance is to call the police. I make maintenance requests and repairs are not made. I like the location and think the grounds are well maintained. The pool and gym are also nice. But it is very noisy place to live and I am not sure I can recommend it to others.

Overall experience is great. Grounds are kept up very nice and overall community is professional and courteous to one's neighbors. Staff is always helpful when presented with any issues. New pool and new pool deck look fantastic.

As I am disabled and living in an accessible apartment, I do not understand how you met ADA requirements. I say that because the bathroom does not have one single bar or safety feature. I had to provide that on my own at my own expense. I also find your curb cuts poorly planned, having said that, My experience of living in Bridgeside at Patriots point have been positive

Bridgeside is a wonderful apartment community. The location is fantastic—it's an easy drive to downtown, Shem Creek, IOP, and Sullivan's Island, and it's a leisurely bike ride to all. The staff and maintenance team are wonderful. If enjoying the outdoors in Charleston/Mt. Pleasant is essential to you; this is a perfect apartment community. The neighbors are diverse, ranging from young professionals to retirees living their best active lives.

This is a great place to live. It is a nice, well-maintained property with a friendly staff and community. Bridgeside is close to restaurants, grocery stores, bike trails, walking and running trails, and there are a lot of things going on close by. I have been here a few weeks now and am very happy with my decision to move here.

The community staff is excellent and fast to respond. Our only complaint so far is the noise (we can hear everything upstairs) and the master bathroom has some wear with the walls and shower area (it probably should be replaced at this point)

The team at BPP ( office and maintenance) are professional , efficient and always cordial . Residents will always comment on the location of the property and all the nearby attractions and conveniences. It is CERTAINLY a pet friendly community — evidence the dog run and pet shower. Six plus years later — happy as Day One.

The community is clean and quiet. It is hard to find a neighborhood around like this. The rent is a little high. However, it is expensive in general living in Charleston. I love this place overall.

Great staff and they take great care of their residents. Nothing but positive experiences with the Bridgeside team since I moved in.
